Would give zero stars if possible. Reserved a trailer weeks ago to move our son to college. Showed up early yesterday morning only to be harassed and belittled by the manager at this location. Horrible way to start what should have been an exciting day for our family. He treated every customer disrespectfully-even yelling at my husband and another man just for speaking with each other. Unfortunately we had to move our son yesterday or we would have walked out. Unless you’re looking for “Soup-Nazi” level customer service I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Super nice gentlemen help me look at my vehicle for inspection since Im renting a trailer in a few weeks. He was friendly and very helpful. This employee was top notch and the stire even though not one of their bigger stores had exactly what I needed. Not very expensive either. Keep up the great work.

Good people here. Went there to have a hitch installed and the guy I worked with was great. Thorough and professional in explaining the work that would be done, and got the work done quickly.

Reserved a cargo van, but since the A/C wasnt working on a hot day, they upgraded me to a 10 truck.

They ripped me off today by charging me a $22.50 gas fee, when I put 3.6 gallons of gas ($7.78) for driving 26 miles. So I paid a total of $30.28 in fuel for driving 26 miles. The fuel gauge was actually lower when I pickup the rental vehicle, than what he had on his computer when I dropped off. I should have taken photo of it. Beware of fuel gauge scamming. I rented from Arlington Heights U-Haul a few weeks ago, and everything was perfect.

Great store. Willy does an awesome job. Friendly and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to be sure myself and his other customers were well served.

Rented truck, returned it with gas above levels I took the truck out at and I was charged $20 for refuel??? And MORE outrageously, I was charged $25 cleaning fee! Trust me when I tell you the truck was spotless! I took photos of everything, I contested the charges with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! use different locations or other companies.

So I had a super bad experience at this uhaul specifically so I cant rate it higher. I gave the other uhaul near this one 5 stars bc they came through clutch. But I have to say, the district manager called me after I exchanged a few emails and that was pretty cool of them. So 2 stars bc of customer service or else I would give this place (not uhaul in general) -4 stars :/

Extremely unhelpful staff. The employees were not cooperative, and I’ll do everything I can to not use this location again. The staff was on a power trip, unresponsive, and generally in a poor mood. Very disappointed.

These guys have been there for me every time and situation I’ve needed their trucks or van. I didn’t have a car for a while and no way to get my dog to the vet. I rented a van. Put the dog in her crate off I went. At great prices too. It would have cost me three times as much to rent a car. This is the way to do it.

It was easy to return the truck that was rented everyone there was nice.

The two young men working at the front desk were very courteous. I returned the truck with more gas that was required, got a small discount on the miles. Rented from here three times, had no problems.

Ive had many Uhaul experiences in my life but this was hands down the best one. Very attentive service and super friendly clerk at the front. His name is Michael. I had an issue on the way there and called and the clerk who answered the phone, Rebecca, cleared it up right away. After I got the the truck I had a follow up question and called back, the third clerk, Jennifer, helped me out without any fuss. Overall, great and seamless transaction. Would highly recommend.

We rented a 17 to move 6 large, heavy shelves, glass cabinet, and couch table. Took us hours Sat, May 12th to load it from my in laws home (their moving to Florida next week). By the time we got home at 10pm, too exhausted to unload. We decided to keep another day, would be worth it to have the time to unload. When we returned the truck, May 13th, they quickly checked everything, and we were done. Very quick and quality service at this location. Thx

The guys here were great and really went the extra mile to help out. They even stayed later to assist with unloading a vehicle from the car dolly. Wow! Stellar Service!

Returning my rental, late by 2hrs, however, I called customer service prior, spoke with Stephanie who guaranteed me my rate would not change, only by the mileage or the gas I used. One very unprofessional MANAGER who wouldnt give his name, started an arguement stating he cant go by what they said and stated Ill just help the next person. I told him that he couldnt be a manager and didnt know how to handle customers. Called customer service, on the phone, on hold with them for 45 minutes, only to get no resolution. I will be calling the corporate office!

Hernandez will call you 5 minutes before the appointment, that was set two weeks before and tell you that they still dont have any hitch. U-Haul doesnt care about your time and that you could have other plans. This company showed that their employees are not responsible, rude and disrespectful to the customers. Waist of time. Will never come here again.

These people are crooks. Instead of telling me when i dropped off the truck that the pads had to be folded, they decided to charge me after i left . $25.00 for not folding 6 furniture pads, and i tried 3 days in a row to talk to the manager, but he was never there to take my call. Dont rent from here

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a fully prepaid appointment for a hitch install. Called hours before to confirm. Arrived and was told nope, no way, no time to help you today. Come back in 3 days at 10am. Ummm... really?? I asked how this could be and they had no answer. I asked why they didnt call to tell me before I made the trip. No answers. I asked who checks the schedule. No answers. How rude of them to waste my time like this. Apparently theres a serious problem between their call centers and whats actually happening on location. Avoid them unless you have all the time in the world on your hands.
