I would never recommend this place to anyone! Here’s my story; I ordered a couch back in April with an estimated time of delivery sometime in May or June. Didn’t happen! Every time I’d call no one answered or I was placed on hold for a long period of time with the same excuse “oh the sales representative is not responding” or it’s delayed because of covid or foam shortages. No one ever had any explanation or idea of when the couch would be delivered! The last drop in the bucket was this past week when I got fed up with their stories and all kinds of excuses. I went to the store in person to get a full refund of the money I paid up front, 7 MONTHS AGO. Guess what! They then told me that the couch had been delivered to their store and they had attempted to contact us but “sadly no one answered the phone.” (Total lie) I asked to see the couch (and this is when everything got even more frustrating) the sales person then tried to convince me that it was what I ordered and clearly it wasn’t! Wrong item and wrong fabric. So this is how people get taken for a ride! People, please shop at legitimate stores where they take appropriate care of their customers! If there were a way to rate them with zero stars I would have!

I had an amazing shopping experience here. Service was excellent and my products arrived way sooner than what the room place said to me. Everything is delayed everywhere but they are the best at getting things quicker. Definitely sending all my friends and family here!!!

They surprisingly had a bedroom set I liked after spending weeks looking with no luck and their prices were better than Wayfair. I waited a little over two months but it was well worth it because that’s quicker than what most stores were telling me. Good financing options too. Paid it off early with no problem!

I just bought a living room and dining room set for my new home and I have to say out of all the stores I shopped at this has been the best. I’ve shopped at more than 10 stores and something about this one and the employees and the service made me feel most comfortable here. My order was delivered on promise date and the service during the delivery was just as good as it was in the store. Thank you guys so much and special thanks to Omar for helping us pick the perfect sets that turned my house to a home. Also the prices here and quality were much better than every where I’ve seen and I always do my research. Once again thank you.

We wandered into Full House in March 2021 when we were looking for a new sectional and some rugs as we were about to move. We found the perfect sectional sofa for us and since we were making a large order, they offered a special deal on a couple rugs we wanted as well. The prices were better than anywhere we had visited and we received excellent service. Supply chains are terrible right now but we weren’t expecting to wait as long as we did. We had to call many times and sometimes they didn’t have info on where our couch was or when it would be in, but we tried to be patient. Finally we heard that our couch was scheduled to be delivered the last week in September. We were so excited! The delivery team got delayed on a job and didn’t end up showing up at our house until very late. When they got there, they weren’t trying long before they told us there was no way the couch would fit and we’d need to pick out something new. We were heartbroken. We went back to the store the next day with a tape measure and all our dimensions of our entryways. After double checking the piece looked like it should have fit, so we requested that they try again. They agreed and tacked us onto the end of their delivery schedule that night. On our way out, the owner was pulling up and recognized us. He pulled over to check on us and make sure we had been taken care of which I really appreciated. They sent a different team that night who seemed more confident and had a little more experience and while it didn’t fit in our front door, they made a plan to get it in the back door. They were total pros. I was so thrilled that everyone went above and beyond to help us get our dream couch! Even when things were going wrong, everyone we dealt with was friendly and kind. The customer service was excellent. You could tell they wanted to ensure we were really happy customers. We’ve now been enjoying our new couch for a week and even though it wasn’t a perfectly smooth process, we are so happy with our purchase from Full House and so impressed with the service we received.

The staff was wonderful! They were all very kind and helpful. While walking around the store, it was obvious that the products were high quality. Everything was well priced and there was a large selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend Full House Furniture.

Very happy buyer right here. We literally just placed our order of a gorgeous sectional set. My husband and I were referred by a real good friend and we couldn’t be happier. Thee absolute best customer service and management. Super friendly and no where near pushy to get you to buy something. This is by far the best place to get your furniture. I legitimately don’t know how this business has a single star. We purchased a custom order couch in April. The girl who sold it to us was lovely and helped us choose a custom fabric and color. We were told that the order would be shipped out in roughly 6-8 weeks. We called them after 8 weeks for an update on the order. They NEVER answer the phone here. Be prepared to call numerous times before anyone picks up. When we finally got ahold of someone, they told us “the order was delayed because of covid/material shortages”. Another 6 weeks go by. We call again. This was continuously a pattern every 4-6 weeks. Numerous attempts to get ahold of someone at the store, then finally an answer with some runaround excuse as to why the order was not ready. We kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because we were honestly really excited about our custom couch and also because we know things are delayed because of covid. We finally got the 6 month mark of no couch and decided we had enough. We stop in the store only to be told “oh your order is being shipped out tomorrow from California” it will take 10-15 days maximum. We said ok this is their absolute last chance. 3 weeks go by, we call and no one at the store has any clue AGAIN about the whereabouts of our order. We stopped in a few days later to get a full refund in person, and they told us “oh we have your order; we attempted to call both of you and no one answered!” A complete lie! No missed calls or voicemails. So we said ok let’s see it! They took us next door to their sketchy warehouse full of wrapped pieces of furniture and showed us what was “allegedly” our order. The only correct part of it was the brand! Not even the right pieces of furniture or fabric. I would steer completely clear of this place! Take the good reviews with a grain of salt and trust the bad ones! I wouldn’t have taken the time to write all this out if it weren’t our genuine experience! We honestly should’ve asked them for interest with our refund after waiting 7 months for a “custom order”. This place is sketchy on ALL FRONTS! Their apology was so insincere and they had literally no explanation for their mistakes and continuous lying!

