Im not one to write reviews but this one was VERY VERY necessary. I stopped in to purchase a chrome tip and have it installed. Very simple. The owner Luis was very rude and sarcastic. I guess after me inquiring about the price of a few different tips his patience became short. I thought $ 80 to install a chrome tip on a 2006 Jeep Cherokee was expensive. I have béen working on cars for over 25 years. But nevertheless I went for it I was short on time. Work took 10 mins average. When I asked for a receipt his Son stated he could not give me one. For that type of work..I purchased a tip and had it installed. Why cant I get a receipt? We would have to charge you taxes. And if I did not like it I can go up the street to Midas..I just had to walk away.Bottom DO NOT spend your money with Atlanta AUTO & SUV. He does not value his customers!!!

Came here Friday for a simple oil change. i brought my own oil & filter as i usually do. Saturday, i get ready to go out and my car leaked the gallon of oil that was used. Drive up Monday and they give me some lame excuse and had me waiting 2 hours, charged me $25 for 1 quart of oil. Manuel Garcia did my oil change too quickly and did not double check his work and i paid the price for his mistake. This place isn’t worth your money.

Just tried to call and get a quote and whoever answered the phone was very rude and condescending. Wouldn’t spend my money here if you prefer at least basic customer service.

Atlanta Auto & SUV has done work for me several times, the most recent was a very big job. Timing belt, engine mounts, front brakes and more. They did excellent work and charged me a very fair price. They even replaced a water pump for me while they had things apart. I will be going back to them the next time I need work done.

This place is just robbing people. This is the second issue Ive had where they over charge me for a repair and I still have the same issue. If I was to go back and tell them they did not fix it, he will charge me again and come up with excuses . You guys are crooked and should be shut down.

Best place to get your car worked on the staff is nice and friendly and the service is awesome never had to worry and what they were doing to my car I fully trust them.

This place is awesome!Not afraid to tell me exactly whats wrong without making me spend a lot. My repairs were so quick I waited in their lobby. Took the time to explain things in a simple way and offered future help...Really nice guy, Ill be back for sure!

This place is nice they work on cars really fast I got my timing belt done and catalytic converter and It was great

This is about as trustworthy of a car repair place as I have ever found. They have fixed multiple problems for me for very reasonable prices, or told me how to fix them myself. Les will give you reliable, expert advice on how much it should really cost versus what the dealership will charge. I would highly recommend.

These mfs are crooks..they charged me $200 for a reset and a battery cable... my car still keeps stopping...so in truth...they never fixed a damn thing...and never reset a damn thing...i had it towed again because it stopped, the two truck driver told me...because it wasnt in park...thats what was keeping it from starting..dont take your car to these people...I suggest...Roswell auto texh....they will work with on the price...and tell u the truth... Im starting to understand what trump is talking about when it comes to them ..they must be poor...and need more business...to scam people out if there hard earned money..

I bought a pristine 99 Volvo V-70 XC wagon for 5k cash.I followed the Atlanta Auto & SUV owner ~ Les Kims advice, for every repair and preventative maintenance.PCV valve replacement and oil pan area cleaned - not done properly, will have to re-do at another shop.Re-built top engine and replaced valves - had exhaust coming from under the car into the cabin after several attempts to rectify the work - moreover the compressor for the AC stopped working after the repairs and they were never able to get the the AC to be as cold as it once wasRe-placed the throttle body (a 1k+ repair) worked for 2 months and then repeated its problems, I was told I had a 1 year warranty, then a two year warranty, then a lifetime warranty - in the end no warranty at allI have a problem with the front end, Atlanta Volvo Honda could never find the problem but I kept burning through tires on the front - all the while I need new steering arms.So where am I know? I have been lied to and have nothing left to spend on the car. All the work done by Atlanta Volvo Honda/ Atlanta Auto & SUV will have to be re-done (over 5k to fix) if I am to keep the car. Either Les Kim and his father do not know how to do the work properly, or they swindled me and will not make it right.Save your money and time and get it done right the first time, somewhere else.These guys make the dealers service centers seem like the good guys.

As previously said, you will not find a more honest mechanic than Les. He has serviced several of my vehicles, including a RV, for several years and a number of my friends and family vehicles.

He is a thief, he charges more than new I do not recommend him for any reason they are people without scruples thieves

I fixed my car was a great job

I do not recommend this place. They do bad work and do not take responsibility. The man changed me two catalytic converters and one of them put it in inverted now the floor of the car gets very hot and he did not want to fix his bad job. The first time I told him about the problem he told me to take the car and when he took it away, he told me to go another day. He took it back and the only thing he did was solder a sheet where he should not have any of that, instead of putting the catalyst right. I do not return to this place and I do not recommend it either. He only takes money for a bad job and is offended when they demand it. If he did his job well no one would complain.

I do not recommend this place, Mr. Luis, surrounds you with his lies and wants to take advantage, I charge. To change a catalytic front of a Nissan quest and change another catalytic q should not and the car makes a noise, take it from I come back and always wants to take advantage, I took him to another workshop and they told me he should fix it and he does not want to be responsible ... he told me to report it and I will do it

The owner Mr. Luis is dishonest, I do not recommend it, he charged me for two catalytic that he did not put, then I told him that the problem continues and he tells me that it is another catalytic, he returned 3 times after his dirty work and he does not want to correct his mistake, Finally he told me that people do not have papers and want to call the police, that they do nothing to him (this is my story shortly but they were difficult days, dealing with this dishonest Mr. Luis, angry because if you tell him something who does not like screams, his employees are accomplices of his dirty work the secretary knew of his deception because she was the one who called me) in fact when this happened I sent a message to Mr. Mario from the Hispanic world, to know what he recommended me but never He answered and if he commented on this it is because he does not want other people to be deceived ...
