I have yet to meet a nice worker at this Starbucks. They act mad when they have to make someone’s drink. Don’t go to this store unless you want to leave feeling like you just got bullied in high school. 😂

First time I tried the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. It was delicious. Staff was friendly & worked fast.

It took a really long time to get my drink.

The employees were horrible. No one cared enough to let anyone know their drinks. Once they were done making the coffee they just placed it on the counter and went back to talking. Ive had wayyyyy better services at diff locations.

Place is a joke. I never give low reviews but the employees here just don’t care. It’s like, they don’t know how to communicate with their customers.

What ever happened to customer service ? The young ladies helping out didn’t care less for the long lines waiting for their coffees. No names or drinks called out, they assume we can see the cups through the long lines, waited longer than expected to get a mocha frap. 20 mins. Horrible place.

Staff here are always very friendly and the get customers drinks made quickly.

The coffee was good, but the staff was awful. I took my two boys into the store and had to pay for one additional item when I checked out. The employee threw a lot of attitude my way (actually made me feel uncomfortable). Then, when I asked very politely for a bag to put the item in she physically rolled her eyes at me. I wish there were more coffee options in Nixa!

I enjoy trying a different coffee or cold drink when we come here. But to be honest its my wife and daughters that thoroughly enjoy and look forward to going to Starbucks so we stop by when we can. Stations were clean and our drinks were ready in a timely manner.

Not a true Starbucks experience here. The staffers are Price Cutter employees, you’re basically supporting Price Cutter by buying Starbucks branded coffee. Personally, I go to Starbucks for coffee AND the coffee shop experience, so I drive to Springfield. The line here often reaches the grocery store entrance, and using Starbucks Rewards is significantly more difficult here. However, I’ve always gotten friendly service.

Usually the staff is very friendly. This morning was a bit different. I won’t be coming back.

Great service as always!! A friendly staff. They always take the time and ask how I am doing. Appreciate their friendliness and those that have been there awhile know my order. Trenta green tea, no cane syrup, no water, and 2 splenda. Always taste great.. Great job!!

Young girls working there are rude, I stood there for 2 minutes waiting on someone - they didnt even acknowledge me - they saw me waiting, yet they continued talking to each other - finally one of the gal comes over and ask me what I want - no apologies from neither of them. Why do Starbucks hire individuals like this to work for them? This was definitely an uncomfortable experience and I probably wont go back again.

These ladies were super helpful on choosing a iced caemal macchiato and the mango star fruit refresher.

Every time we come here one of the baristas is extremely rude to us. I have never had such a bad experience just trying to get a coffee. Im baffled that she still has a job. Needless to say we will not be getting our coffee at this location again in the future.

Young gal named kyndall did an excellent job on my order and they were all very friendly and speedy love getting to visit. Best service Ive ever received at a Starbucks!!

One of the rudest baristas Ive ever had! Very disappointed. She said it wasnt fair she had to work on Christmas and her customers didnt! Not a smile to be seen. Merry Christmas!

If you like coffee and don’t like paying $7 for a coffee then most likely when you get Starbucks it’s a splurge, $7 for one cup of coffee is what I spend, I expect good customer service and the barista to make it correctly. I could stop at a gas station for a coffee for $2 and I know it’s right. I went to the Nixa location Starbucks a week ago, after being new to Nixa this is “my” new Starbucks, I ordered 2 Venti Caramel macchiatos with two extra shots, stirred. I was in a hurry as I work everyday 10 hours a day so I received my coffee after a 30 minute wait so yes they were busy. Ran to work, got there, pulled out my coffees and both of them were literally just steamed milk. I payed $15 for two cups of steamed milk. I didn’t have time to go back and have them make it right, so before I decided to make a bad review I went back in today to tell them what happened as I bought another one, the barista working said “yeah sometimes they get flustered” and that was that and I said continued to ask if he could write a not for the manager, he then continues with the next person. Poor customer service and even worse coffee. Don’t waste your money for a kid in high school or college to mess up an order with poor customer service.

If you are rich..... Then you probaly dont go get overpriced coffee in a grocery store. If you need coffee anything would be cheaper. Even a can of monster would be cheaper. Call the employees baristas cause for what you pay they should be baristas. But are just fast drink regular old people working there

Can not make a Salted Caramel Mocha Frappucino to save their lives. No customer service what so ever. Handed over the drink knowing it was wrong and said they didnt have time to remake. Earlier in the week I was unable to purchase my 2 espresso shots due to the machine being shut down early. Very disappointing.

This Starbucks inside a grocery store caters to both those who need an espresso to get through the weekly shop, and out of towners passing through. I was the latter. They have wifi and seats. Also coffee.
