This was hands down the best place I’ve ever been to for my car. They were quick, friendly, informative, and clean. I cannot say enough good things about how easy they made what would have been a stressful car repair otherwise.

I cant say enough good about Jay, James and team at Christian Brothers in Norcross, Georgia. They were so kind and courteous in working me in to have my van repaired so that I could safely return to Florida. Although they offered several times to drive me somewhere to wait while my van was being serviced, I chose to wait in the nicest waiting room. It was a pleasure to watch this team work together and the professionalism they demonstrated to all the customers that came in. Seriously this was my best experience ever at a car repair establishment. Might have to return to Georgia next time my van needs service😀

These guys are awesome. Hey ladies if you are looking for a great reasonable place to have your auto repaired this is the spot. The place is nice and clean and they offer a great cup of coffee. In addition, they offer valet service just in case you need a ride to work or home.

Christian Brothers at Norcross did a great job on some repairs on my aging Chevrolet Equinox. Trevor in particular was highly responsive and kept me very well informed; the work was done quickly and we’ll. The replacement part they received was defective two times but they caught that and made it right. I would (and will) recommend them to friends and family.

I received a free oil change in the mail when moving to the area. I figured they would try to find something wrong with my vehicle and try to sell me another repair etc…. At least some sort of issue or charge. Nothing at all. Checked in. Was told where snacks, wifi password was with a friendly smile. Sat down. Everything was very clean and quiet. The ambience was very calming while I waited. They were done in a snap. I was so comfortable I almost wanted to wait longer. Ha. No charge for anything. I’ll definitely be back. They have earned my trust. Fantastic work guys!!!!

Great place. They give it to you straight. They tech called me to give me the details before they did any work and answered all my questions. They have a shuttle as well to give your a ride if needed!!

Our company van needed rear brakes. The quote/job approval process via email is very convenient and they honored the quote even though they found more issues once they started the work. It is very nice to find a mechanic with integrity.

Great people. Excellent service... had my car towed on a Sunday and they had it fixed (needed my starter motor replaced) Monday by 1pm. Very kind and accommodating!Fair warning: prices were *significantly* higher (near double) than surrounding shops, and I wish I wouldve known that before getting towed here.

I was very pleased with their all around service on my Honda. I usually take it to Honda but since they are located behind my office I decided to try them. Also other co workers used them as well. Love convenience. A little pricey but overall very pleased! I will go back!

Had a coupon for a free oil change. They offered to drop me off somewhere but I just waited. The waiting room is comfortable, relatively quiet and not at all dirty like most places. They play music but you cant hear a whole lot of the garage noise. They were very friendly, offered a beverage and snacks and provided service with a smile. I dont give 5 stars easily but Christian Brothers earned them all.

I was given an appointment for the oil change.When I arrived, I noticed the shop was very cleanand the staff very polite. I was able to have my oil changed before the appointed time.

I had my routine maintenance with oil/filter change and tire rotation there. It was very professional and very fast, I anticipated roughly an hour but it took less then a half. It was a good experience and I surely will continue to get my car serviced here in the future.

I used Christian Brothers to do a couple used car inspections for me. They did a good, thorough job and saved me money on the car I purchased as well as saved me the headache of not buying a vehicle with disguised problems. I will definitely visit again.

So thankful for Jason and his team! I needed a new battery ASAP but had both my littles with me! The minute we walked in, my son was offered a snack and they squeezed us in so I didn’t have to wait too long with a 3 year old and 6 month old! We will definitely be repeat customers!

I went here because another mechanic was unable to fix a problem I had with a current draw and they patiently diagnosed and solved the problem. I subsequently brought my other vehicle in for brakes, fully intending to have them all done, but they advised me i only needed the rear done and I appreciate the honesty. Upon inspection they thought I could get by with simply resurfacing the rotors, but realized I needed new rotors when swapping the brakes and gave me new rotors at no additional cost to honor their estimate. Very thorough with a high degree of integrity.

