This store is an absolute mess the employees are rarely up and ready to greet! I hope the owner gets some new employees because this is ridiculous I don’t even feel welcomed in my neighborhood UPS!

I come here frequently to ship out my artwork to clients and customers locally/nationally and I’m glad that my experience here has been nothing short of excellent. Ruben is always helpful and mindful about things to help make the shipping of my art that much better; he wants to ensure that the art that is sent out arrives to the client’s hand safely and in perfect condition. I’ve never had a client of mine complain about shipping and they’ve always received their art in perfect condition. Thankful that you guys have a mindful and driven associate like Ruben.

So we were running around trying to send out a package and finally found a store with just minutes until closing. Ruben was awesome. He was very polite and helpful. Definitely coming back to this location for my package sending needs🙂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is a joke when it comes about their services. I made an appointment for a notary. Never got the email they said they send to informe notary was not there. They said he/she would be there Tuesday which was the next day, I wasn’t able to go Tuesday so I went Wednesday now to be informed notary is only open on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Why don’t they put that information on their website, also don’t advertise services you don’t offer. Since the notary can only do visas and passports. Like a said A JOKE!

I walked in for a simple drop of with a shipping label already printed. I cant wear a mask right now as my sinuses are messed up and I cant obstruct my airways. And I explained this but the employee refused to serve. So I tried to compromise and put my shirt over temporarily and he still refused. Then I asked if they had any masks for customers and he said no that it is up to the customers. If this is what UPS is about and this is how their staff is trained. To not listen to their customers and empathize or compromise at all that is very disappointing and will just never be returning to this store in particular

Such helpful people. I was there earlier today for a print job and for some reason was having a hard time figuring out how to utilize the printer. The employee working there, Angie, walked up to me to assist and took me through step by step. We ended up having a conversation about how my day is going and for once it felt good to be treated normal rather than just as a customer under formal terms. You guys will definitely be receiving more business from me!

I was just there about 2 weeks ago inquiring about a package I had to receive. Even though I was there during the rush hour time, my concerns were addressed right away. The employee working around that time helped me look up my package. She very thoroughly took me through how it works when a package is sent and the time lapse it takes for such packages to come through. I definitely left the store a lot less stressed than before and much more relieved. Thank you for keeping such employees who know what theyre doing and are amazing at their job!

Actually, this review is over due. Its my preferred UPS store for the last couple of years! The staff is amazing, they know what they do and so friendly, there is Robin and another lady there (unfortunately I dont remember her name) who are just great. Thanks for your help. The bald owner acts and make odd comments. I was going there for years but he was asking for money to tape the package which I was returning and it’s a prepaid label. Killed a client for 5 cent tape!

The have great customer service. Ive come in to a point where the two only employees are neck deep in customers. I dont blame them at all with the multitasking. Dont even get me started with the rude customers. The man below who gave the store only 1 star, he was epically rude to Angie, the manager, while she was assisting him and talking him through how to access HIS OWN email. They have a great tolerance level of customer rudeness. I love them, they have every right to snap back if someone crosses the line. Thank you for being nothing but the best! Starting a business which is booming, which requires loads of shipping of books and some various art object. When I was just with only a few customers and had shipment this store picked up the slack for me and did a bulk order of mine the same day. they had to stay after work for me for about an hour and half and which was fine by me because I tell my clients 5 to 10 days. It was great service! thank you both!

Really great service. There was a miscommunication with initial order. I was given a discount and was very happy with the final print job (postcards and business cards for a client). The postcards were REALLY nice. Business cards too. Expertly done.

My wife sent me a package from Mexico, since I work long days I put down the store address thinking that I could pick it after work, well it wasnt the case, a guy told me on my face that he had sent it back to Mexico, because I didnt own a PO box. Stay away from this store.

I walked into the store on Saturday, 2/9/2019 at 10am with a heavy package. I put it down on the counter before the service lady told me to put it on the scale. She asked me twice but I couldnt do it as I had injuries on my back so I asked her to do it. She was immediately irritated and asked me why you talked to me that way and told me that I should talk to her nicely. The only thing I said to her was you can do it. I didnt understand what her problem was. Was she supposed to help customer with the package? If someone works in UPS store, is he/she supposed to do some lifting? I asked her why she had such bad attitude and very rude to customer. While she was printing out the shipping label for me, she continued shouting and verbally attacking me. I finally told her to please stop and I will take my business elsewhere. I dont think that I would ever go back to this UPS store as I really dont want to be treated as I was. Worst customer service I have experienced.

3 stars because the one guy that works there is super nice and I never have any problems, but there is a woman who works there that when ever I drop packages off even if I tell her that they’re fragile or I have it written that they are fragile she throws them into the box, litterally just tosses them not caring whether it breaks or not. Bad service and it wasn’t just once the same woman does not handle the packages nicely.

Because of the nature, of this tiny store being managed by only one person it can be difficult and aggravating when he is on the phone.what happened to customers come first. and then there is the line rule. i got skipped by some one behind me because they had a smaller order.so today proved to be a bad experience for me but thats all it takes when i see miss management.

UPS store, please hold - she puts phone on hold and never return. Thats how they provide customer service over the phone. You cannot talk with them on the phone.
