Will never go here again. Brought my vehicle in for service and eventually was told that my entire transmission needed to be replaced. 2 months later, still no vehicle at this time of this writing (9/4/21). They will NEVER call you back to let you know anything about the status of your car. Ive already shelled out over 3k to get this replaced, and not a single person from the shop has called me in 2 months to keep me updated on anything, and instead I have to call them every 3 days to just to be told that were hoping to have it finished in a couple of days. When I call back on the day they say it will be completed suddenly its a some other part needing replacement or excuse. I get not being able to get parts in todays Covid market, but NEVER calling a customer back about their vehicle is simply inexcusable given the amount of money being spent to get it repaired. As I said earlier, theyve had my vehicle for 2 months. Hopefully one day I will get it back from them and repaired.Update - Called 9/7/21 (8:00am) - Was told that they they were putting the car back together and that I should have it that day. Was told that they would call me around noon to let me know status.Update - Called 9/7/21 (1:00pm) - No call from them, had to call and spoke to manager who said he didnt know what the prior person had said and that they were still putting the car together so that it could be tested. Manager told me that they would call by end of day to let me know.Update - Called 9/8/21 (8:45am) - Never received call from the previous day. Manager told me that they now had to put two bolts into the car to finish it up so that they can test the vehicle. I again have asked the manager to please have someone call me to let me know whats happening.
I had the worst experience at this store. The first time I went there Jake said they changed my oil and put new tires on. When I came in for another oil change the guy told me they didn’t show they changed it. So I drove another 3,000 miles on same filter. Then I went in the other day to get new tires and Jake the manager had talked to me on the phone and gave me a quote on pro continental tires and scheduled me to come in to get them on. He said he had to order them they didn’t have them in stock. So he calls me the morning I’m supposed to come in and says are you still coming in I said yes. So I get there he puts the tires on changed my battery and my headlight. I get into my car and he’s put a different type of tire then I ordered on and never told me. I go back in the store and say hey why did you put pure continental tires on my car that’s NOT what I ordered. His response because they are better don’t worry you’ll like them. I was very upset but didn’t have another 2 hours for them to take off those tires and put my tires back on or I would of. What kind of person does that to a customer? I’ve been very busy but today called the Carmel store to get my tires rotated because there is NO way I will ever go back there EVER. Don’t trust this guy he is a liar!!!! He never once told me he put different tires than I ordered on my car. I cried on my way back to work in disbelief. I would have never known if I didn’t read my receipt. I spent like $1500 that day!!! My mother and my sister was going to get tires after me but went to discount tire and was treated great. I’m hoping the owner of this company sees this and he needs to know what this manager is doing. I’m going to Carmel tomorrow to get my tires rotated talked to manager Garrett. I have to drive 30 minutes to that store because I don’t trust Jake in Noblesville. I do like the company and will start going to Carmel because the products I have received from this company have been great. Just wanted to give warning to people Jake is not to be trusted.
Another great experience. I had 4 wheels balanced. In the past, I have bought new tires and had repairs done. Always had good experiences and treated well.
The Big O Tires in Noblesville, Indiana, screwed me out of $150 worth of a gift card and a rebate. I was told by the employee Id get a $50 gift card if I got a Big O Tire credit card and $100 back for purchasing four new tires. It was only AFTER the tires were put on my car that it was brought to my awareness my tires werent eligible for the $100 off. This stipulation was I had to buy Cooper brand tires. Well, the employee knew I was getting Continental tires. It was the employee who ordered them! I was told by the manager the employee was new and made a mistake. But I would be receiving a $50 gift card in the mail. I never received that either. I talked to the manager at least six times. He said he was working on getting me my card---but it never came. I bought these tires back in May 2020. The owners response is nothing but lies! He insults my integrity. They never reached out to me.They never offered me store credit. And I never asked for cash. I simply wanted Big O Tire to keep their end of the deal---but they didnt. The owner of the Noblesville Big O Tire is a Big O Liar.
Thank you so much to Jake the manager and Allen. Also all of the mechanics at this shop for there customer servoce there great work as a team. There are efficient and excellence at fixing my 2005 Buick Rendevous. Thank again to you all.
They told us to come up here and then said they are booked up...? Im confused..
Best customer service I have ever had. This is the 4th time I have put tires on my car and the best set I have owned. I had a couple of issues with my car that I knew about and they was able to fix for me the next day. Will definitely be coming back here for my next set.