We love Full House Furniture! The employees go above and beyond to help you select the right furniture pieces for you. Starting with selection through delivery, we were met with genuine professionals willing to hear our design wants to narrow down the selection. Sage helped us find a modern, but comfortable couch, coffee table, and entertainment set. We adore the rug we selected! Shout out to Muhammad for breaking our tie with the rug. Love the quality at a reasonable price. We know this room will be the center of our home and we are thankful to finally have the set-up. We will be back!

Furniture takes time everywhere you go right now. Ordered a living room set back in December of last year from Walter E Smith that was supposed to be delivered in March, but that got delayed to this November, so I shopped around and found this gem. I bought a set from Full House and the service was fantastic. The environment in there is amazing cuz the owner is super personable and you end up feeling like family. They carry just about everything you can think of. YOU JUST GOTTA ASK!!! I almost walked out without buying anything but he showed me a few options that they didn’t have in the store and it was the same stuff you find in high end furniture stores! I was genuinely surprised but I’d say it was definitely worth walking in and checking this place out! Great quality stuff for great prices!

The workers here really did work with us on picking the perfect couch within price range. Even handled an exchange when the couch couldnt fit through one of our hallways. I will admit they were one of the few furniture stores that had stock but their prices seem a little over than others. For that I had to give a 4 star.

Good morning, I got some of the furniture after 5 months, I arrived on Saturday, informing 10 minutes before delivery. As it turned out, the chest of drawers was damaged, I will attach photos. after submitting the scam to the company, I went to the store and filed a complaint there and sent photos to the manager with the damaged goods. He was not able to provide information when the goods will be replaced. Moreover, he does not know if they are in stock, the other one does not know from which country they are produced, even does not know what continent. after the next stakeholder in the store on Sunday, today I have someone with a camera who will take pictures and I will wait another two weeks for decisions on what to do next and I do not want to think how much to replace. the rest of my order on December 29 is due on June 15.

Walking into this place was the best decision me and my newly wedded wife have made to date. Furnishing our brand new house has made my wife so happy she is still in the honeymoon. They price match any official furniture store and are flexible in pricing and delivery. 10/10 will come again.

Bad experience. We decided to just pick up the sofa we oredered because the delivery guy is having hard time bringing the sofa inside our apartment and Omar one of the manager promise me to refund half of the delivery cost, but it never happen and there store never answer my phone call and I went there personally couple of times but the people in there always said that the manager is not around. Full of BS! And another thing when the time we pick up the sofa the guy in charge there warehouse was so rude!!! Dont fall into there promises and there furniture is expensive compared to Ashley or other stores. Do your research online first before buying a furniture here.

Walked in during Memorial Day weekend looking for a new sofa and mattress. I just moved in to a new home last month and trying to get it furnished was a hassle due to stock shortages for furniture at other stores. Full house furniture offered me a great deal on a beautiful sofa and a king size mattress that I was able to pick up the day of purchase. I went there to shop for a sectional, they had the best customer service as well as many items in stock. Their delivery was perfect. Everything was so simple quick in and out.

My mom was looking for a bed and we decided to stop by. Omar showed us a catalog and we found one that we saw at Ashleys but he was able to get it for us for a better price. He was very nice and even offered to give my parents a box spring so they wouldnt have to sleep on the mattress until they got their bed. The delivery was on time and the guys were very fast putting the bed together for my mom. We were very impressed and would highly recommend!! Very nice people!

