The product my son bought was broke out of the box. Took it back a day later and were told it was product that can not be returned. (We were not told/ warned buying the product that it could not be returned). They were going to exchange it as “damaged” and give him new one; but This is one the only headset they had there was no replacement. Really you’ll take a product “back as damaged” and give us new one but you won’t take a product that is damaged and give an 11 year old his money back. Very disappointing. We were told good luck with the product manufacturer that’s the only one he’ll get his money back. I’ll will never buy anything here again. I can understand the no return policy but to be told they’ll take it back as an exchange because it broke and then tough luck because we don’t have the product is a slap in the face. If you can take back a product and exchange because it broke you can us our money back as a return it is literally the same thing. I give you something broke you give me back what was owed.

The stores are clearly visible from 422. Staples is almost mid-way on the strip.This location also serves as a UPS sight. The last pickup of outgoing mail is 4 p.m.

Almost always has what Im looking for. I love to shop the clearance items always find something I can use at a great price. Friendly staff, always seeking to help you find something. And if it isnt in the store they can always order it for you.

I like this location better than their other ones. The staffing seems to actually care about their job and customers. The self serve staions for printing are more private location wise in the store than other stores. Place seems clean and well stocked.

Went there after looking at multiple stores for a laptop. I was set on this laptop and ready to buy it. The worker that was called it to get it out for us literally told me not to buy it lol. It was a 450 dollar laptop that all I need for is normal browsing use. He basically said its not good and go to best buy for a better selection. Like what? He literally said no to a sale.

Ran in to drop off my UPS shipment. Aaron was very helpful and the service was fast and friendly. Hours are much more convenient than the UPS center.

I just stopped by to get a second opinion on an issue I was having with my laptop and they were kind enough to take a look and tell me how to easily fix the problem once I got home and...IT WORKED!!! I had just left office max and they wanted to charge me $110 to basically do a factory reset on my brand new laptop...staples recognized that the issue was not that severe and could easily be fixed so they saved me $110 I will never spend another dime at office max and will choose to believe that they genuinely thought thats what needed done and were not just being dishonest to make a buck but they didnt even really look at what my computer was doing ...the tech guys at staples took the time to listen to exactly what my laptop was doing and then they basically diagnosed and told me how to fix it for FREE!! Excellent customer service I cant speak highly enough for this store! I am sometimes there once a week for business supplies and I have NEVER had a bad experience!!

I went to this location for the amazing deal on the Ticonderoga pencils this last weekend, but the store ran out early in the day! The manager, Dustin, asked if we were finding everything okay, and when I mentioned I needed SEVERAL packs of the pencils, he went over and above to make sure I got exactly what I needed! He understands the concept of taking care of the customers! Thank you, Dustin!

I like Staples because they a UPS drop off there and I can find any office supply I want, the store is big, clean, and neat.

Absolutely horrible asset management, they dont know what they have in stock and will even charge your card for stuff they do not even have in stock and then push the responsibility back on the bank for their gross mismanagement of inventory.

Being quite challenged when it comes to copiers, it was nice to have the staff standing by to answer questions and help when needed. Some significant fails started my experience, but in the end, success!

Mad, its ten after 9 am and their hours say open at 9am yet the lady is standing there with the metal sliding protectors half open laughing at me. Screw her I got to go to work. Joke is on you, you just lost a sale for failing to open on time! Going to Walmart I guess!
