I dropped off my work truck for - what I hoped would be - a simple solution to non-start problem. It quickly became apparent that my repair was going to be major job costing thousands of dollars.When you walk in the front door you know that this is not going to be a typical auto shop experience. You are enthusiastically greeted and know that you are in good hands.I am so glad that these folks had my truck. Due to the escalation of my engine problems and major supply problems this job took nearly month. that being said - these folks communicated with me nearly every day. I have over 50 photos of diagnosed problems and the repairs. There were absolutely no surprises (beyond the scope of the project).I told them what my budget was and they stuck to it. I am sure that they performed a few additional repairs beyond my budget, but they stuck to it.The work wasnt cheap, but the peace of mind and the final result were worth every dime.

As my previous reviews have stated, Noble Auto Service has been great to me, and my family. My son also has had work done to his car, and they treated him like everyone else, great!!! I highly recommend Noble Auto Service for your car repair needs.

Nobel Auto performed all services they said they would professionally. A few things that stand out is being able to see what they find via their website. You can approve or reject right through their website. In addition dropping off and picking up is very easy through their drop box system.

They do a great job! Very convenient! Take check in pictures of the vehicle. Look over everything send you a text link of the vehicle overview and the services they want to provide with the cost included for you to approve or deny upon approval the website will update the total cost at the bottom of the page. Their website set up is very easy to navigate and very informative. I would definitely recommend Noble Auto Service. They found and fixed all the issues. Ive take the same vehicle to another place and the other place only temporarily fixes the easy part of the total problem. Very impressed with Noble Auto Service.

I was on my way home to South Bend from Indy and my muffler (which I thought couldn’t sound worse) all of a sudden sounded like it was going to fall off and take the bottom of the car with it. This was a Friday afternoon at 3:15 pm. I didn’t have the money to get it replaced until I got home so I was in desperate need of help figuring out what exactly the problem was and could I get a temporary solution. I pulled up to Noble Auto Service and not only did they take a look and determine the pipe from the muffler has broken it two pieces but put it back together so I could get home. When I asked what I owed them they said I didn’t. And then when I asked how much a new muffler was they said they didn’t know because they don’t do mufflers. 🙂I couldn’t believe how much they helped me out that day when they didn’t have to. I really appreciated their help and will always remember their generosity. Thanks, again!

I cannot say enough great things about Noble auto. We were not familiar with any good auto places in the Noblesville area and it is always a challenge to find trustworthy auto companies. Noble auto was quick to diagnose our car, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They provided a loaner car which took the stress of trying to find a rental and added expenses to what had already been a long process with another auto mechanic. BEWARE OVER CHARGING AHEAD: Brought my 2007 RAV4 in to have Check engine light and tire pressure light was charged $224.00 and lights still on . I was also given estimate to install O2 sensor 220.00 for part ( which I purchased for 109.00 110. for labor ( had part installed for $50.00) They did take the time to compile over $4000 of recommended repairs as well.When I protested charge I was subjected to a lecture on how much better they are than car dealers and other shops. Also was told that charges were for diagnostics but seems they only read the code. When I asked if they could adjust the charges I was told You probably wont be back, so I dont care if you are dissatisfied. Fancy waiting room, loaner cars and all the trappings, I can see how they can afford it by gouging customers.

Noble Auto Service basically brought my 2009 Pontiac G6 back from the dead. It’s been a really great car, but probably wasn’t going to last more than another year due to massive suspension (safety) issues and tons of oil leaks (among other issues that happen with older cars). Now, I’m hoping to get at least 5 years or more out of it.From start to finish, Noble Auto has been kind, professional, respectful, courteous, and most importantly, upfront and HONEST. As female who knows nothing about cars, repair costs, etc.., I usually have my husband deal with this stuff. My husband did call around to get other estimates but found that Noble Auto was either on par or less expensive than the other repair shops. In all of my years of driving, this is the first auto repair shop that I feel has been completely honest, without pressuring me to get any unnecessary repairs.I would recommend Noble Auto Service to my family, friends and anyone else who is looking for honest, quality vehicle maintenance and/or repair.

