On our way through in the middle of a road trip the staff at Jiffy Lube was highly professional and extremely friendly. Ivan was so kind when he greeted us and the staff even reminded us to look up coupons online before we paid. They didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need which we appreciated. Would def return if in the area.

Crew was fast and courteous! Knew what they were doing and did it lightning quick.

I like this location because its usually less busy then others on a typical weekday. Its been remodeled on the outside recently. Most of the techs are friendly and they have a good manager named Issiah. Always check for coupons online; they always have them and always honor them.

Pretty upset. I’ve had my last 3 oil changes done here and it’s usually 60-65 bucks and this time it was 90 bucks. I asked what changed and they said the filter came from a different location. And they also didn’t take the change engine oil light off of my car. Probably won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

I always go to the Jiffy Lube in Noblesville - staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I am always in and out. No pressure to purchase anything additional, but they take the time to explain possible issues with your car and offer real solutions. Today, I was greeted by the FRIENDLIEST employee who opened the door for me as I walked in and out today. Just an extra touch like that was special. Great place!

Ever since Isaiah Terrell left. The customer service has dropped significantly. Even though there was only four cars in front of me on Saturday morning. I was told Id it be a 2 and a half hour wait. Which I knew that was wrong. I told the guy if I needed anything fixed or changed to let me know. I thought they would ask me if I needed new cabin filter and air filter, or any fluids that need to be topped off. Or if any leaks was discovered. Was not told of any of these things. So when I came home and check on them. I had to put new fluid in a couple things and went to the store and picked up my own filters and replace them myself so much for customer service which is drastically went downhill at this location. I dont think so may have changed with the covid-19 going on, but you still have to offer decent customer service for the price we pay at your location. I just been a loyal customer for a long time and now Im extremely disappointed. Maybe next time Ill look at those ads I get in the mail and go to one of the other places.

I brought my vehicle here earlier this week to get my brake line replaced and they were unable to repair it because it was rusted and they were worried it would brake on the lift. But I had also asked them to just check my fluids and see why my transmission was messing up and they shut down the brakes and instead of checking my fluids they just parked it I was not super extatic about the situation

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire patch. After leaving the tire continued to lose air. I returned a few weeks later to have the tire looked at. They said it had never been repaired, there was no plug on it. I didnt have my receipt but I remember the computer screen said patch when I checked out. They said I didnt pay for a tire repair. Despite my confusion I paid the $20 to have it repaired. When I drove out my sensor still said low tire pressure. I assumed it hadnt reset yet but when I walked around the car I found a screw in the side of the tire opposite the one I had fixed. I went back and they said it wasnt their fault, there was no way it had happened driving through their facility. They said it could not be fixed and I would need a new tire. I may be wrong about the initial patch - but I still think that I paid for it in Oct - but I know for a fact that the screw was NOT in my tire when I pulled in today. My rim was also damaged today when they repaired my tire. The manager said it was normal wear. I may have believed him if I hadnt been looking at the tire to air it up almost daily. The chrome was not peeling prior to today. I 100% feel that I am being taken advantage of because I am a woman and I will never return.

I was visiting Indianapolis from out of state, and my vehicle was overheating. I had it towed to Jiffy Lube on recommendation. It was close to 6 PM (closing time) but they pulled my vehicle in. It was diagnosed within 5 minutes, fixed next morning first thing.Outstanding customer Service. Gary and his team were amazing. This people are very good at what they do and very helpful. Thank you to Gary, Colby and Zach and everyone that works there!Best customer service imaginable.I would recommend this branch and if need be will return for further service on my vehicles.

Came here for an oil change. I purchased a Groupon and was charged 10 dollars extra. They ONLY did an oil change as stated on invoice. If you are female watch out for EXTRA costs. I will not be returning and if they are this dishonest who knows if I really got synthetic blend. Only came here for convenience.

When you get your oil charged its worth the money !! And the do more then just oil change,Brakes,diagnostics, Ac,power steering,quick repairs !! Putting a wow with every visit.

I’ve had issues with this location for quite some time but am a believer in second chances so I decided to stop by again not long ago. Scott was incredibly friendly and made sure I was serviced within a quick and reasonable amount of time. Really astounded by how professional this gentleman was compared to whomever I was serviced by the last time i got an oil change... Really believe new staff has brought a turnabout to this place! When I had questions that staff couldn’t answer manager was very kind and understanding. Think I might be coming back again. You’ve a happy customer, Jiffy Lube!

This place is horrible. Not only did I take my car there but someone tried to steel it not only that someone put drugs in my car that the cops found. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Valvoline is the way to go! Great people an are always willing to fix a mistake or make it better!

Gary and his team was amazing. I had stopped on Friday knowing my vehicle was way over due for an oil change but I had to drive out of town for my grandfathers funeral. I was running late. Gary checked my oil level for me since there was a wait at the time and I was already late. My levels were good for how far I was going. I came back today and gary got me in right away. His team was amazing. I’ll be going there from now on.

I went in the middle of the day with a very busy line of cars. I was amazed how quickly the team worked together to get the cars through. The management is doing a great job here. I would be very happy to do another oil change here in the future.

I stopped in on my lunch hour and they worked me right in. My car was returned.cleaner than I left it. They even fixed my phone mount! Great service.

I went to Jiffy lube to get a simple oil change . I was waiting inside while watching work being performed. The guy that filled the oil checked it and said it was done. I asked the manager about my air filter that I wanted changed and was told that it was not that bad and that it was part of the vehicle inspection. I told him that nobody checked the air filter or tire pressures. The manager was very rude and just said ok. I went down the road and checked my oil level and it was overfull half way up the dipstick. I then took my car to a different Jiffy Lube and was told that they could only drain it to the right level which they did. I dont think that Jiffy Lube in Noblesville drained any oil but added . The paperwork I received said that they washed the outside windows, filled my tires to 35 pounds, filled windshield fluid. They did not do anything that they had put on receipt. I checked my tires and all were under 30 lbs. The customer service was a joke and I will never go to any Jiffy Lube AGAIN !!!! I wouldnt trust Jiffy Lube to air up a bicycle tire. Stay away from Jiffy Lube Noblesville.

Visited this Jiffy Lube location for the the first time yesterday. Very impressed with the speed of this location on a Friday afternoon. They got me right in and I was in and out in ~20 mins. Probably one of my quickest Jiffy Lube experiences. They did not try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff (e.g. filter replacements) like some of the other locations have which I appreciate!

Best service I have ever had. Saved me lots of money by telling me I didnt need certain services I thought I did, nice to talk to, didnt make me walk out in the rain to my car! They even vacuumed out the inside of my car which was much needed. Thank you guys!

Jiffy lube does not have a good track record as we all know that jiffy lube is really good at charging people without doing the oil change and I thought I would give jiffy lube a chance and come to find out that they actually did do the oil change because I watched them and I also noticed that our manager only gave us $33 credit with the Groupon instead of $45 for what we paid and I find that very fraudulent practices so they were overcharging US $10 and then he was trying to come up with the perfect excuse and I know he overcharges a lot of people so I will not be giving a good reference this manager should be fired because what hes doing is fraudulent I want a formal apology from the manager for trying to take advantage of somebody

Had a wheel bearing replaced it went bad they covered it under warranty quick and professional good job!