Nearby construction slowed us down getting to the shop (which they should notify customers of when scheduling if they can) and we had to wait. We ended up waiting an hour for a service that took 30 minutes and while I understand why we needed to wait, they could have easily communicated that it would be a while at any point (which they did not, even when asked). I was disappointed in the customer service and just hope they are able to improve on these points in the future. Otherwise it was alright.
Disappointed over and over. I went a few months back for an alignment and tire rotation. After taking much longer than the anticipated time because they all “had to go on break”, my car wasn’t aligned properly. Now I went to get new tires and they were torqued too tight for the lug nuts to be removed without breaking them. They also did not wear masks, which I could even understand in the garage, but unacceptable face to face with customers. Don’t trust them with your vehicle.
The service was fine but I was extremely disappointed that they do not require masks for their employees. Since wearing masks in public is a gubernatorial mandate this is disconcerting to me. Mask up!
Have been going to this location for about a year now. They always provide honest high quality service. Today, I thought it was time for one of my vehicles to get new brakes (I couldn’t remember when I had them changed last) and asked to have them changed if needed. Instead of being pushy with a sale, they provided honest feedback stating that my breaks had more than 50% life left.Having an honest mechanic who solely provides honest and quality service really goes a long way! Keep it up!
I have had the BEST service from Big O Tires! Jake is wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable and great with communication. My brother was just recently helped by them as well and had wonderful things to say about his experience with them. Thank you!
I brought my wifes car to the shop about 20 minutes before they closed with a leaky valve stem on one of her tires. I fully expected to have to schedule a time to bring it by the next day and would have been happy with that. They immediately brought the car back and 10 minutes later they brought the car around and tossed me the keys. They didnt charge me anything for this repair, granted it is probably the easiest thing for them to fix but most places would still charge for at least the time.Everyone was incredibly friendly even though I was THAT guy that shows up right before close. Needless to say I will ALWAYS go to this Big O if any of my vehicles need service.
Have come multiple times and received the service needed to get the job done without any hidden surprises. Treated with respect and curtesy through the whole project.
Great Service! Have actually been here a few times before and have always had a great experience. Very friendly staff!
Im very impressed. I needed a headlight replaced and called an hour before they closed. A gentleman (Randy, I think) walked straight out to my car with me when I arrived - popped my hood and replaced the bulb all within a few minutes. I could tell they were busy, but they got me in and out and were incredibly polite. I will definitely be returning for all automotive needs.
Very friendly service. The review is 4 stars instead of 5 because the last two oil changes, I had to call to check if it was ready 4-5 hours after my appointment time. I presume its because I drop it off instead of waiting, but it takes longer than expected. Also, the paper is left in my car that they put on the floor board. Id prefer that they dont leave trash in my car after they finish. It should be discarded before I pick up my car.
Probably the worst tire place in Noblesville unless you like you and your car smelling like cigarette smoke and not having it cleaned/disinfected after a simple tire rotation. They also like to leave their trash in your car too. Don’t care that I bought tires here, will never go back even to have them rotated for free. No regard for customer service.
Tires = great, Service = not great. Bought a new set of Michelin tires on their recommendation. Tires are quiet and ride really well. Unfortunately when I got my recently purchased car back all 4 of the wheels were chipped around the lug holes. I called and they had me take the car back in. Randy said he needed to get with the wheel specialist guy to see when he would be back. After 3 call backs over 2 months to the store for an update, I still dont have any information other than Randy is supposed to call me when he knows. The tires are great but the service I got this time wasnt and I cant get any kind of update. Disappointed as I have been going there for years. This is my third car they have worked on and I dont know if I will be back.
Great prices and work. Very quick turn around time on repairs. Thanks for all your help!
Do yourself a big favor and go first thing in the morning if at all possible. Its first come first served, so a 10 minute oil change can come with a 90 minute wait if you show up later in the day. The service is good though if you have the time to wait. Theyre dog friendly too which is great.
HUGE shout out to Jake Deford for going the extra mile!! My daughter had a tire blow out right around 3 p.m. at the corner of 146th and Herriman on a Saturday...literally right across the street from BigOTires. I walked across the street to see if they had a replacement tire. Now mind you, they normally close at 3 on Saturday. Jake Deford, the manager at this location, went over and above! Jake stayed after hours and helped move my car into their parking lot, got the necessary equipment he needed and put my spare tire on in minutes. Something that would have probably taken me a half hour to figure out. Excellent customer service!! Professional and courteous. Thank you Jake for your kindness and expertise! We will be back to get that new tire!
