I have seen this store from I85 for years. On 10/9/21 (around 2pm) my husband and I took some time from our busy schedule to finally go into the store . We got there at the same time with a Latino family. The salesperson was already engaged in a conversation with a couple. As we looked around the store the salesman did not acknowledge our existence. He never looked up, never greeted us, never said he would be with us shortly. I thought it was just me but as we left I heard the other family say the same thing. We were in the store for about 10 minutes and as we walked out he never wished us a good day, never uttered a word. I would never patronize this store. I was not looking for the salesperson to stop his conversation nor was I looking for him to address us immediately. However, I did expect him to have the ability to multitask and at least make the customers feel valued.

The 3 theater Chairs are awesome! They are the best we could find anywhere. The delivery was great, and they installed them well. The only problem was that it took 12 weeks to get them to us, but they told us that that was going to happen when we bought them. They were definitely worth the wait though!

There were a few different places I could have purchased my ping-pong table. I chose the man cave store and don’t regret it! The store representative who assisted us was very helpful and informative. He answered all our questions and if he didn’t have an answer he made a call to get an answer. Overall, very good service. They were the only company that could get our purchases to us in a very timely manner. I purchased a pool table during the pandemic. I needed to buy some short pool cues for my son and his friends. I ended up purchasing TWO pool cues from The Man Cave Store. In the end I only received ONE pool cue. Made multiple attempts to call and email the store.Emails went unanswered.Calls to the store just said that someone else handles online purchases but its best to email them, no way to contact by phone.Ok, how can I resolve a purchase issue if the person handling it doesnt respond to the only communication method available?I ended up paying double for one pool cue.BUYER BEWARE!! Terrible customer service!!I gave them time to resolve since it was the pandemic but by the time I was frustrated it was too late to dispute with my credit card company.

This is the situation. I placed a order for a dart board combo which came with a cabinet, dart board and darts for $119.00 around June 2nd . When I placed the order without realizing I just ordered just the cabinet. Through email a person named Robert told me to just send it back and the combo package that I thought I originally ordered will be sent to me because it’s the same price and I would have to pay just for the return shipping since.it was my mistake. I said no problem. So I go to UPS ship it back which cost me $38 and emailed him the receipts proving to him and showing him that I sent it back. Never got a return email or a response from those emails, waited two weeks so I finally called to the store and spoke with a guy name Ron. Ron told me that the combination dartboard was being shipped out and I should receive it in the next couple days I said OK but Robert who I’ve been dealing with email still has never responded to any emails I sent regarding the situation. The new dartboard combination came in the mail with just the cabinet no dartboard no darts whatsoever. So I called back and spoke with Ron and ask him what we can do to resolve this because this Robert guy I was trying to deal with an email will not respond to any emails regarding the situation. Now granted this is not a $2000 purchase or anything like that but it shouldn’t matter. He tells me that Robert is actually the owner of the company and I was shocked. Myself as a business owner would never treat my customers the way this Robert guy has. This is been going on since 2 June and to this day I still do not have the dartboard or darts I have just a cabinet. You would think the owner would want to take care of something so small in order to save face and his business reputation but I guess that doesn’t matter to this Robert person. I would not recommend this company for anything and beware they do not take care of their customers whatsoever. This company has some really cool things but I can find the same things from some other business. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.Update, well the issues have been resolved. Robert took care of the issue. Now supposedly the issue was with the manufacture of the company. Supposedly they’ve been sending out the wrong product to the retail stores. With all the COVID stuff going on, I wouldn’t be surprised that this is happening. All that matters it’s been resolved in the man cave store took care of the issues which is what a good business should do. Well I purchased from the Man Cave store again, yes I would.

My experience at the Man Cave was perfect! Jaime was great! He helped my husband and I pick out the perfect media seats for our new home theater. He really helped us in explaining the different types of leather grades for the chairs they offered. The fact that this was a store I could walk into and feel the chairs and fabric was a plus. My advice is to know the measurement of the room you are working in because the seats do come in different sizes. They also have a small theater in the store where you can use to get an idea of the size chairs you will want for your theater. Expect a great experience when shopping at the Man Cave.

My husband and I first visited the Man Cave store summer 2018 in search of a good quality pool table at a good price. Jaime was our salesman and he helped us do just that!! It was an awesome experience, no pressure. Jaime even held the table for several weeks due to our basement space not being completed. Big ups on that!!!! Great service provider on behalf on our warranty coverage on our Marquis Spa. Scheduled us an appointment, ordered the parts as needed and accessed the electrical problem, thus came back and fix it, where the previous Spa Co had failed to even bother. However, due to their extreme covid response, they have turned several people away from visiting their store. Only allowed one person at a time in the store. Ultimately turned away. What a waste of time and trip!

