Chris and John (Norcross location) are excellent at what they do. John provided us ample details to help us make the best decision and Chris provided unparalleled customer service when I called the store with a potential issue. These guys are very knowledgeable and take pride in their job. I wish every business provided this level of service. I was truly impressed and will certainly do business with them in the future.

When I placed my order online, Jonathan immediately called me to review the details. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Nice approach and upgraded my order without the typical sales tactics. Everything we tweaked on the order ended up making the pool table buying experience much more enjoyable. They also hooked me up with a fanatic local assembler that did a great job putting the table together. I have to say the quality of the products exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. I had a very good experience with this company. Almost immediately after I order the table I got a call from them to go over the order, make sure they had all the info correct, and to make sure what I was ordering would actually work for me (probably a smart thing just in case you think the table will fit in your room when you actually need a smaller one). They scheduled the installation and everything went very smoothly. Installers were professional and surprisingly fast! I think it only took about 1.5 hours for complete setup. The table itself looks amazing and is exactly what I expected based on the online pictures. The only complaint I have is the installers were supposed to take all the boxes with them when they left but they didnt and I had to get rid of a lot of cardboard. Not the end of the world but it is a bit of a pain. But that is a small complaint as everything else about my order and table is perfect and they still get 5 stars in my book.