They got the job done of replacing two tires. Was there for a little over 2 hours because they won’t set an actual appointment and just told me to “come by and we’ll get you taken care of. Luckily I called before coming and was told it’d be an hour wait to even start so I came later when I was told that may be better and still waited. I understand it takes time but when I’m a mom bringing little kids along I need more information and I need a time you’ll be ready to go and help me. Waiting room and bathroom were both very dirty, no soap or paper towels in the bathroom to clean our hands. Staff was fine, not over friendly but not rude. Typical auto maintenance place, overpriced and dirty. Maybe I expected too much..... :)
These guys were excellent to work with. they made sure i understood what was going on with my brakes. they were able to take care of all of my maintance needed for my car. Much appreciated for their work. They also provided me with a ride too and from work, so i was not left stranded.
I have been so pleased with our experience at Joes. They are pleasant to work with, understanding and super helpful. It is sometimes hard to find an auto service you trust, but I trust Joes. When we purchased a used vehicle and had some trouble with it, Joes looked at it for us and then had some tips for us to be sure the used car dealer fixed it correctly. Definitely will keep us coming back!
Very fast service and super professional staff, highly recommend!!
I have been a Joes Auto Service customer for 6+ years, all for oil changes and servicing of a 15-yr old Lexus. Joes work has covered more than 150,000 of the 260,000 miles on the car, and the car is still mechanically sound and maintained. Every repair I have encountered has been honestly diagnosed, and the recommended service has always been explained without pressure. Since my move to Fishers, the Noblesville location has become my service stop, and the manager (Danny) offers a wealth of car-guy information to back up their work. This is a first-rate auto service for fair and honest maintenance.
I needed steering and suspension work done. Joe and Randy both told me theyd get it done that day and they did, with the techs working until well after close to get it taken care of on a Saturday. The only issue I had was that I had to call to check on the initial diagnosis since I hadnt heard from anyone for two hours after my appointment time. After that point, they made sure to keep in contact and let me know what was going on. Ill definitely go back.
Clipped a curb with Big Blue last night. Tire was half flat this morning and wheel was bent. Talked with Randy and he fixed up the tire to my spare rim and completed a new realignment and boom...Im on the road again good as new. Outstanding SERVICE and the price is right. If you NEED Brakes, shocks, Alignment or any service for your car...Hit Up the Big O!!
Tony and Dave gave us excellent customer service. We had a 6 hour trip ahead of us when the service engine light came on. The mechanics at Big O got us into their schedule and 3 hours later we were on the road back home to Wisconsin. All was fine except the bathroom was gross, but I guess cars are the priority, not bathroom maintenance. Our car is running fine now, thanks to the mechanics at Big O!
Randy Scheuermann was the gentleman who helped me. I want to thank him for his caring attitude. I had just experienced a flat. Randy helped me with discounts and was able to get the job done within an hour and 25 minutes. That was 4 newtires with balance. I felt well taken care of. Thanks so much.
I have been going to Joes Auto for roughly the last year and a half. The staff is always courteous and friendly. They have always been on time with my appointments and willing to run me home for those longer services. I have had no issue with any work done and very pleased with the work. I would recommend Joes to a friend or family.
Great customer service. Danny is very personable and fun and always accommodating. Their prices are fair as far as I can tell, and they always do a great job showing me what is wrong with my car and explaining why its a problem, when it needs to be fixed, and how much it will cost. Ive been taking my car here for about a year and Ive had only positive experiences.
I have had very good experience with Joes over the past year or so with them servicing all three of our familys automobiles. In particular, I very much appreciate Dannys honesty in sharing what he would/ would not do in each particular situation allowing me to make the best choice possible. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a good reliable shop.
These guys were great. Every tire place in the city was slammed following the cold snap. Mgr Randy got me in for a tire repair which could not wait as my daughters car had to go back to college. Ended up not being repairable (nail in side wall) but they still got me hooked up despite being booked solid
We have been going to Joes (Big O Tires) for 14 years and will continue to do so due to friendly folks and very competent technicians.
I got a nail stuck in my tire that caused it to be flat. I called my usual go to place and they said we could bring the tire in but they werent sure if they could get it fixed that day. So we started calling around to other places by our house. 1st call was to Big O Tires and they said the would be able to get it done today. So we took it in and about an hour later they called me to say they were done and had it all fixed up. They really saved us lots of stress, will be visiting again.
I have a great experience every time I go. Customer service is spot on. Clean, coffee waiting for you. They dont talk down to me help me understand what my van need.
