I got there late, they were about to close. However the manager Chrissy was super helpful. She had an amazing attitude. Glad I was able to get such professional help. They told me to take my time. I felt bad, thanks guys and give this team a raise please. So underrated, why are people so unreasonable during these times? Well this team that works here isn’t. Seriously, thank you guys!

My experience with location has always been on point. Jay is the reason for this. He is really nice, friendly, and is very knowledgeable.

They need to work more on the customer service. It took me 25 minutes just to check out few games that I was selling for them it’s not professional to have knew employe doing that at the same time going through training.

John the store lead was extremely helpful. He makes sure to take care of his customers. He is very knowledgeable about all the products. Through his thoughtful customer service it made me purchase more things then what I originally came in for. Game Stop should be extremely proud and lucky to have a fantastic leader running one of their stores. I will definitely be back again thanks to him!

Best gamestop to get what you need they stay stocked and always have a friendly smile from now on Ill be buying my systems and games from this store.

Greta customer service nothing to complain about at allBut store wise over all inventory yeah give it about a month before it closes down the signs are all there low inventory empty shleves so next move will be closing down

They offered to take my 19 games for 25 dollars in store credit. I’d rather sell them online for a better price.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. Walked in looking to make a small purchase and they didnt try to up-sell me anything. It was less like walking into a store, and more like walking into your buddies place to talk games. Definitely appreciate this GameStop.

Came in today looking for a game for my son. And John helped us on our purchase he was super friendly helping us find what we needed and even told us we had a coupon. I really appreciate workers like this they make you feel your in good hands.

The Place is ok, but Dont expect better deals than Amazon.And dont rely on the workers information either, Im not a video games person, I was buying a $10 v-bucjs for Fortnite, when I asked the person behind the register she said there wont be any fees or taxes when redeem it and it turned out she was wrong.Niw I have to think of a way to pay the extra 60 cents to get the v bucks.

I found the NPC merchant behind the counter to have adequate character depth and dialogue options. The lighting and shadow effects of the experience exceeded my expectations. My in-game currency and inventory space was limited, so perhaps i will return when I level up. I earned 5500 experience points during my visit

Nice and eager employee helped me when I first walked in the door, but this wasnt her fault. Came in to buy a DS game, but they lost the key. Who Im assuming was the manager shuffled through a couple drawers, then shrugged and said, sorry, dont have them. Then went back to standing around. Lost a big sale on a couple games tonight. Will be finding my games elsewhere for a while...