After closely following Full House Furniture’s Instagram page for a few months, my wife and I finally decided to walk in and inquire about a bedroom set in April.We were greeted immediately by Mohamed, who let us know that we were more than welcome to look around, and also was kind enough to give us a heads up that they were unusually busy and he would be happy to assist us as soon as he was able. We appreciated the communication from his end.Once Mohamed was free, he looked into a bedroom set we were interested in. We had previously gone to The Room Place and they had the same set, but delivery was estimated for late July. Mohamed stated that he would be able to have the furniture delivered sooner.We asked Mohamed if he could work on the price to match what we received at The Room Place.Mohamed worked with his team to get us the best deal possible, which was still $700 over the price The Room Place quoted us. My wife and I were okay with this, as Mohamed stated we would receive the order months ahead of the quoted Room Place date.The problem started when Mohamed’s manager approached my wife and I and made a snarky remark, saying that if we have a better deal at another store, we should go there instead.We confronted the manager about his tone and his response, to which he quickly stated that he “was just joking” and “treats everyone like family” and that we “shouldn’t take it so seriously”.We took the manager’s advice and went back to the Room Place, which actually worked on the price further to earn our business, and we ended up saving a total of $980 over the price quoted by Full House, at the trade off of a delayed delivery time.The only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1 is because Mohamed was a gentleman throughout the entire ordeal.

I had a terrible experience with this furniture house, I ordered my furniture since March and they said, ETA is in May, they made me so mad, I am still waiting for my furniture. I keep on calling them for my order and keep me on hold for about 16 minutes and giving me every time new false ETA whenever I call for updates monthly. After calling them for so many times and following up they would say some pieces came in but rest is still pending. That’s the run around they gave me every moth I called. They keep pushing month and month back every time I called them. I thought I would give them a try and didn’t even order from brand name store but never again, NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered new furniture 2/27/21 at a price of $3000.00. Due to Covid the furniture was not delivered until 7/10/21. Even though the furniture was in their warehouse on 6/23 they had no one to deliver the furniture until 7/10/21. And the store is only 2 miles from my house. And when the furniture was delivered the delivery truck spilled oil all over my driveway where it was parked. The furniture that was received was the wrong item and was damaged. Merchant sent correct furniture on July 31, 2021 but that furniture was also damaged. On 8/8/21 merchant brought a replacement piece of furniture that was also damaged. Merchant said someone would come out on 8/9 to replace and repair damaged pieces of furniture as well as provide a 20% discount for the problem. Since 8/9 we have not heard from the merchant after multiple attempts to contact them. We understand delays due to Covid but that is no excuse to pay full price for damaged furniture and then to make things worse not to get any response from the merchant who said they would resolve the issue.Worst customer service. Think they purchase damaged pieces of furniture from other companies and then sell them as new. I could have gotten better furniture off of Facebook Marketplace.

Good luck getting through to anyone on the phone there. On two separate occasions I’ve tried to call and no has answered. The first time was to inquire about delivery date and time. I called multiple times on two separate days until I finally got thru. Most recently I missed a called from them about a new delivery strategy they had and they wanted to talk about my delivery date and was told to call back. I called back 30 minutes later 15 times and no answer. Hopefully my couch is delivered on the date that was agreed upon because they had the quickest delivery date from other stores I went to.Update: I’m going to go from 3 stars to 4 stars. The day before my delivery I received a call that they were down a delivery truck and my date would be pushed back. I talked with Sammi and he was very helpful in doing anything he could to get my couch delivered as close to the original delivery date and was only pushed back 2 days. When my couch was delivered I was worried about getting it in as it was a really tight fit but the delivery guys did a great job of getting it in and setting it up. They were done in less than 30 minutes. Overall was a good experience with Full House because of their helpful employee Sammi and quick delivery compared to other places I talked to. They just need to work on answering their phone at the store.

We had an excellent experience. Omar was extremely helpful. The customer service experience was above and beyond. Between purchasing and keeping us in the loop as to when our furniture was going to arrive. We will definitely be going back when we need furniture. I highly recommend you check them out. This place is THE BEST. Looking at the website it almost seems too good to be true, but it’s actually BETTER. The staff is so helpful and friendly, and they have all the best designer furniture at significantly lower prices. Shurooq was so patient, and spent hours helping us pick out furniture for every single room in our new house. She made sure we had the best prices and was very upfront with what we could expect with delivery dates. She even offered for us to send her furniture ideas from a whole list of designers to see if they could source exactly what we want for some of the smaller items on our list. I went back a week later to add to our order and had excellent customer service with Omar and Sammy as well. I’ve already recommended Full House Furniture to so many of my friends and will continue to buy all my furniture from them!

Useless staff..terrible service..they dnt deliver the products on time and wnt repsond to the calls..they make you wait months together and finally throw some cheap products on our face..the screws of dining chair came off on the second day of the the delivery..we need to keep fixing them to avoid accidents..Do NoT Buy anything from this store!

It’s beautiful and fits perfectly in our living room. Mohammed was a wonderful representative. He went above and beyond. He recommended ordering certain seats of the sectional as single pieces to allow change in formation of the sectional if we were to move houses in the future. Unorganized business. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing furniture. Was promised the dresser I purchased would be assembled spoke to 5 different people at the store. Scheduled when I was going to pick it up it and was still unassembled. Waited almost 5 months to get.