I had Noble Auto Service install a new radiator and electric cooling fans in my 1937 Street Rod that was restored in the mid 90s . They also did some other repairs. They did a great job with the replacement of the radiator, researched options for fans, made custom brackets, and wired the fans. I decided to have them convert the carburetor to edelbrock fuel injection. They did the install and research as they came across special needs (this is a Plymouth with Chevy and Ford parts used throughout). The fuel injection is awesome and the car runs great. This required a new fuel pump, lines, intake, sensors, wiring, etc. I am extremely happy with their work, professionalism, and communication. Scott and Todd are excellent people to work with!

Very friendly knowledgeable shop. I think they would admit that they are probably not the cheapest, but your getting quality service from real mechanics and not just parts replacers. I spent a lot of money on a lot of different items that they said needed fixed, and felt comfortable that they were being honest. They shared pictures of the bad parts and explained why they needed replaced. Unexpectedly they had washed my truck and it looked better than some carwashes. I would recommend them and will use them again.

I cannot say good enough things about this business. They care about their customers. They worked with my warranty company and got the repairs covered on my first visit. My car then started making a loud noise, so I called them to set up an appointment. Scott was so kind. He said he didn’t have any appointments available that day, but asked me to take it to him so he could hear the noise and make sure it was safe to drive. I’d had surgery on my eye and didn’t need to drive that weekend. I took it the next Monday. They had to keep working with the warranty company, and gave me a car to drive until mine was fixed. Everyone there is so kind. The place is very clean. I would have never known to take it there, but I had started having problems in March. I received a text from them introducing themselves. They had taken on accounts from my previous mechanic that has closed. The timing was just perfect. I have never had any experience with a mechanic who cares about the customer. They go way above and way beyond. Highly, highly recommend

I took my car in for a tapping sound. Dropped it off on a Friday morning telling them I wasnt too worried when it got back to me. And Friday evening the necessary repairs were done, a list of things the car needs soon/asap was given to me and the tech even spoke with me for a bit. Wonderful service.

I was very happy with the service and professionalism of the team. I searched for a new location for servicing my car after receiving questionable quotes elsewhere. They gave a detailed explanation, including pictures, of what services my car needed, in addition to the brake repair I was needing. There was no pressure and great customer service. I was even given an available loaner car to use while waiting for my brake repair. They also added a car wash to my service. Since my car was finished after the car wash had closed, they gave me a complimentary car wash coupon to use on my own. I will definitely be taking my car to them again.

Cant say enough about the customer service here. I brought my wifes car here after it was having engine troubles and wouldnt start. Scott was very helpful in telling us what the issue was, and even informed us the repairs my wifes vehicle needed were still under warranty by GM...saving us thousands of dollars.Scott didnt have to check to see if the warranty was still active, but he made sure he was looking out for us as customers, and we greatly appreciated that and it has won our trust and service. If our cars ever have issues again, we will be sure to bring them to Noble Auto Service.

I approved a charge of 149.99. Declined next service of $2520 for labor to diagnose my engine further. Upon declination the balance was almost $500. For fluids used in my truck. When the next step was to fill fluids and do a pressure test. No authorization was given and the fluids were part of the $2520 that was declined. They did remove the charges for services not preformed but only because I was upset and the attempt to overcharge me was completely transparent.I left a review on Facebook for this business. In which they responded admitting they were wrong for the attempted over charges .And immediately after the review was posted they removed their 4.0 rating. Super shady people. Be very cautions if ever considering doing business here.