These guys work great called had to order tires had them within 24 hours and put it on the truck great price great service
Had vehicle towed to their shop. Tow company quoted $50, Premier tried to bill me $60. I told the manager at Premier that I would just take my vehicle to another shop. Manager stated I think your acting ridiculous. I corrected manager stating I don’t care about his opinion; I don’t want to be priced gouged for a job they didn’t perform. So I made a complaint to Joe the owner of the shop. Joe calls me back two days later and has same inappropriate attitude as his manager. Joe stated that all shops tack on an administrative fee for a tow. I told him that is not true as both my brother and father work as mechanics and this is not their practice either. I myself work in customer service and would never give my opinion unless asked; even then it would be polite and not back shop rude. I would never recommend to anybody!
Great service & very helpful. I had a tire with a leak that couldnt be readily spotted. They pulled the tire, found an embedded nail on an inside tread, & repaired it - and did so with no charge. Super way to make a favorable impression. Ill be back.
These guys bent over backwards to help me out. Arrived right before closing needing tires and an alignment. Although they were getting ready to close they still opened a work order, got my tires changed and the alignment done while I waited. First class customer service!
Both times Ive been there, the staff have all been knowledgeable and went above and beyond the norm to get the job finished. They fix what others shops break. Thanks!
My husband and I began going to Joes a few years back, after receiving poor customer service and high prices from our dealerships. Time and again the team at Joes has delivered honest and accurate assessments of work needing to be done, finished repairs on time at a reasonable price and stood behind the work they have done year over year. They handle our import cars without issue and have treated us with courtesy, gratitude for the business and were straightforward in all areas. Thank you to the entire team for making car maintenance and repairs experience the best in Indy!
Ive been going to this Big O location for about a year and will continue to do so. David and Tony seem like honest guys, the guys in the shop are ASE certified, and Im always pleased with their prices and service. Highly recommend!
I decided to give them a try because there shop is very close to my house. I needed new brake pads and rotors. The cost of this service was around 435 dollars and thats without any of the other work they say I needed. After getting these new parts I decided to call the dealership that I normally take it to and they quoted me 328 dollars for the same thing. We all know dealerships dont give great deals. Big o also told me my back pads needed replaced and that I needed two tires replaced. I found that odd being that 3 of my 4 tires were brand new. Last week I took my car to the dealership for an oil change and to see if my back brakes and those two tires needed replaced and they said NO!!!!!! I felt like I was being hustled because they sensed I didnt know anything about cars.Today I called them to see how much my sisters Acadia would cost for an oil change. They told me $69.99 and up for full synthetic. Again I call her dealership up and their full synthetic change was $45.00. The only reason I was going to give them another shot was because of how close it is to my house and I could drop it off and walk home. Plus I figured that I couldnt get a bad deal on an oil change. Again I was wrong. Please get other quotes before you decide to go with them. They are more costly and some of the staff is very rude.
I had passed Joes almost every day for three years until I recently had to get new tires. I feel that I not only got the best price on good tires, but the service from Jason and Bobby was second to none. Jason/Bobby and their staff pointed out a few major suspension issues I was having and quickly gave me a quote for the repairs that were easily 30% less than that from the dealer and another specialty mechanic! Car is driving nicely (again) and Id recommend Joes & Big O Tires to anyone looking for a fair and honest opinion. If you need someone to help with your european vehicle, do yourself a favor and stop in here first!!!
I have been going to Joes for about three years. They have done oil changes to electrical repair (Battery, starter, etc.). I have had a good experience in almost all instances. There was one time where days following a repair the same problem happened. Joes took the car into the shop, found the problem (replacement part failure) and replaced the faulty part promptly. I was pleased with the quick response and concern.
First time working with these folks on some new tires. They went out of their way to shuttle me to and from my house during the work. Happy with the price and service.
My family was traveling home to Texas after new years vacation when our rear brakes locked up. We went to Joes early on the first work day of the year. They where clearly overbooked with work but graciously help us out. They worked diligently to get our brakes fixed my 2pm the same day and get us on the road. Were so pleased with Joes work and responsiveness. Well highly recommend them!
I needed winter tires for my new Camaro and Randy told me about the Nitto Motivo. I am pleased with this tire and the fast friendly service I received.
Just lost my business. Called about some tires that were listed for my vehicle on their site that I have had good luck with in the past and was intentionally talked down to repeatedly over my choice of tire. The employee implied that I was stupid for my choice numerous times (yes he did there is no way that was not what he was doing by what he said). But here is the thing, I told him I had those tires before and I really liked them and did research on them and he still talked to me that way. This was not a bad choice either, I have tons of references from forums for my specific vehicle recommending that tire for my car and in general the specific tire gets great reviews and is priced well in comparison to other tires. I called another tire place and ordered them.
