This AT&T location is the best. The one in glen view was so unwelcoming and rude to us. We came to upgrade an iPhone and Pavle helped us and he did a great job by explaining to us everything step by step. Definitely going to return for future purchases!
My husband and I brought an elderly friend to the AT&T store in Niles, IL on Milwaukee Ave. He had an old AT&T phone which was no longer working and wanted it fixed or replaced. Carly H. worked patiently with us through more than a few problems, including a forgotten PIN number. She was able to send our 91 year old friend out with a new simple telephone, just what he wanted. The cost was under 7 dollars. And now we have the peace of mind that he will be able to call friends after he makes a move in the near future, out of town and away from his landline. When we walked in with him, Carly took in the situation immediately and was so kind with our friend. She spoke clearly and addressed him very respectfully. Carly persevered with an admirable amount of calm and professionalism. We were all smiles leaving the store. Many thanks.

Not clean (sanitation). Felt very rushed when trying to decide on the phone bc they had a line 5 other people deep. Don’t worry about the line forming, handle the guest in front of you properly and efficiently. Manager was also late opening the store by 30 minutes and didn’t even apologize.
My daughter had been at this location and told me to go upgrade my phone.I went and Teddy ( who I found out helped my daughter) and she was so helpful and a good personality! I have not had such a positive experience when I had gone to other locations. Thank you Teddy!

Went today to exchange my service from one phone to another. Workers are very slow, not only does one of the workers seem high. A young gentleman with brown hair looks 18. I had to wait 30 minutes before I decided to just leave this location. Understaffed, slow, unprofessional.
If I could, I would give them minus stars! Avoid this store! Its not a corporate store and they are quick to tell you that you didnt buy the phone from them meaning their store, even though you did buy from AT&T. The fellows in there were NOT wearing masks properly and would not stay behind the plexiglass. We ended up doing a dance around his station as I kept trying to avoid him. He was removing my charger case that I JUST bought and I told him he was going to break it. He said No I am not going to break it. And, what happened? He broke it. So, out $100 charging case and now have to contact the company and go through hoops to replace it. I bought a new screen protector, plug and case at the Verizon store. I am going to recommend our company change their plan back to VERIZON. Furious is an understatement.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STOREAvoid “DAVID” at all costs!! I’ve never been more disrespected by any sales employee in my entire life. He refused to open the door to let customers in after opening time was clearly posted on the door, he simply walked to the window, stared at everyone and decided to go sit down and take another break.Finally he posts a hand written sign on the window that says “systems are down”. Again, instead of greeting customers and explaining the situation, he again gave me a dirty look and walked away from the door. It’s glass and see through! Lol.After waiting in the cold for another 5 minutes he decides to finally open the door and ask “What?!” He then proceeded to say “read the sign” and to “go somewhere else”I asked for a manager, he refused...I advised him I’d be reporting him by name later on on which he replied, “go ahead”Bravo AT&T, bravoAlso ...this person David has long braids, looks extremely dishoveled and unprofessional in case you need help pointing him out.I’ll be following up with corporate and the branch to make sure he is made aware of his actions

Shopping around for a specific iPhone model and called this store for availability. Wilbur informed me that only one was left and he was kind enough to hold it for me until I got to the store that afternoon. This was the first time I visited this store. It was clean, open and the staff was very attentive from the moment you walked in the door. Wilbur was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in transferring all the information from our old iPhone to the new one and so quickly. He also assisted me to find the best cover to keep the phone safe. Before you knew out, I was out the door with the new iPhone in it’s protective cover and I couldn’t be happier Wilbur, thank you!! This location did have good service but not since it’s a none corporate store. Service is terrible they are so quick to say NO! Don’t go here!

Jose Gonzalez at this store sat down and took the time out to help me not only upgrade my phone to the iphone 12 pro but he also saved me 200$ on my monthly bill and also instead of having 5 lines he got me 6 lines!! But as far as rating for this gentleman 5 stars isnt enough i would personally give him a 10/10 he was super excellent on helping in every way he was kind and patient and most of all very professional!!

