Carole at this location is the BEST! I pass at least 4 other storage places on my way and so glad I chose this one. She is thorough, kind, attentive and just wonderful to deal with. I am making my husband move his storage from another location. This Lehigh location is clean and convenient. 5 stars is not enough for Carole!

So personable and friendly also so helpful with setting up our unit. Helped us in a big bind when we lost our key she had the locksmith make a new one right there on the spot! The property is always clean and kept so safe. We feel so secure having our belongings here!

Met with Carole to to rent a storage unit. I prefer sites like this because it’s indoors and has climate control. She took us to each of the units in the dimensions I wanted, and see if the building’s structural posts were at the edges of the unit in question. We found one we liked and she helped us through the entire application process.

Carole was great, the service was great throughout and I’d recommend this as a solution storage to anyone.

The night of my move in day, I was struggling to find my storage room, and I came in when no one was here. The next day, Carole helped me out with finding my room, easier access, how to use the locks, changing my entrance code, and let me know if I need access to the Building longer than 9pm, that she can extend my time. She helped me out very much, and I would highly recommend coming here.
