If I could give negative 5 stars, I ABSOLUTELY would. They brought dirty, used furniture into my apartment. The furniture brought in bed bugs. They have been dragging their feet on handling this issue. They have INSISTED this furniture was new when I received it, when my contract CLEARLY says used. They NEVER informed me it was used. When I called to complain about the bugs, they continued to insist the furniture was new. Had I paid more attention, this furniture would have NEVER entered my apartment. They clearly do not thoroughly clean their used furniture. They are unprofessional and tried to get loud with me, acting like it’s my fault. I literally moved into this apartment with NOTHING, since I lost everything in a fire. There were NO bed bugs in my apartment for the 2 1/2 months I was in here with just an air mattress, pillow, and blanket. AS SOON AS this furniture came into my apartment, lo and behold, there is a bed bug issue. Let’s connect the dots here. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS AT ALL.

I’ve been calling this location for about a week trying to rent to own a laptop, I’ve repeatedly been told, I would receive a call back regarding my application, and every time no one calls back!! Now they are closed tomorrow which is the day I need the laptop. On top of the bad customer service the lady who keeps answering the phone doesn’t sound knowledgeable at all! She sounds very confused never has an answer to any questions, and never calls back. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION SAVE YOUR TIME! Very inconsiderate of others time.

The new manager Keith is absolutely amazing. The sign up process was simple and stress free He also explained the six month same as cash option I thought it was only 90 days! He helped me get the best deal on my products and he also personally delivered my new washer, dryer and laptop same day in order to address some of my other concerns in person. Id def recommended them you wont be disappointed.

So I had change the base of my bed because It was making too much noise and searched up how much t was and it actually cost $35 in waltmart to be over charged for it so I call for it to be change. I home to this mess just to see it was changed to trash something that was put together last minute. Clearly I am paying for trash and wasting my money on something I can not even sleep on!!!

I did an application online for a washer and dryer I paid the fee and everything no one reached out to me I called for about a week and half still nothing everytime I called they say they will call back and still nothing this is bad like why am I the one calling n calling n they still can’t help me after I paid I should have do service somewhere else..

The ladies there were extremely helpful. I really dont know what I would have done without them. Delivering my furniture later in the afternoon made certain that I didnt spend the night on the floor.Its going to be a great first night thanks to them!

The service was so great! Janet helped me find a washing machine at the most unbeatable price and her service was so nice I had to take it and Im very Very happy with my new washer! They made the process painless and satisfying. Thanks so much!

This is the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. When a customer is having a financial difficulty it is YOUR job to be as courteous as possible. The manager has no empathy and all they care about is their money!! Their is a world wide PANDEMIC occurring and instead of working with people it’s “Pay is now or turn in the merchandise.” HORRIBLE!!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would!

Terrible experience. Had little to no help and they have terrible staff. Honestly would rate them -500 but thats not an option on here.

This store made renting a very fun experience. My sales representative Steven was amazing 😉 The delivery guys (Nafis and Matthew ) made my day❤️ I was feeling very down and when I tell they lifted my spirits ...... keep up the good work guys and please keep that same energy everywhere you go. You never know what a person is going through.

I was scared and confused Im just moving into my apartment so I googled a local rental company Rent-A-Center was the first one that came up when I went into the location I was greeted with excellent customer service by Katrina also the store manager Jamal. When my merchandise got delivered it was set up with care as if it was their merchandise that they are moving I would definitely recommend this location. the two service guys handled everything with such professionalism I felt like I was on cloud nine and I was number one customer ...

Jamillah and Maddi store 7235 love them so much they are very nice and I hope they never leave that store. Every time I go in that store they make me feel at home and so welcome. Store 7235 is the best store in Atlanta. Chris Lucas

The new manager Keith is a horrible person with no customer service skills. I have an ongoing issue with a bed and he accuses me of lying about it to get something free even though various employees have come to see the problem and told him and he says if I want it fixed I have to pay extra. He talks to me like I am stupid.

I absolutely love Martei(hope I spelled it correctly) and Alvin. They stayed later than their scheduled time to get off to ensure I got my stuff! Martei constantly communicated with me throughout the whole process. Shes easy to talk to and very accommodating. Her customer service skills are impeccable! Alvin came to do the delivery by himself and I felt so sorry for him because my stairs are not the regular stairs! He was persistent and dedicated. I absolutely love them both and will recommend anyone to use them!

I would give this store a negative star if I could.. Store associate Jarel did all of my verification and requested all of my documents for the financing option. Two weeks went by and I called to follow up, I got the “store manager” and she was the most unprofessional individual I have ever come into contact with. She said my documents had to be resubmitted since I was not in the system. I asked when Jarel would be back so he can assure her this process had been done already? She proceeded to let me know she wouldn’t take her employees “word for it” when it comes to making sure my verification had been completed. It’s obvious she has no idea of customer service and is an awful example of what I know RAC to be.

I went here November 7th to get a bedroom set for my son & we are now January 9th & still no bedroom set, the first one they brought was completely cracked all over & since then everyday day is another excuse, very rude, they say there gonna deliver & I cancel everything & wait all day & nothing, they don’t even call to say there not coming & apologize, if I don’t call them I’ll never even no there gonna coming to deliver & this has been going on. For close to 3 months now, everyday is a new excuse when I call them, I been with RAC FOR 8 years back in Maryland & never had a problem but this RAC is absolutely horrible.

Unprofessional. Dishonest. Good products tho. Was lied to multiple times. Glad I record all phone conversations with businesses. Was given the wrong laptop. Got written up at work because of it. Lost a major client because I had to wait for them to deliver the proper item and couldnt do my follow through calls. Then got lectured when trying to make a complaint. Im just hoping they dont try and terminate my contract because I am giving this honest review. The entire experience was stressful. In the end they fixed their mistake but it still cost me time and money that I do not have as a single mother trying to raise a child. I would recommend the product, not the staff.

Yaneth was very helpful and provided great customer service. She got the right price that I could afford and had my merchandise delivered the same day at the last minute of me coming in the store.Definitely deserves 5 star service.