Terrible Customer service.Went into Niles AT&T store on Milwaukee today and had a disappointing experience.We’ve worked with that branch for years and was shocked how we were treated.Needed SIM card for lost/stolen/damaged devices.Young lady who started helping me was rude, dismissive, patronizing and generally unpleasant.When we tried to explain that we were a long-time business customer, who had been working with this location since we opened account, she walked in back not to be seen again for a half hour.Half hour later, Jose came from the back and identified as manager and later as regional manager and told me that we’d be paying for SIM cards from now on.This seemed odd, as long as we’ve had the account with AT&T, we’ve never had to pay for SIM cards, explained as much to Jose and suggested that he look at our history with his branch, which he did and found that we had never paid for SIM cards.Jose then goes into the back of the store for another half hour, returning to tell me he won’t waive the fee for SIM cards.After wasting more than an hour trying to get 3 SIM cards, we relent to the fee’s and ask to charge the account, which they can’t do at the store, and needs to come out of my pocket.We also requested that they identify which SIM card is for which line, and we were told that they couldn’t assign the SIM cards to lines and We’d have to do that thru the web portal or by 800 AT&T.Seems odd that a manager, let alone a regional manager can’t assign a SIM card.

My experience in this store was awful! If there was an option to give them 0 stars, I would. I was initially welcomed by a very nice guy who explained about the prepaid alternatives they offer. $35 for 1 GB, $45 for 6 GB and $65 for Unlimited. He gave me a turn and asked me to wait.I waited for about 10 minutes and I was taken care by a different guy called ALBERTO. I told him I wanted the $35 dollar plan but he said they didnt have that plan, that they only have the $45, the $65 and a $30 plan which didnt have any data. I told him that there must to be a mistake and he insisted on telling me that he was right. I asked him to please ask his co-worker who gave me the info and he refused to do it because he was taken care of other costumers. So after much insisting, I decided to ask the other salesman. I apologized for interrupting him for thirty seconds and he told me that I was correct. He told ALBERTO that there was a $35 plan with data, however he argued back and still refused to sale me that plan. He got really upset and told me that I was completely rude for interrupting his co-worker (something that his co-worker didnt seem to bother) and that he was done with me. He then got really close, putting his body in a evident sign of threat, waiting for me to leave of react. I told him to leave me alone and that I wanted to be taken care but his co-worker. I stayed for a few more minutes but I decided to leave to avoid further conflict or a possible fight.After I left I logged in into the AT&T prepaid options and you I confirmed that there is a $35 plan. I then realized that this guy wanted to sell me the more expensive plan by any means. Im sure it wasnt his lack of knowledge but clearly wanted to take a advantage, probably because of my Latino background.I recommend anyone to stay away from this store if you dont want to have a bad time. There are many other stores around the area that will treat you with respect regardless your background.

Went in to have them look at my sons iPhone that had connection issues for a while and then stopped all together. This was after having tried to fix the issue myself first and having gone to the Skokie att store where a guy named Freddy was just as weak as they come, they should get rid of this joker! But I digress, walked in, 3 associates stood there, guess it was one of theirs turn to take next customer. Explained the issue, was offered to sit down and have it looked at and had this wonderful, friendly young lady try everything she could to help. Issue remains, but thats not the point, its most likely the phone, however Brittney made us happy with her attitude and kindness. That simple AT&T! Reward Brittney and get rid of Freddy, a win-win! They dont listen customers.Doing their easy way giving you a pad to sign. Than you got contract with opposite agreements than you talked. After that you have to waste your time and nerves to fix the problem. All they say is sorry!

Horrible liars with shady sales tactics. I was told I would receive $150 for each line I ported from Verizon. With 4 lines, thats $600 and helps offset the costs of breaking the contract. This is the only reason I chose AT&T. When ATT customer service only credited my account $150, I called them and was told it would be handled at the store level. When I went back to the store, they refused to deliver on their commitment and insinuated that I was the liar. The manager even brought the original sales rep in front me and said I trust my employee and cant help you!

This location wasnt helpful. My nine month data phone had problems. I brought into this store hoping to get it resolved or phone replaced. The lady backed up my contacts & calendar, than did a total reprogram, which started my phone from scratch, Unfortunately, she didnt have the knowledge to advise me all photos from my phone would be wiped out. Phone still didnt work, than told me Id have to bring it to another location to get replaced. Wont ever come back here from service.

Went in to transfer an unlocked Sprint phone to ATT. The sales rep was adamant that Sprint unlocked will not work on their network. Called AT&T, and this is not true! Either she was grossly misinformed or tried to misrepresent and sell me a new phone. Either way, terrible service.
Worst customer service ever. Walked in to store. None of two employees said anything for ten minutes. When asked for assistance, I was told to wait - store was empty.