This place is amazing! Their prices are competitive and they go above and beyond to provide the best service. I brought my car in at 11am without an appointment and they completed an oil change within an hour. They will shuttle you (for free) to and from a nearby location if you dont want to wait while your car is being serviced. They have 9 bays, so they can get your car in & out very quickly. One of the best parts is they will send you an email with several pictures of items that may need to be addressed (they dont just tell you something needs work, they will prove it to you with pictures). Their waiting room is also very clean and inviting. I would urge you to give this establishment the opportunity to earn your business!

Christian Bros took the middle seat out of my Kia Sedona. They were quick and professional. I had tried the KIA dealership and couldn’t have gotten the seat taken out for 5 weeks. Christian Bros set up an appointment within a couple days of my call and I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. This is a great location, staff very professional and their efficient in their work!

My battery died, and they came and jumped it for me then shuttled me back to work while they fixed it. A special shout out to James for being incredibly helpful. I used CBA for the first time for an alignment. I dropped my car off for my appointment and they provided text messages for when they were finished with the job. They also have free shuttle service in a limited area so that was really convenient as well.I knocked off a star because of two things. They did an alignment job and didn’t print out a report of the alignment itself and what was corrected. I’m the type of person that likes to save maintenance records but unfortunately this record won’t able to be saved. Second issue was that upon receipt of my car, the battery was completely drained. I understand having the have the car in neutral and leaving the car battery on... but it would be better customer service to make sure the car battery is recharged before handing the keys to the customer.Other than that, it was a reasonably priced job and received friendly service.

My dad had used other Christian Brothers shops and always swore by them. So I gave them a shot and they didnt disappoint! Super friendly, knowledgeable, fast and great pricing. And a courtesy shuttle to boot! They have definitely won me over and will be my go to for service in the future.

James was a tremendous help when my alternator went out. I called and he walked me through what the problem probably was based on the symptoms my van was performing. He was right in having me come in ASAP. The van died at the intersection just before the shop. I called back send he sent someone to come help move my van to their shop. James answered all my questions and explained everything that was happening to my van in laymens terms. He was patient and friendly. I will definitely continue to use their services.

UPDATE 8/25/2021:I recently had a miscommunication with CBA and they adjusted course of repairs to make sure I was taken care of and my truck was in great condition. Years later and they keep winning me over with excellence. I feel blessed to have them close by.Dont bring your vehicle anywhere else! These guys are setting a standard that most auto shops and dealers can not compete with.ORIGINAL REVIEW:CBA is the best! Detailed information on all of my repairs, with photos so I know Im not being scammed. They go above and beyond to give their customers peace of mind, and they dont even charge a premium for it. We will continue to use Christian Brothers Norcross! They were able to diagnose the cause of our problem and fix it within the day. They even showed us the old, incorrectly installed parts that they replaced. Great service, great quality work.

Have used the Norcross location twice now. First time the mechanic forgot to restart the tire air pressure sensor. Second time I used them the mechanic did not screw in all the screws to to my engine air filter box. I am concerned about the quality of service the mechanics provide. I will say their customer service and people who wait on the customers are fantastic.Update - I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. The Owner of this location reached out to me personally. He apologized, spoke with the mechanic about the issue, and wants to make the situation better. This is outstanding customer service. Thank you!

He asked another gentleman from behind the glass about prices and services and they answered my questions but it seemed as if I was bothering them. Will take business elsewhere.

I stopped by here when I left my office today as my tire pressure warning light was on and I noticed there was a large screw in my tire. This place was NOT busy, there was only 1 vehicle being serviced and 8 empty bays. Not to mention mechanics standing around. The service manager recommended that I take my truck to a tire place and stated they mostly do heavy automotive repairs. I guess I’m ignorant for thinking a tire repair is “automotive”. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Nothing Christian about them. Used the one in Grayson less than a year ago for brakes and rotors, tell me I need to have those fix when I take it to the one Christian Bothers in Norcross now. I tell them to grind down the roster and the brakes. They say that will be $219. I come to find thats not what it is for both, but one... they replaced both routers and charged over $400. THEN there’s a charge for cleaning and checking the rear brakes I NEVER ask for... that was $69. DO NOT USE Christian Bothers.

