Bought a fantastic hot tube cash but it was delivered with a part of the cabinet broken. When I texted Don he wasnt surprised and says in 8 weeks the part will be delivered and installed. So I waited until the end of May, no parts and he blame the factory. Following month try Don again and he went mute. After 5 months no delivery no parts, no reply and no satisfaction.The 2 stars is because is a good tub but ozone service with me has been disrespectful and terrible.Update:Mike, the GM of Ozone got involved. He called me several times and got the problems fixed in a matter of days. He made it happen! Thank you. I am upgrading my review to 4 stars because of Mike service.

Drove 30 miles to visit today thinking they would have a good selection of pool cues and gear based on the website. Its a really nice store, but they should get someone in there that knows what they are talking about. I was looking at spending $500+ on a break cue, and the lady there knew nothing about them, and admitted no-one at the store did. She told me to go 30 more miles to the other store or online for help. Why bother with the nice wall of cues and accessories if you dont know what they are. I went online to a different retailer.

While shopping for a hot tub we visited Ozone Recreation on the north side of Atlanta. We were impressed with the staff. They were very helpful and attentive. The amount of inventory was impressive as well. There were two floors filled with everything from pool tables and bars to outdoor furniture and hot tubs. I highly recommend Ozone Recreation.

Ann was awesome! She was very laid back and was not at all pushy. She let us roam the sales floor and was very knowledgeable and easily able to answer all of our questions.Pool table has been ordered but not yet delivered. I will update once the transaction is complete, but the sales process was easy.

After visiting several times I chose a hot tub form Ozone. My sales man was Don. He had seen me in there looking a few times, but when we talked he was helpful, answered my questions and very professional. There was a long wait time for Hot tubs, I was aware of this, but he found one for me and the wait was minimal. He recommended an electrician to run the power, which was done expertly and with short notice (thank you, Frank, my bad). The delivery was actually early, two guys delivered and set up my spa and informed me on how to operate it and adjust the chemicals.Everyone was professional, did what they said an more. I seriously cannot recommend them enough, they far exceeded my expectations and more!!

I rolled through to look at additions to my basement.My impressions? This facility has a wide variety of product, and quality seemed pretty good. Prices appeared in line with similar brick and mortar establishments. If you like to kick the tires before buying, this is a pretty good place to visit.

They were understaffed, but were still very helpful in informing me & taking care of my billiard needs. Beautiful store with great selection.

Horrible experience. Walked in to try to find a hot tub and pool table for our new house. Walked in to have staff looked at us and walked into the back. We walked around the whole place without someone asking if we need any help. Would not recommend. Horrible customer service. whole store was empty as well.

This past year we have purchased a pool table, matching bar set, and a Dynasty spa. The customer service has been excellent. Although we have not had our items long, we entertain alot and so far, all of our recreational items are prov . To beaded of quality. Will be adding a 2 person sauna very soon. Would not purchase from no place else. They make you feel like family

Just bought a pool table today, the woman there was very helpful, table wont be here till next month but they let us know before we started shopping that delivery was backed up due to the pandemic so no worries there. Would recommend if you need a pool table, spa, jacuzzi, poker table, ect.

My husband and I and our Children came into this location to purchase some new pool sticks for our pool table. The customer service was horrible!!!! They told us we couldn’t look at the hot tub show case and they made us feel very uncomfortable to the point that I took my kids and we walked out the store and waited in the car for my husband to finish his purchase. My husband came to the car shortly after and said he would never return to this store. He said the lady at the front that completed his purchase said GOOD when his card was approved for the purchase. That made him feel very uncomfortable!!!!!! I don’t want to blame it on race but they made us feel that way for sure!!! We will not be returning EVER!!!!!

This place is amazing! Huge selection of pool tables and everything for the game room. Two floors including hot tubs, spas and saunas. We especially enjoyed the home theater department. Friendly and professional staff. I can highly recommend Ozone Recreation.

Purchased Jacuzzi hot tub, everything went well with delivery and installation Approx 2.years ago. I had lightning damage in early June and asked for service. After someone finally answered the phone one the 3rd or 4th try. They did send someone out to evaluate. They said it needed, the obvious, a new control panel and it would take approx 3 weeks to get the part. The new I gave my approval and asked if they could provide an estimated price for the repair, so that I might see if my insurance would cover it. Don did call me the estimated price and told me it be the Approximately the middle of July Because of part availability. I said OK, do it as soon as you can. I waited until July 17th and called ( all 3 Ext ) no answer. I called several times the following week ( all on the same day ) and finally got a voice mail to leave a message and I did, asking for an updated schedule. I did not receive a reply, I again tried several times on Friday July 24th to call, no answer, no voice mailbox, so decided to go to their store. I waited at least 5 minutes for Don to come help. He told me that he had received my voice mail from early in the week, but he had not responded, he then got some paperwork and told me the part had not been ordered. Gross misunderstanding!!! Why would a service company let an order lay for over a month without at least a phone call? I am writing this review to advise anyone doing business with Ozone billiards in Norcross, they do not answer phone calls and they do not follow up with their customers. I hope your service experience with them is better than mine.
