I called Perla at V&G today looking for a new dishwasher. Over the course of an hour she texted me pictures of the model I was looking for, arranged a purchase, delivery and installation and got me all set. Our new dishwasher was installed up and running like a charm that very same afternoon.Perfect service and highly recommend.

Great customer service. Not only were they the most consistent on communication, but they were very honest about the nature of their products and options, and they were one of the few places in town that had exactly the sort of range I wanted. They even had the level of customer service to open up another units accessory they didnt sell separately, just so we could check it out at our request.

This place is a scam. I went there last Friday and got a price for a fridge and washer dryer. The owner gave $3300 price. I went there back one week after to purchase. There were two other guys working there. They gave a price of $4200 and they told me only owner can give that price and he is never there. $4200 was only $200 lower that Samsung’s website. At the end i went to Brandsmart USA and got brand new ones for $3300. The $4200 price that they gave was for dented appliances. Stay away from this place. Go to Brandsmart USA.

Service was great from Ms.Garcia. After closing on our house, my wife insisted on this family hub refrigerator. I had 2 days after closing to find this refrigerator and have it delivered and installed. With covid going on and delivery everywhere backed up, i really didnt think i would find this refrigerator and let alone have it delivered and installed. At V&G appliance Garcia assured me that they could make it happen. On Friday, Garcia said make it here Saturday morning for opening and youll have your refrigerator by noon. My refrigerator was delivered and installed by 10:45. Thanks Garcia for everything!!!

My experience with this store has been BEYOND AMAZING since day 1. I found them on Facebook marketplace, contacted them for a washer/dryer and a kitchen package for my brand new house. My main goal was to get something nice looking but in a my low price budget. The sales Rep, Pearl, helped me so much. She sent me everything I needed via text messages with pricing before I step into the store, so that made the process even better because I knew what I wanted and that I could afford it even before I visited the location. Definitely recommend it 💯. I will be visiting soon to get me some furniture and a brand new mattress.

GREAT QUALITY! I love shopping at this store, Ive got all my appliances from there. Perla is the BEST sells person there is. She has SAVED ME so much money compare to other retailers. All their merchandise is new open box, some are dented and scratched, but as me You can find yourself some nice looking dent free merchandise for a lower price than Home Depot. All my appliances has full manufacturer warranty and I also chose to buy an extended 5yrs of warranty for a very low cost.. TOTALLY RECOMMEND

I located VG Closeout Liquidation Center via Facebook. I was looking for a Washer, Dryer and a dinning room set. Called the location first spoke with young lady name Perla. Arrived to location greeted upon arrival and she was eager to assist. She was very knowledgeable about their products, customer service was top notch and very easy to talk too. I told her what I was looking for and what my price range was. Needless to say I got what I needed and delivery was set up the very next day. Delivery arrived within my time frame (they were efficient) and I am very grateful. In this day and age good customer service goes along way. I would purchase from this company again.

I love this place! Perla has helped us twice now, and she is so professional and caring. She goes above and beyond the call of duty with exceptional customer service. Our daughter was looking for a refrigerator with specific dimensions, so she found the ones that matched and sent photos and prices of all that would work. Very disappointed with my experience. I have had family members buy here with not much issues. I bought a microwave and it was a good deal to begin with. There was very little visible damage to it and so I decided to buy. The way they packaged it in the box left the mounting bracket loose and when I got home with it it had ended up on the face of the microwave and made 4 scratches on the front. When I called with my complain they said they wouldnt do anything because they checked the video to see how it was packaged. I was upset and asked them to give me a discount on my next appliance if I came back and they said they could do that. After using my microwave we realized the roller piece does not fit properly and I believe we somehow did not get the original one that fits it and now I have to order a new one which is costing me 80$ more which makes this microwave a not so great deal anymore! I should of just bought it new and I would not of had any issues! You live and you learn I guess.

Rough start, but worked out in the end. Bought a stove and it didnt work properly as soon as they plugged it in. Assured me they would take care of it. Couldnt replace it with the same model and wanted me to pick out something else but Evana service manager, told me I would have to pay another $70 delivery fee!!! GE service has been out twice and unable to fix so far. She did then finally offer to wave the delivery fee and give me another stove, but that stove is $70 more. What a coincidence!!? Finally spoke with Raymond, Owner? He was fabulous. He had no hesitation to replace the stove immediately, and with a slightly more expensive model and no delivery fee, AND delivered the next day!

Jeff is the man..he made sure i looked at everything he had..didnt force me to buy anything...helped me even measure my refigerator when i got home...will be back for the rest of the appliances later

My dryer made a terrible noise every time I turned it on so I was looking to replace it. I called this place and instead of trying to sell me something the first thing he did was see if it could be fixed. He told me to take a video of it running so he could hear the sound it was making. I took it in there and played it for him. He let me know it was most likely not anything serious and simply something stuck in the exhaust. He gave me the instructions on how to remove the panels and access the exhaust to clear it. They were easy to follow. I went home did what he said and my dryer is working normally again with no loud sounds! I am so appreciative of him helping me out. I called him and thanked him because he did not have to do that. I would highly recommend doing business here. They are not simply trying to sell you. They are genuinely trying to help you and look out for people. I would come back and buy for sure. If you need any appliances please check them out.

