They had hardly any product available. Lots of items out of stock. The clerk was not friendly at all. I picked out an eye shadow pallet and it rung up for more than what the display said it was. When I questioned the price she was obviously annoyed and rude about it. I left without purchasing a thing and will not be back. I feel that customer service is of the utmost importance and would have bought that pallet if she had talked nicer to me and responded differently. So sad.

This was my first time in Sephora and Loren was great. She helped me understand which types of products I needed, found a perfectly matching under eye concealer on the first try, and she has a very friendly and down-to-earth demeanor which is unique in a setting like this. Thank you Loren!

One of my favorite makeup store.The young lady Loren works there was so nice, made me feel welcome, I wish everywhere else I go In the East wood mall is nice as her. Definitely will go there in the future for the makeups.

Always helpful & if they dont have the product, they at least have the tester & they will order things for me & it gets delivered to my house free of postage fees. Love the staff. The only name that I can remember right off the top of my head is Cara. She is always excited to show me new products, so I always love when she waits on me!

I went to this Sephora yesterday and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The agent suggested some great products and gave some samples for me to try prior to purchasing.I tried my sample settling spray last night and it worked perfectly. I am going back to purchase it today.

Albeit a former Chanel veteran buyer, Sephora introduced me to new and worthwhile names.

I usually go to ulta. I walked up to the counter to purchase my items, the girl with long black hair didn’t even say hi to me. She was really rude. I said thank you and she didn’t even say anything back to me, literally just told me my total and that’s it. Never will go back. This is why I go to Ulta instead.

This store is awsome the people were very friendly. I recommend going to Sephora instead of ultra beauty in Niles.

Rude staff and they never have anything available. Some man who had on clown makeup ignored me and seemed annoyed that I asked him a question.

Called to ask a question, the lady answered and said please hold, she sat the phone down so she can help a customer (which I could hear) she finished and NOTHING, she was done with the customer. I could here them talking, to each other not to customers. I was on hold for 30 minutes, they are not that busy at all. I was not on hold, the phone was sat down. Very unprofessional.

Seriously how do you not have one pallete available to buy!! Its been 2 weeks, how do they work with no makeup!!

Lots of things are hardly ever in stock. And if you look like you have no money or if youre just not wearing any makeup, they will literally ignore you.

Terrible at keeping basic items in stock, everything I went there for (not even limited edition stuff) was out of stock.

Always out of everything.
