They are treating you like their slaves and keep yelling and shouting on your everytime. Demotivated, negative and monotonous work environment.2. They will cut security deposit from your monthly salary even though that is against employment laws.3. They will pay you previous month salary in next month not before 20th day (mostly after 25th date), that means you will get 1 month salary in two months and no facility of direct bank transfer.4. They put any kind of penalty on you (penalty amount as per their choice). On almost everything, they are having penalties. For example, if you missed to send them daily report any day, they will mark you absent for the whole day and will put penalty on your salary.5. They want 2 months resignation notice from your side but they can terminate you without giving any prior notice from immediate effect. That too against the laws of this land. They dont even know the work profile of employees, they are hiring. For example, if they will hire you as a manager post, then after they will let you do the work of an executive level and they want you to do all the odd jobs as per their choice, even though such work is out of your domain of expertise.9. If you just getting late to come to office by few minutes only (1 Or 2 mins) because of any condition such as heavy traffic etc, they will mark half day and they expect that you have to complete all the work before leaving for home even if such work requires extra time beyond office hours and they will not pay you for such extra time work.They are doing mental harrasmentSo trust me guys they are ruining and destroying the career of the employees ( they are playing with their careers) and they dont care for them. Loaded several rugs here, no problem. Dock staff were friendly and didnt take long to load. There is some overnight parking if needed along the driveway near their docks.