Great service, especially in the Oil Change department. The manager, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return and recommend to others.
My van acted up on the interstate. I called Premier (after hours) they gave me a number to call to get van towed. Very simple, they bill to Premier so I can pay all at one time. I got 3 calls the next day following up on my van and what they were finding. They could not get the problem to replicate so they asked to keep it an additional day so they could make sure they covered all the bases. I appreciated their concern and attention to detail. I have been before and I will return. Great customer service!!!
This Big O Tire store is extraordinary!...On a sub-zero morning, my tire indicator showed 2 low tires...I was heading to Chicago, and did not want to risk having a problem on I 65 in bad weather...The store was very busy and I was outside patiently waiting my turn when one of the team members tapped on my window and asked if I was aware one of my tires was very low...I explained my circumstance and he immediately ran into the bay, grabbed an air hose and in 2 minutes I was on my way...I am very thankful for his prompt and pleasant attention...I was buying all 4 of my vehicles tires somewhere else, but after my experience at this store, I bringing all my business to this Big O store!
I called Big O to see if they could mount my tires. I asked whats the max size tire you guys can mount and balance. I was asked well how big of a tire are we talking about and I chuckled a little and said 40 tall. The guy on the phone laughed a little and said thats not a big tore thats a HUGE tire 😂lol! He then went on to describe what exactly was making them turn me down as a customer and I have no doubt that he was telling the truth. He then directed me to Clark Tire who was able to do my tires. from my experience they have excellent customer service!
I will never deal with these people again and my hope is for others to not waste their time and money on them. As a first time customer, I was very disappointed to go in knowing that I would need new break pads, rotors, oil change, and possibly some ball joints. I get a call from the mechanic telling me that I needed a new battery (which was fine, but was probably due for a new one soon), 2 new marker lights, 3 ball joints and arms replaced, break pads and rotors just needed to be cleaned up, an alignment, and new tires along with an oil change for $1980.00!!!! I went in thinking I wouldnt have to spend any more than $800.00. I decided to give these guys a chance, so I had them repair everything, but the tires (I knew they were fine) I dropped my car off on Thursday morning and didnt get it back until Friday night and they didnt offer me a loaner. I didnt drive my truck for a few days, come Monday afternoon when I had to pick 2 of my boys up from school and take them to practices, my truck didnt start because the battery was dead! I contacted Joes auto service and they told me to jump start my truck and bring it in, which I couldnt do until the next morning. The next morning I drove my truck in to Joes Auto service and I communicated with Daniel how much of an inconvenience it was for me to have them put a defective battery in my truck especially when there wasnt anything wrong with my old battery and he informed me that it couldnt be the battery because he checks them thoroughly and tried to tell me that something such as my radio could be draining my battery and for him to pinpoint the cause that he would have to charge me $97/hour and it could take him a few hours to diagnose the problem and may run me about $200-$300 just for the diagnosis. I told him that Ive already dropped $1100.00 into repairs and that I certainly couldnt afford any more repairs for a few months and he was trying to convince me that my truck wouldnt start if I dont take care of the battery diagnosis asap. I told him that Ill just have to take my chances since it wasnt in our budget to spend any more money into repairs for my truck. All of this nonsense while Im 8 months pregnant and wouldnt ya know it my truck has been starting up just fine.
Joes Auto in Noblesville is the only place we take our vehicles. There staff is very courteous and professional and always thoroughly explain the repairs that are made on our vehicles. Daniel (manager) has always been extremely thorough and always gives me options for my repairs. If you are looking for an oil change or a major repair, this is the only place to take your vehicle!!
My wife and I greatly appreciate the service and integrity of Premier Auto. We had been given an estimate for a repair of oil leaks several months ago. We waited until it fit within our budget and dropped off our Nissan van for service. A few hours later the repair was completed, but for $800 less than the estimated. They determined no new parts were needed and simply repaired the seals. We were obviously appreciative of the fact that they could have charged us and we would have had a hard time knowing what they did or did not do. The mechanic and the gentlemen at the front desk seemed almost as happy about as we did! Thanks, Premier. We will continue to tell all of our friends about your service and integrity.Stephen Schultze
Go see Jake if you need tires or service, hes the best!!
They do quality work. Jason just duked it out for me with the Allstate rep, who wanted to repair our car the cheapest way possible. We appreciate his persistence and patience.
Tom at the front desk is really friendly and knowledgable. Oil change was fast and affordable. They also gave me a reasonable quote on a muffler, which was well needed. I will be back.