After using Reggies for years of service on my 2004 BMW 325i and now trying my 2014 Honda Accord at Noble Auto, I can confidently say I will NOT be back.Let me start by saying I was just trying to get my oil changed and a standard checkup, I also mentioned that there was a noise being made by the engine on cold start up. This was my first mistake as on top of the oil change I was charged 150 dollars for a Diagnostic fee to which I was assured on the phone that this was to find the specific noise although Im confident that should be included in the Annual Service/Checkup with the Oil Change.Since I was skeptical on this charge already, when I was given a list of over 10 items for service totaling over 3,000 dollars I needed a second opinion. So I called Honda of Fishers and asked about the pricing of some of the services Noble Auto wanted to do to my car.To my surprise after the quote from Honda, large items on the list such as the Rocker Arm Control Valve Replacement had been up-charged 400 dollars, Brakes 250 dollars more and smaller items on the list double the price of your typical Honda Service Center. When servicing my BMW at Reggies the justification for high prices was because it was a BMW, these up-charges make no sense with a more affordable car such as a Honda.With this information I picked up my car, not receiving the complimentary wash and with more questions then answers. When picking up my car, I noticed that the vehicle was no longer making the noise that I originally reported, yet on my Vehicle Report from the company, it was stated that it was still making the noise and that the car would require further service to fix it (over 800 dollar Rocker Arm Control Valve Replacement). After a week of driving the vehicle, I have still yet to hear the sound, leading me to believe that this service was unnecessary and quite frankly fabricated all together. Essentially my oil had been running low due to a leak and this noise was fixed simply with the oil change, meaning their diagnostic charge of 150 dollars was unnecessary and I essentially paid 230 dollars for an oil change.A week later with so little clarity on my vehicle, I took it to Honda of Fishers for a recall and also for a multi-point inspection. Honda informed me of only 2 items that needed work done versus the over 10 from Noble Auto. Not only this but the prices for both items were under half the price of that from Noble Auto. Reminder that the services stated on my vehicle from Noble estimated over 3,000 dollars (with a 230 dollar oil change) versus a 400 dollar service.Unfortunately, this experience was very eye opening and a waste of money. The quality of service/part cannot make up the difference of these gross estimates. On top of that, there is just no justification for saying that something was not fixed when it was and leads me to distrust the inspection all together. It hurts as well when my family have had years of work done at Reggies but we will not be back.If you do have your vehicle worked on here, make sure you really do your research, but I would suggest going elsewhere.Theres not much that can mend the relationship sir: grossly overcharging for labor/parts, creating a laundry list of items to scare ignorant customers, unnecessary inspection fees and on top of this I was legitimately lied to about the state of my car.Why would I bother reaching out when I was basically scammed 230 dollars for an oil change?

The entire staff was very helpful and courteous. They did an excellent job on my van replacing the power steering pump. I also had oil changes on both my vehicles there. Nice waiting room with refreshments and WiFi. They also gave me a loaner car for the day.

Might be a little pricier than some other shops, but they use quality parts, provide a really thorough inspection, and I feel confident in the repairs they make.

I have been to Noble Auto Service twice. First, I had a routine oil change. What a got was a full inspection of my car and reasonable recommendations of how to keep my car in good shape for miles to come. But, with no pressure to make fixes immediately. I went back to have my passenger side window motor replaced after it stopped working completely. The fix was easy and affordable and the service was great. On my first visit, when I didnt plan appropriately, an employee took me home and also picked me back up later in the afternoon. I cant recommend Noble Auto highly enough! I will be back any time my car needs an oil change or any kind of maintenance.

New alternator.We have multiple gmail users in this household. This keeps jumping to the boys gmail instead of mine - so, Im not Darkstalker, thank you very much.It was exactly as you said and you did all the diagnostics necessary to prove that it was indeed the alternator (which was brand new and baffled the heck out of me). Yeah!!! It works and I dont have to worry about it.

A friend recommended Noble Auto Service to me and the only regret I have is not bringing my vechile here when I moved to Noblesville 3 years ago. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a friendly faced and even received a tour of the shop. I was even able to meet the gentleman who was going to be working on my car.
