I can’t recommend this place enough. My boyfriend and I came here to buy a Tesla Model X. We ended up buying that as well as a Tesla Model 3 performance for me. This place is not pushy. We had ample opportunity to get to know the cars and test drive them without an employee, which I think is so important. I saw a 2012 BMW M3 with a very rare Atacama color around Christmas and I submitted a request on it. My request was quickly answered by Skyler. Because I live in Illinois and out of state I can not bring the car to my mechanic to check it out before my purchase. Skyler brought it to the BMW dealership close to Modern Motors on the day their dealer was closed due to the holiday. The car passed inspection and I put a deposit on it.I refinanced my mortgage due to the low interest rate. And my bank gave me a written approval that my loan was approved. But it told much longer to get the money because they were inundated with loan applications due to the holiday season and the tremendous amount of loans in their backlog. Skyler explained the situation to management and they patiently waited until I received the money. The transaction went smoothly and the car is exactly how Modern Motors advertised. I was in the car sales business before. And Skyler was very professional and exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely buy another vehicle from Modern Motors and would highly recommend this dealership to my friends!

One of the best experiences I have had with a car dealership of any size! My wife and I were looking for an SUV to replace the one we had. I was searching online on a Sunday putting requests in at different dealerships for the next day to contact me. Chris however was on the spot on Sunday texting me info about the car and asking me about my car. He gave me a trade value and I drove the car on Monday. I got to say first let me tell you that this is absolutely hands down the best car dealership Ive ever dealt with. They were the up most helpful they were super customer-friendly. I saw the car online (cargurus) from another state they gave me the time and they were willing to stay a little later than they usually do so that I could drive down from Nebraska to check out this vehicle. The process was quick the process was easy they were very open and forthcoming about any question I had. I test drove the car and the paperwork after I said yes took roughly 20 minutes to sign off! no up sales no trickery and no gimmicks I was told that if there was any problems between their dealership and my trip home that they would give me a hand and repairing any issues that popped up which there was one that I was not privy to upon my test drive, but I called them told them exactly what was going on we set up a appointment at Audi and they honored our agreement no fuss no headaches. I was in the market for a certain kind of truck and I found it at Modern Motor Cars. I worked with Don who was casual, laid back, and made the process really easy. He was really good about answering all of my questions (I tend to ask a lot of questions) and made me feel comfortable doing business with him. I told him I dont like to haggle and he said that he didnt either. We came to an agreement on the trade in for my car which was very fair and right at where KBB would put it at. Ive bought a used car before elsewhere and had the really terrible experience of having 1,000 things break on it with the dealership not willing to fix anything at all.Don and Carole (in the finance department) assured me that if anything went wrong after they fixed it, they would be sure to make it right. A few minor things needed done on the truck after I bought it. Don and Carole were 100% true to their word. I brought it back it, Don had his team fix what needed fixed with no hassle, and away I went. They were both just as kind to me when I brought it in for the fixes as they were the day I bought the truck.The finance portion of the purchase was the easiest I have ever done. Carole was genuine with me and that went a long way. She explained to me the different parts of what I was signing and I felt zero pressure from her. She simply told me what I needed to sign, and explained to me the benefits of potentially getting an extended warranty (which I got) in a way that made me feel like she was my next door neighbor just helping me make the best decision.100% recommend MM to anyone. We talked for a while and he gave me the keys and we were off for a test drive; came back, loved the car and we made a great fair deal and we were off to Brandon. Now this guy was just like family to me, we were both from TX and had a lot in common. We just did not talk business but we talked about family and other stuff, he made the whole buying thing just a great experience and when we left him my wife and I really felt a connection with him. He was also very down to earth and just an all around great guy. Because of an unforeseen problem with the car Don had to fix, the car is being shipped to me at no charge. Horrible place to do business with! Especially dealing with Chris ! The sales manager acts like they are the customer and should cater to them . Bad business! Then Don the owner of the business calls me back finally. His attitude is like why do I need to talk to you as I get on the phone with him . Horrible motorcars should be there name !
