In this day and age where cleanliness and presentation is everything I am happy to say this place exemplifies a proper storage facility. The cleanest place ive been to. Had the pleasure of receiving a tour of the grounds from Roxie since i was in the market for a new storage facility. Roxie definitely made the choice much easier with her professionalism.

Just wanted to say what an absolutely wonderful experience I had using Master Mini Warehouse. My daughter, a student at a nearby university, needed a place to store her dormitory/household goods for the summer. Roxie and Barb were a pleasure to work with, and made everything a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. They helped me select the size of the storage unit and didnt try to upsell me. When I was running late on checking in, they called to make sure I was still coming and then stayed a few minutes past their usual closing time to ensure I was all checked in. Master Mini Warehouse also offered the best storage rate that I could find in the entire Michiana area. Roxie and Barb are friendly and genuine people who go the extra mile for their customers, and rest assured that your items in storage will stay safe and secure. My daughter and I cannot recommend this place any more highly.

Very easy access and nice facility.

Very affordable rates. Especially for the larger units. I had two units at both of their locations. Both were easy to access and move things in and out of. When I removed one of my locks because the unit was empty over the weekend, they called me immediately to let me know a lock was missing. My fault for not letting them know, but great to know they were that observant.

We had storage needs for about a year, and they were great. Easy access, good rates, our stuff stayed dry and protected the entire time. Completely worry-free.

Was able to get an appropriately sized unit on short notice when other places were full. The process was painless and the staff friendly and efficient. The unit was clean, but had a hole in the base of the wall, apparently from a mouse since there was a container of mouse poison next to it. While disturbing, there was no evidence of mouse droppings and my stuff was fine a month later, so Im assuming the visitors had been removed. They accidentally charged me an extra month, but promptly removed it when reminded that I had called and let them know I was out. Again, very courteous and friendly. I would use them again and have no problem recommending them.

I have had several experiences with this storage facility and all have been wonderful. This really is a local business with a heart for the people they service.In high school they donated a month of storage to house toys that were collected for a community fundraiser I coordinated. They asked for nothing in return.Since then I have used this storage facility three times. The management has helped me find the unit that best met my needs, has been flexible when I had weird special requests, and has always been available any time I have needed to talk to a human being (rather than an automated system like those larger companies).I will always come here for my needs.

The ladies running the storage unit facility were very helpful and worked to get the best deal possible. They even let us see the different size units in person before purchase. Great if you are in college and need somewhere to store your stuff for the summer.

The Staff at Master Mini warehouse has provided very good customer service in our efforts to relocate. Moving is always a stressful time especially cross country, but Roxie and Barbara have eased part of the burdens by allowing a future reservation with deposit. Maybe other businesses could reach out and improve customer relations. Sometimes in life the smallest things seem to be the most difficult to do. Thanks again to these people.

Very good prices, and I ended up moving my stuff out 1.5 months earlier than I had expected and they gave me a refund for the time I had already paid for and didn’t use! I did not expect this and it was very nice of them to do this.

Worst experience I have ever had storing my belongings. I do not recommend anyone to store any belongings here, due to finding cockroaches on my things after just one month. I instantly informed the staff working there and they informed me that they could not do anything for me, and also asked if I was sure I didn’t have them before storing my things!! I am beyond disgusted and I will definitely NOT be returning or giving any type of recommendation.

My husband rented this storage space in 2000 when we moved to AZ from MI. We were always pleased with the service. In 2009 my husband passed away and since the storage was only in his name I needed to change it into my name. The staff at the Niles Master Mini Warehouse were very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. They were detail oriented in letting me know the process and made sure to let me know right away when it was completed. Sometimes when you are a long distance away people are not inclined to be as helpful but this was not the case with Roxy. She made a bad situation a little easier. Thanks to her for her kind nature and ability to do her job very efficiently!!

While I hve yet to store my sons college stuff for the summer, I have reserved a storage unit and the customer service has been outstanding! I have changed my needs and they could not have been more accommodating. Its a pleasure working with honest people and the unit pricing is very affordable compared with other companies I contacted.

Nov., 2017: I wish it would have been climate controlled, but a fine facility. Now, on 2/23/18 Im happy to report that I have had a fine few minutes talking with the ladies. Im in Bradenton, FL and they are meeting all my needs including giving me an update on the flooding in Niles. I recommend this storage facility to one and all!
