TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been going to this tmobile for YEARS, never had any problems 2X NOW I HAVE GONE IN PERSON TO GET HELP WITH MY PHONE, I BOUGHT AT THIS STORE. & 2X the same manager has been rude af. If shes not going to make commission youre not worth her time. This is not a certified T-mobile store. It is a 3rd party tmobile store. She sent me to a different employee.. who was actually trying to help, then she proceeded to come type something into his employee tablet.. a text message secret (I Say that because it was long and he was reading it in front of me).. about me or my account.?? Which is SUPER WEIRD. WHAT IS SHE HIDDING? ITS MY ACCOUNT!!!!! Im dealing with hacking issues & shes being secretive? UNACCETABLE! Idk whats going on but tmobile has definitely gone down hill.. smh

I made account changes via calling t mobile corporate (first and last time). Long story short, Oscar G spent over two hours on the phone fixing mistakes made by corporate and ensuring all of the promised promotions were active. The customer service I received was unparalleled to any phone company I’ve ever dealt with. I ended adding two more new lines and porting numbers and the process took less than 15 minutes as opposed to two hours with customer care. This location will be my forever home for all phone purchases/upgrades going forward. Predictably, I will always ask for Oscar G for my purchasing needs. Excellent experience at this location.

Dont know why I keep coming back to this location. But I love t mobile and other locations. Im sorry to say but the staff just seems lazy. Once again we were told the sprint system is down but other locations seem to help just fine.

The worst experience ever! Good luck dealing with the chubby sweaty one behind the counter. She looks forward in manipulating her customers to make the extra cash so that her appetite is fulfilled. Mind you, it’s a big appetite!!! GOOD LUCK and CHECK YOUR BILL. She is Kind to your face but evil motives when you leave. Her first initial is an N and last initial is a Y. Figure it out!

JoSean and Oscar were top notch. I was planning on being at the store for at least an hour and ended up being in and out. Time is super important to me and I have a million things on my plate. They were also very professional and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this location again.

3 oclock appointment turned into a 2 and a half hour plus experience all because associate Chirs did not bother to write down the verizon transfer pin. Spent over 2 hours on hold with Verizon with no resolution and needing to come back after 7 days anyway to fix the line transfer issue. Will pick a different location next time.

After several weeks of frustration dealing with T-Mob customer care I was introduced to JoSean the manager of the Niles Illinois store and he not only solved my problem but he put me in the correct program after over 10 hours over several weeks and dealing with multiple incompetent phone reps JoSean did a fantastic job and got me the Affordable package that my family needed. He is an outstanding individual and I give him the highest recommendation and will refer friends and family to deal with him directly in the future.

I was a walked in customer that was told by Customer Service (corporate) to go in a T-Mobile store. I saw this particular T-Mobile store I explained my situation telling them my lease was over with jump I wasnt informed that I needed to go in my email to sign. which meant I needed to pay in full. The only reason that Im giving this a 3 star is cause the guy that attended us was kind and said he could do nothing I seen him put our # in the computer he did his best. But when Mike(manager) came out he just look at the computer employee and said Im the manager and there is nothing I could do Im sure a manager has more Authority in the system or could have called corporate I mean they werent busy at least try to help or see if the manager could do something more to help us. I left and I called corporate and they told me any manager could have helped you since they have more access.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Ive called on numerous occasions and they never seem to pick up the phone and voicemail is always full. The staff acts like they care, but they dont. Ive had issues with my bill since March and we are about to enter August. I regret ever coming to them, all they want is your money. If you want to avoid trouble and paying more, stay away from this place. Unprofessional.

The customer service was good; but the mix ups they do or to fix an issue is absurd! My phone is currently blocked from the network because somehow my phone was added under someone elses account that has not been paying but my service is under my family plan (yeah i know doesnt make sense) i can guarantee the signatures dont match (sounds like an illegal issue). Ive been without service for a month and my bill is still the same amount as before - when asking for a credit due to the line not being in used was told by customer service over the phone that theres no credit for that. T-mobile is very popular but in all honesty if i knew this before i traded- in my iphone 6 - i would have just stayed with my previous provider. I really dont like to talk smack but because this has been an ongoing issue for a month - is why Im writing this review. If you do decide to go to t-mobile dont come to this store- especially if its for a family plan.

This place is awful. save yourself from going there. Only one guy the supervisor Marcin will help you. They dont explain policy returns. bill charges to your account that you didnt sign up for. Plus all the guys that are there are rude wont help you unless they are selling you something expensive. I have been here numerous times. No smiles just rude customer service. I have seen them do it to other customers also.

Came to this store with customer support request, to return equipment rented by t-mobile. The 3 young associates in the store (with one another visitor in the store besides me) were apparently disappointed, so they explained in details how they have absolutely no relation to t-mobile, how they have absolutely no way to accept the equipment, and how I was an a-hole to expect it from them. Yes, actually used that exact term.

SCAMMER ALERT! Do not go into this store. I was literally robbed by an employee a year ago when he told me after I purchased two iPhones that there was a special going on and all I had to do was pay for the tax on a portable speaker and it was mine. The following month I got charged $12.50 for the speaker and when I went in the store they told me that the old manager was telling people this but it wasn’t true and there was nothing they could but they would go into my account and make the $12.50 payment every month to make it up to me.We’ll they paid only one month and I’m totally stuck paying for it even after multiple calls. I don’t leave bad reviews you can check history, but this place flat out robbed me so please don’t support this store because they don’t care about the customer. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Picked up a galaxy s2 in January 2012. Owner Marion setup the account. He didnt know/understand the details about the rebate, so in the end I lost the $100-$150 rebate and am stuck with a higher level contract than what I wanted. Two phone calls and one in person message left with a very nice attractive young gal went unreturned. He did offer some accessories and a bluetooth as a make-good, but obviously that never happened.All three folks I talked to where very knowledgeable, the young gal, the owner Marion and I gentleman that was Ukrainian, Romanian or whatever. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hardware, rooting, etc...Be aware this is a privately owned limited store.

Stay away from them and stay away from T mobile !!! Very dishonest and they dont know what are thy doing!! Adding extra line without permission !!Trick me into a buying a speaker for $10 when i was buying a new phone then charged me for the speaker $13.7 per mo for 2 yr !!!! Rude and not professional !! putting fake names as a sale person so when you come back with a problem the manager tells he/she has no idea who that person is or was!!!! When changing me to another program never canceled the previous one so i was billed twice for their services!!! Can not wait to switch to better service!!!!!