Place is good for tires and oil change but mechanic work is astronomical $914 for a fuel pump called a place in Greenfield $360 for same repair!!!
Great staff fair pricing and they can do anything to your motor vehicle. More then a tire shop.
Very nice with good customer service. Work was over $200.00 cheaper then dealer. Very satisfied.
Poor staff and customer service, blunt and rude, acting like they have something to prove. I had tires balanced here, after being finished my truck rode about 3 times as worse as it did prior to bringing it in. The staff member David had told me prior to having the tires balanced that he wasnt sure if itd fix my problem. I figured that if by having them balanced it may possibly fix the problem, however I did not anticipate by having them balanced, it would make it exponentially worse. After calling back and getting into an argument on the phone with David, I decided to take my business to a different location. Hopefully the Carmel location can properly assist me. It seemed to me that the staff seem more interested in flaunting their knowledge rather than helping a customer and being fair. They gave me the usual run-around, like many other shady shops would.
The job is always done completely for the exact price quoted and on time.
I had a flat tire, the staff got me in and out quickly and the price was reasonable.
The guys at Joes were super friendly and took care of our repair quickly and professionally! They explained what needed to be done respectfully, allowed me to ask questions and answered them without seeming annoyed--which, in my experience with auto repair services, is quite impressive! Thank you!!
I had a very funky schedule and the guys at Big O worked with me got me done when they said they were going to have me done and did what was needed done on the car would definitely go back and do business with them every time
Fixed my car quickly for a reasonable price. Had multiple good experiences with them.
Great location, hard working and friendly staff ready to get the work done in a quick manner.
I called in knowing which tires I wanted to ask if they had a set at this shop, since their website did not show what they had in stock. As soon as I said the tire model name, the gentleman who answered the phone told me that particular tire only lasted 10,000 miles. I asked him if that was true and how he knew this, and he just kept saying it was a 10,000 mile tire. This confused me, as the warranty is for 50,000 miles. He then told me that it was a racing tire and that I should only be using it if I was taking my car to the track professionally. This was also confusing, because this tire is an all-season tire and actually has Snow in the model name. Im not sure whether the gentleman was referencing the wrong tire, but I did not end up giving Big 0 my business. Im not sure whether Im more concerned about the employees the lack of knowledge about this tire, or the confidence that the employee had when he did not know anything about the tire. I am giving two stars and giving the employee the benefit of the doubt that he was just looking at the wrong tire.
Last Tuesday, Sept.18th, I had a flat tire. After roadside assistance put on the spare I went to your Noblesville store to see if the flat could be repaired. They said it couldnt so we ordered a new tire. It came in before 4 pm the same day. I arrived a little after 5 to have it installed.I asked before checking out to be sure theyd put my spare tire back. The man at the counter said he was sure that they had. I paid and then went out to the truck. Thankfully I sat there for about 15 mins making some calls because a worker comes walking out with my spare! He tells me he cant put it back under the truck because a clamp was missing so he puts it in the bed. My husband looked and there is nothing missing. Strike 1.When my husband got home he also noticed that they put the new tire on with the white lettering facing out when all the other tires have the lettering facing in. Now we have to take it somewhere to be changed. Strike 2.And he noticed that 2 lug nuts werent even on the wheel! And the third one was loose. Strike 3.We have used Big O many times (not usually this location). This is by far the poorest excuse for a Big O weve come across! At the LEAST we should be reimbursed for the installation. Im also emailing corporate and leaving reviews on Google, Yelp and wherever else I can find. If the wheel had come loose I could have been seriously hurt.I hope you look into the quality of your work before someone is injured.
Wait times vary, as should be expected, and the crew is always courteous and knowledgeable.
By using an impact wrench on lock lug nuts, my socket was ruined. I had to go to Kia dealer to get a new one. It was listed at $70. I chose to have them take off the lock nuts and put regular lug nuts in their place. By that time, it was too late in the day to have my tires rotated; so I had to come back another day for you to do them.