Our experience here have been nothing but great! We purchased 4 theater chairs, they were custom built. It came in early than expected, but because of construction, we had to wait for a while. They were holding the chairs for additional two months for no charge. All the associates who works at this store are really nice. I believe we actually met the owner last week, whom we bought the pool table from. I love the products from this store, they even sell movie posters :)

I visited this store right at the end of the year on a whim to look at Foos ball tables. To my surprise, the store itself was like a gamers dream set up. The coolest things anyone would want for an awesome set up in their home. My whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic. I wound up purchasing a billiards table and couldnt be happier. I like the fact that this place utilizes their own delivery team, which Im sure adds to the consistent great service I received. The best thing about the place is that everyone is knowledgeable and not pushy about getting you to buy or up sell you. PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS. I would NEVER purchase anything from these people again. I bought $6k CUSTOM theater chairs. 30 mins after the delivery company left, I noticed that the leather on one of the seats was peeling. I called to have the one chair replaced but was told by the mgr that they can only repair it and not replace it. Once I accepted the delivery that was it. Who wants to buy something for $6k new, and then be told that they can only repair it. I was treated very rudely. The Manager hung up the phone on me and the owner basically told me to go BLEEP myself. NEVER trust these people. Funny thing is that the company next door had advised me to not to purchase from them. I thought that they were just trying to earn my business. I should have listened.

We saw this place of the hwy and thought it might have some cool stuff inside considering it was called the man cave. We walked in and nobody greeted us. Just an very uncomfortable stare from the workers or owners. Seems like its a family business that wont go far because the key to a great brand or business is great customer service. We didnt want to finish looking around because it felt awkward. So while we were walking out still nobody said anything plus we were the only potential customers there. I refuse to spend my money where my business is not appreciated! 1st impressions mean a lot

My experience with their team has been great and even though there was a mismatch on my original order, the team was easy and quick to resolve it and get me the pool table slades in time for New Year Eve which allowed for a great and enjoyable party.

I ordered a ping pong pool table top from them and was told there would be help for me to load it if I come during the week. I drive over a hour to pick it up and get there and they say there’s no help and he has a bad back and is not able to help....

The worst service experience ever! I couldnt figure out how to give less than 1 star! We purchased (paid in full) 4 bar stools on 5/1/2017 for almost $2,000.00. After 10+ phone calls and 13 weeks we received only 2 bar stools. Numerous calls to The Man Cave Store (unreturned) and emails to CEO Robert Baxter AND we still only have half of our order (missing 2 stools) after 4.5 months. Would love to share/post the incompetent emails with senior leadership! We simply just want what we paid for... Dont purchase from this store!

Jaime Quintero is the person to talk to when shopping for your next highend Poker table set. He was so helpful with making things right even though he was not the original sale person. There was a small defect in the poker table top wood grain and he went out of his way to have the manufacturer replace the top. We friendly and knowledgeable during the whole process. Recently I purchased an OLHAUSEN American made pool table. After an extensive search online and visiting a few stores my final decision was THE MAN CAVE STORE in Norcross Georgia. During the search from big box stores to online ordering and retail outlets, ( one of which was a store nearby THE MAN CAVE STORE ) There was absolutely no knowledge of the products that they were selling except they were manufactured overseas and shipped to the states. Basically what-you-see-is-what-you-get, and no options as far as different tones of stain, trim options, table options such as storage drawers for cues and balls, type and color of playing surface cloth. The others however did give you a choice of color of cloth but not the different QUALITIES of cloth that are available. Once I visited THE MAN CAVE STORE at Norcross Georgia, and talked with the staff there about the tables and the options available and the fact that the OLHAUSEN tables are truly American made in Tennessee I knew this was the place I needed to be. I purchased the Nashville 8 foot table. I highly recommend if youre looking for a pool table or any type of game room accessory I highly recommend seeing Robert and his staff at THE MAN.CAVE STORE in Norcross Georgia. Oh and by the way I happened to live 400 miles from Atlanta. I visited the store a couple of times while there on business. Robert set up the shipping and the Professional installation buy an OLHAUSEN approved installer with no hitches. No I am not related to any one of the staff and never knew them until I visit at the store, just wanted to pass along the information for those in search of good quality game room furniture and knowledgeable staff that is willing to help. I absolutely wanted an Olhausen. I dealt with the store manager and the area manager and had a very good experience. My wife and I dropped by there several times before we made the purchase just to wear them out on the price. After about a total of 9 visits between us, we were bale to cut the pricing down at least $800 on a $4000 table and various accessories. All went well until it was time to deliver & setup the table. I called a few times and spoke with 2 different employees that had no clue about anything whatsoever. Instead of dealing with these idiots, I decided to wait a couple of days to speak directly with the manager. He was very competent and scheduled my installation immediately. We will see how that goes....

After purchasing an Olhausen Table from their Northbrook, IL store, I realized shortly thereafter I would not be playing on anything else. The customer service was great, and once the custom table was ready, the delivery was fast. We had one hiccup during the installation, but it was quickly remedied and the support going forward was available. An opportunity arose where another table was needed, but in Kentucky. Due to my prior experience with the Northbrook store in IL, I didnt hesitate looking them up. The nearest store (6 hours away) was Norcross, GA.. Granted there were plenty of other stores that sold Olhausen much closer- I thought I would let them make the decision. Not only did they delivery the table, but beat ALL competitors pricing. The delivery was quick (little over an hour), and the guys were very nice and informative. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