Before visiting V & G, I was visiting another appliance closeout store to purchase a washer but I had a terrible experience there because it had no selection, nobody with proper knowledge, etc. When I visited V & G, I was pleasantly surprised! It is like a full-scale appliance store with a great selection and its staff are very knowledgeable. I was able to pick a washer that almost has no visible imperfection. Their delivery was also very quick, and I was also impressed with the workmanship of their delivery staff. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with V & G and would recommend V & G to everyone to be on the top of the list for appliance shopping.

I was a little skeptical about this place at first.They have a wonderful sales spokesman, Eli is his name. Professional young man who is knowledgeable of the brands they carry. A pretty good selection to choose from. Inventory is received from the manufacturer and they offer you a one year warranty with the option to purchase an extended warranty. This would be the place to go if your looking for something new and dont want to shell out a boat load of money at one time, willing to work with you and they deliver. Friendly, Professional and clean environment with decent prices. What more can you ask for?....

Great customer service! Eli was so nice and even agreed to switch out our handles on my new whirlpool when he really didn’t have to. They came in way under priced as I did my research and the price was beat by hundreds! Delivery was efficient and easy. The 2 delivery men were super nice and courteous. This place is awesome!! There are a bunch of appliances of different brands and sizes. Only took me about 5 minutes to pick out a washer, then just another 5-10 minutes to check out. Ive taken longer to pick out new jeans! The process was so simple. They could have delivered it the next day, but we didnt need it just yet - so they brought it out that weekend. The delivery and installation fee seemed quite reasonable to me, and when they got to the house, they were in and out in 10 minutes, tops. And so far, so good! It works great!!

After weeks of hunting online, going to big box stores, and dealing with pushy salespeople, Eli had me walking out the door with a brand new, very nice unit that was exactly what I wanted in less than 30 minutes. My grandmas fridge completely died on her and she is elderly so I needed to take care of it quickly. My husband and I came in to V&G based on a friends recommendation and we were able to quickly and easily find a fridge that would work for her, and was within a pretty small budget. The sales guys here are so nice and helped us along, and the fridge was delivered that same day. Really good service and selection!

I had a great experience with V&G. Eli was helpful, and I found the perfect washer and dryer for my apartment. The machines were delivered 2 days later! I am very satisfied with my purchase.

No complaints, they were fair and up front, and you can see everything in the store before you go. They wrapped and loaded the fridge for me, and let me use a ratchet strap.Most of the big box stores dont have their inventory available that day, they have to deliver. If you have a truck, you can leave here with what you need.Ill be back for the next appliance, most likely!

I’ve purchased several thousands of dollars at this store in my lifetime. But recently, I was left in awe when the shop sold me a used mattress and swore it was new. When I called back, they promised to exchange my mattress. I went to the store a few days ago for the exchange and got everything sorted out - or at least so I thought. A few hrs after leaving the office, I received a call back telling me they had changed their mind and that they couldn’t honor my exchange.This shop is crooked. I had a lot of respect for them until recently. I’m certainly not buying anything from them again. And I’m making sure anyone I know never goes there.

Purchased a Front load washer and dryer. My sales rep Edison was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will make a purchase there again.Update: When I purchased the washer and dryer set I was advised by sales rep that I would have 5 yr. warranty through the store if I leave a review of my experience. Well to make a long story short I started having trouble with the washer and Whirlpool stated my warranty ended and now the store advises their warranty ended as well after advising they didnt offer such a program till I got persistent then the rep spoke with the owner. So I was lied to, to leave a review. I would have still purchased the set because it was a great price I did not need the lie to do so. The companys integrity will prevent me from shopping there again.

Bought a very nice TOP of the Line Whirlpool Cabrio Washer and Dryer set here last month. Prices can’t be beat => we are not talking a few dollars but significantly less. Eli was very helpful and pleasant sales person. The delivery deal can’t be beat as well. Not like the big box stores, where then they sell you hoses and dryer vent lines etc that significantly add to the price. Delivery here was on time and they hooked everything up at no charge and supplied all accessories. Will definitely be back to V&G first for any further needs.

Youll never go wrong with VG, I got myself a fridge few months ago and never had problems with it. They got variety of items to choose from and price is unbeatable! Quality of service and quality of products is what makes them 5/5!

In & out with a great washer and dryer! Awesome customer service.

This has to be one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I went into the storeon a Saturday and was told that my appliance would not be delivered until Monday.I was slightly upset but told that rep that was fine. He then advised me that the manthat would be delivering the appliance would call be before hand to setup a time. Iexplained at that time that I would not be available until after 6pm he stated that wasfine they would call and set this up for me. So I call late in the evening on Monday asking why I havent received a call from them I was then advised that they had called me and there was no response. I then asked them why didnt they leave a message so that I could follow up with them. The driver lied and said that they did when I have had my phone on me all day and did not show one missed call or voicemail. I have now received a call saying that they will deliver on Tuesday I advised her of the same thing that I would not be available until after 6pm and was promised a Monday delivery. She then offered to deliver on Saturday I then told them I was not going to wait an entire week after they had already been paid for the appliance and would be in for a refund. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!!!!!