The two stars is for the service itself. They fixed my tire and alerted me about what was going on with other problems (They tried to up sell). Other than that, it was generally negative service. I didnt mind waiting, I honestly did not it was just for general service and the service was fine but what made me even take the time to look this place up and write a review was the terrible customer service or lack of customer service. Like no joke this guy was Le Chiffre from Casino Royale, the guy playing poker against James Bond with that scar. He was absent of any emotion and gave this false smile like he really doesnt want to be there or talk to you. I know there is a stereotype of mechanics being pushy salesman or blunt and rude like how a BMV is super straight forward and direct due to the large volume of people and the job might require to be pushy but its like try a little bit more you know?I get that there is always going to be a volume of cars that need service so you have that job security to a point but there are automotive stores left and right in this area and people will just go somewhere else. But with a free market and all Ill just go back to Tires Plus or Tire Barn because they know how to be a relatable human being that can feel and converse in normal non-awkward silence dialogues and not stare me down like Tim Roth stalking an injured gazelle.I personally like a little familiarity or niceness in my car repairs I don’t want to be coddled like a snowflake but just be able to hold a nice genuine conversation. Good customer service isnt standing there and going through the motions, and I feel like that is a main issue with a lot of mechanic shops generally but some focus on improving their store image of not being the quintessential auto shop you see in any sitcom, its a stressful time dropping money and thinking about other finances contributing to this this especially when they tell you that major work might be needing to be done in the future. So, if you feel the same way I would suggest somewhere else, however if you are blunt and already know what you need and dont need no man then youll fair pretty good there. Like I said before they did the service just fine to my car its just you have Dr. Manhattan manning the register. Maybe other people who work there fit what I was looking for just not the guy I had.
Dont take your vehicle here for trouble shooting. Long story short told me I needed $800 worth of work to fix my running condition. I okayed repairs and the following week same issue. I even have it on video before and after with miles on dash pannel to prove it. I guess the first guy I talked to and showed what was going on wrote up the work order completely wrong as well. Next, time I will ask him to turn the video on his phone off so he can comprehend what I am saying. Owner told me thats was not the issue I was complaining about when I talked to them. Side note I also found my air box was loose due to 2 missing bolts! Should have known with a name like Big o Tires you should probably only let them do tires. Dont Waste Your Time or Money! Terrible service! My response to big o tire after he emailed me his reply(see below) for my low 1 star review...If your phone calls are recorded then I would like tohear where I was told it was a Starting Point. I was told replacement of ignition coils would fix my idle. I also told the person writting up the work order I have video of what is going on if he would like to see it. He said Thats not necessary, while looking at his personal phone sitting on the desk with some kind of video playing on it. Great customer service. He also wrote that as description of issue Once at operating temperature it dies out lights goes of sometimes. This is word for word on my receipt. At least he heard at operating temperature while whatching his show. Also, when I came back with the same issue, I was told by 2 employees on separate conversation. Oh yeah you had 2 bad coils but we replaced all 8. Funny thing was on the phone I was told I had 4 bad. Makes you think. After returning with the vehicle I was informed to remove a obd 2 scanner and drive it. No further repairs were offered. As for your work still intact I am missing at least 2 bolts from my air box. Also in his reponse it sounds like the scan tool was unpluged a week. I pluged it in when I bought vehicle it had 20,000 miles on it. Vehicle now has 160,000. It was unpluged 2 days while I had it unpluged and still doesnt run right. Side note I had master of technology technician status at Harley Davidson dealership for over 8 years. If I had the diagnostic tools to diagnose myself I would have. (Left dealer for more money and benefits due to growing family, I was asked to stay by the dealership) I am pretty sure I can handle replacement of an iac motor and spark plugs. For those that dont know IAC stands for Idle air control...didnt fix it when I tried it first so I took it in for them to diagnose my Idle issue. (IDLE air control) It should also be noted here that I after I responded this to owner he emailed me from his personal email instead of the big o tire email asking me to call him. In my mind I gave him a chance to make it right when I took it back and they didnt.
Was recommended to come here by a friend. Needed a alinement. Called made an appointment. Dropped my car off at 11 this morning, was told 1 to 2 hours. 3 hours later I called to see what was going on. They had just pulled it in to look at it and said I need 4 new tires and the alinement. Drove back to ask why it was taking so long when I had an appointment and was not a walk in. When I got there they told me I also needed new breaks and possibly rotors. I told them to give me my keys I was going else where. I took it straight to my mechanic he said I didnt need any of what they said or an alinement. All I needed was a tire rotation. I knew from previous experience that my mechanic that he didnt do rotations so I skipped having him look at it first. Learned my lesson. But will also never go back to Big O Tires. They are a rip off!!!!
Got me in on the same day I called when other places had atleast a three day wait. Fair price, helpful employees.