First time customer and will be a life long customer. Great customer service worked with Sami and Omar both were so friendly and knowledgeable. Delivered my furniture as promised within a few days of purchase while other large chains kept pushing my delivery since November and still didn’t get it. Family own and operated. We need more businesses like this that have great quality, great customer experience and deliver on their promise.

A wonderful, family owned furniture store. We received excellent customer service from everyone, especially Sage and Omar. They even took the time to diagram our sectional to make sure it would fit in our space and rearranged one of their show sectionals so we could visualize what it would look like. You wont find better customer service and they have a huge selection they can show you online as well as their showroom.

After canceling my order from The Room Place due to the company always backing up our order, we decided to go to other furniture stores. Our first stop was Ashleys which is in the same plaza as Full House Furniture. We saw a couch that we liked. After looking around we decided to go next door to Full House Furniture. The first thing we saw was the couch we saw at Ashleys. Naturally, we looked at their price to compare it with Ashleys. The difference in the price was shocking. Full House furniture had a way better deal than Ashleys. Of course, we bought it from them instead.Back to the room place experience. They kept telling us the dates they would deliver our furniture. But it would change every month and we got tired of this. We told this story to the staff here. They did say a lot of furniture is backed up which is understandable. But they were 100% honest with us about when they would deliver. They said it can take a few months for it to be delivered. They didnt give me an exact date which I appreciate because I didnt want to go through what I went through with the room place.Theyre a family owned business. I love supporting local and family businesses. The staff here are phenomenal! They connect with you and have open conversations just about on anything. The staff at Ashleys only talk about business and just want your money. But these guys are full of life and love what they do. I have nothing bad to say about Full House Furniture. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, I felt appreciated as a customer. If you want good deals on furniture and great customer service, check these guys out. Its worth the visit!!UPDATE:Next group I want to talk about was the delivery guys. Jose and Frank. Initially, they tried getting the couches through the front. After a few tries, they suggested we try the back door. But it was obvious to them that it wouldn’t work. So they went back to the front. After many attempts, these guys finally got it in the house. I don’t know how they did it but it worked. They told me the rule was they had 4 attempts to try to get the couch in. They definitely did way more than 4 attempts. They were very professional. I love how they never gave up on trying to get the couches in. I’ve had experience with another furniture store who tried the bare minimum to get the couches and just left. Frank and Jose would not leave without getting the couches in. They’re determination was spectacular. They also gave me two calls the day of them drop off. First call was to let me know they were an hour away. And the next call was to let me know they were 15 mins away. Very satisfied with the delivery.

My fiancé and I have been looking for a living room sectional since August 2020. We started off by buying one online at the Room Place. After the Room Place kept telling us delayed for another 2 weeks from August to now end of February delivery, weve decided to cancel. We then went Ashleys (same plaza) saw a sectional and luckily, we did not commit and decided to take a look at the Full House Furniture. As soon as we came inside the store, we spotted the same sectional from Ashleys!!! And guess what? Full House had it $450 cheaper than Ashleys!!! We saw a couple of furniture pieces in Ashleys in the store as well, and yup the prices at Full House were cheaper!! Besides the awesome pricing of their furniture, the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! The lovely and kind salesman who helped us out had told us theyre a small, family owned business that recently opened up in Niles a month ago.After we picked up the sectional to purchase, I saw an area in the store that had rugs. I went to look at them to match with our new sectional. I couldnt decide between 3 rugs and one sales lady heard me and said she can help me out as shes an interior designer. She was so sweet. The way she described each rug (type, quality, color, etc), I can really tell shes very knowledgeable regards interior designing. She even suggested putting the rug with the sectional to vision it better together and once we did, the rug was perfect and it was a done deal!My fiancé and I were so amazed how amazing their customer service was. They were very honest, especially about delivery dates and what to expect. We connected with them so well. We had many laughs with the staff throughout our whole time there that it felt like we were just visiting and hanging out with our friends. Overall, we had such a great experience and so happy with our purchases. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends, family, and everyone.

This place is out standing. You actually find what you’re looking. I am writing this as I am checking out. Bought some really nice recliners, a carpet and a coffee table. Great prices and would do it all over again

We bought a set for our living room, we’re told that it was available for pick up immediately, came back in a day, waited 2 hours, they tell me the sofa is not available, I agree to take the rest, walked in and saw these guys wrapping the chair off of the floor to give me (specially when I had just told him we didn’t want the sofa from the floor for a few days). That is stealing, I paid for new furniture not the floor models...