Very professional!! We were greeted upon entering the office and provided thorough information to our questions. They were very transparent. The office is clean and the shop is organized. We were notified promptly when our vehicle was diagnosed. They use current technology with pictures to show us exactly what the issue is on the vehicle inspection report that was emailed. We were able to select online the items we wanted fixed. Shortly thereafter the estimate arrived via email. The car was ready the same day. This is a definite recommend.

Sam the owner took the time to go over what service was considered recommended for my Hyundai Santa Fe, and what could be held off until the next service interval if I wanted to wait. I would highly recommend using Christian Brothers for any of your automotive needs. I was able to drop my car off with them & utilize their shuttle service to get to work. The gentleman that drove me was very courteous & friendly. As soon as they assessed my vehicle they sent an email with the work that needed to be done along with an estimate (which was significantly less than what I had been quoted at other local shops). I called them to see when they would be able to do the work & they advised they would be able to complete the work that day while I was at work & my car would be done by the time I got off at 5pm. They called me before 5pm to let me know that my car was done & that someone was on their way to pick me up from work. When we arrived back at the shop, they informed me that they had to use different parts than the ones the quoted me for which altered the price a little bit, but when all was said & done, I still ended up paying $100 less than what I was quoted!! Needless to say I was very happy about that. Also, when I got into my car I noticed that they left a cold bottle of water in the cup holder for me which I thought was a nice little thought :) overall I was 110% satisfied with my experience & will be taking my car to them from now on!

This place is awesome! Fair pricing...honest..integrity.. kind...it’s almost like the chick-fil-a for cars! I was hesitant of calling because of all the other car repair shops around Always over charging or being dishonest. I thought I had one issue called around and I was quote 700$ from other companies! Christian Brothers Automotive quoted me 230$!!! I knew then it was the place for me. I will definitely be going back for all my car maintenance! Oh and they were done with my car the very next day! It is running as if it was new! Love this place! Five stars aren’t enough! They even send you videos and pics of the issues with the car! This place is like no other!

My experience with the Norcross location was excellent. Starting from when I called in to discuss my future appointment, each person I spoke to was willing to listen and they took good notes. Very shortly after dropping off the car, they sent me an email and a text letting me know that they have my car and we’re working on inspecting it. They also let me know I could contact them through text or email if desired. They sent me a very detailed report with pictures that I could view via my phone or computer. Additionally, they were able to discuss it with me over the phone to authorize the repairs - they didn’t push any services, just went over their suggestions with me. They did an amazing job on my water pump and had my ride back to me the next day first thing in the morning ahead of schedule. I am very satisfied with their work and felt it was well priced as well. We had our Toyota Highlander in for a few specific things, as well as anything that was necessary at 100,000 miles, which it was just 30 miles from. We brought the vehicle in on a Monday mid morning and were able to pick up up on Wednesday early afternoon which I thought was quite quick considering everything that was being done.I appreciated being able to communicate with the manager via text, phone or email. I got a text reply quickly when I had a question and the itemized list of items that were going to be fixed came in an email format where I could choose exactly what I wanted fixed or replaced.... using check boxes. All very tech friendly indeed.The building and interior is spotlessly clean and feels like a comfortable living room. There is a bar type setup in the waiting room where you can see the work going on through large windows. The waiting room is large for a five or six bay garage, I would say it would seat eight people easily and there is free coffee. The bathroom is very clean.The staff was extremely nice. I met the manager and the owner and both were knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The results we got were great and the price was quite reasonable, I thought. I would recommend them.

I was from out of town and had electrical issues with my personal car. The team here helped resolve the issue. Professional, courteous, and looking out for the best interest of the customer.They could have easily stated it was the alternator, but kept looking until resolved.No unnecessary charges or work. I am very impressed with the level of service, pricing and quality at CBA. It is great that they have come to Norcross. The Suwanee location is good but a bit far for us in south Gwinnett. We had the oil changed in our 2017 Mini and the service experience was perfect. The interaction is really good with the staff and the lobby is very clean/comfortable.