Got me in right away for tire repair and oil change. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
Got a brake inspection done here, which was pre-scheduled. They said nothing needed done that day, and the pads should need replaced in 2 months. 2 months later we take the car in and they say we cut into the rotors because we took too long to replace the pads, and we paid triple the price that new pads would’ve cost. It was even Joe working the counter who told me our brakes were good. If you’re too busy to work on my SCHEDULED appt that day, just tell me that. Don’t tell me we are fine when we aren’t. I haven’t been back since. Car-x at 106th and allisonville does great work and has good warranties on brake pads, I would suggest going there instead.
Excellent customer service, fast, and great price for the money
Upon on this visit the wait was a little long, but they still have decent prices and fair service.
Staff is friendly and I have used them multiple times. Only downside is cant make appointment for Saturdays and during week last appointment is at 4pm.
A little disorganized but were able to take care of my issues
I took my car in for a minor problem. They told me the only solution was to replace the entire assembly. Something I now doubt. They also inspected my car and told me I needed a several other things serviced, fixed, or replaced, for a total cost of more than $3K. I later took the car to a couple of other mechanics who basically laughed at what was recommended by Joes. Turns out the only things I needed fixed only cost me about $250.
Great service and great work. Will definitely use them again.
So I took my car for an oil change and air filter change. I normally take car t Sears, but they did not have necessary filter in stock. After 2 hours of waiting, they come back to me saying that my transmission is leaking in 2 spots and that container for window washer fluid is also broken. They said that they would fix it for $900 ad can give me free rental car. I did not have that much money on me, I asked if car will last for a week. They said it should but it is better to fix it asap. I schedule appountment to come back next week. However, I decided to get second opinion on the car. And Jack Pot! Both Sears and dealership says car is just fine and nothing is leaking or broke. So now I am wondering... did they cheat me or are so imcompetent.... and wat kind of oil/air filter they put into the car after all?
I cannot say enough how pleased i am with the wonderful service at Joes Auto Service on 146th street in Noblesville. Not only did they give me a fair quote, but their manager Daniel drove me home yesterday from the shop, as i only lived 5 minutes down the road. This is above and beyond typical customer service. They even have a guarantee if this service was to break where they will fix it under warranty.I received my car back 3 days ahead of quoted schedule. I definitely recommend Joes. Their professional and caring service made all the difference to me.
Wont even give me a quote without bringing car in. He thinks people are going to go with them just because cat is already in their shop. David was rude. New business will most likely fail
Good service! Friendly people!
We took ouir 2003 Jeep Liberty in for oil light and oil leak we could smell the oil burning nice folks simple fix or what we thought they replaced valve cover gaskets picked it up next day would not run took it back found another problem leaking vacume hose connection they replaced it seemed to run ok, but next day it would not run very well miss firing on several cylinders. Took it back 3rd time now esitmate was to replace spark plugs and coil packs very expensive did the work myself. Now after all that oil light comes on they say engine needs to be replaced? Hmm wow not good!
Updated - Decided to give these guys one more go. my mistake. Went in for an alignment they comeback saying that I need two new tires. This is after two hours. I said ok, ordered them and went back when the tires got in.. I asked over the phone how long it would take. 45 minutes they say. So I go in at 9am I leave at 11. During these two hours I find that they had not done the alignment the day before (so why was I there for two hours) and that is why it took two hours instead of 45mins. I leave and my steering wheel is shaking badly. So i go down the road to a tire store and they say Premier Auto was 3oz off on each tire for balancing. I can not say one good thing about this shop.Had a 3000gt in which they did the job wrong 3 times, which means removing the transmission three times and re-installing. Took a whole week to replace my clutch ( a 7 hour job at most ) all because when they took out the old clutch they threw away the spacer and that spacer does not come in new clutch kits. Dumb mistake even I know that spacers dont come with the kit. Plus they were installing an after market clutch without asking me if I wanted something non OEM (original equipment manufactured). A complete joke. INVOICE 3300
Don’t walk away from this place, RUN!!! I would not recommend Big O’s to my worst enemy.
Well, I have an appt for an oil change at 9am and then another customer comes in after me (15 mins) with no appt. and they get finished before me...whats up with that...then i get to my car and there are item from my glove box all over the floor...WHAT THE H*&% ARE THEY DOING IN MY GLOVE BOX as it seems they needed the owers manual ( r u kidding) this is a auto repair shop...correct. not going back here again!!!!!!!!
Friendly, quick, affordable.
I came here because I had picked up a nail in my tire. I told them I was in the middle of my workday and just needed the tire repaired. They took the car right in when I arrived. And hour and a half later Im finally leaving. They had basically done full inspection of the car to find anything and everything else they could potentially charge me for.
Nice guy. Knowledgeable.
Great people.
