Every single time this company came out to my house, four times, they were extremely late for one reason or another. A stair runner was to be installed on Friday but rescheduled for Monday. They called on Sunday to reschedule for Tuesday at 11:00 am. It is now 2:00pm and they are not here. Apparently, the office said The installer will be here in 15 min. Basically, told her if he is not here in exactly 15 minutes then he can turn around and go back. I have never in all my life met two people so inconsiderate of other people’s time. I thought Comcast was bad. If I were you, I would turn to another company for flooring. I will for sure next time.

From the beginning to the end of the project, it was an amazing experience doing business with CIC Floors. Excellent customer service. The installers had pinpoint attention to detail. I highly recommend doing business with Cesar and Clara.

I highly recommend CIC Floors. EVERYTHING about the job they did in my home was top notch. Cesar and Clara personally were involved in ensuring the installation of hardwood floors throughout my home was done on time and to a high standard. I am completely satisfied with the work which entailed taking out engineered wood from 20+years ago, carpet and the stairs. They worked with me on getting the right stain color and did the job in exactly the projected timeframe, returning twice to install furniture and a rug at the right time post curing - all before the holidays and during Covid. It is such a pleasure to work with owners who are both delightful and full of integrity. I have recommended them to several friends already and will continue to do so. Could not be happier and I know it improved the value of my home while making it more beautiful.

They were the lowest of three quotes I received to replace the carpet in two upstairs bedrooms, four closets, and a stairway with laminate that matched the main floor. CIC Floors provides 5 star service. Cesar came to our house and provided a quote with samples of floor options. The crew came and did an exceptional job with carpet removal and floor installation of several rooms. They were all cheerful and pleasant. Clara was very nice in helping us and Jeremy, the project manager was such a pleasure to chat with and discuss any concerns we had pre and post installation. Cesar, the owner even took time out his schedule to install our hardwood floors!! We have more work to be done and will be contacting them soon!!!! We got a few floor quotes for a living room carpet removal and hardwoods install, plus refinishing of existing hardwoods. CIC beat all others for price.Cesar was able to fit us in on a holiday weekend on relatively short notice. Clara in the office touched base regularly regarding scheduling, supplies, color, dates, etc. very easy to work with and very nice finished product. They finished on scheduled time. Very professional. Quality of work and installation is first class. Price was reasonable and they were flexible with flooring material options. My only knock on this review had to do with the number of times I had to email to finalize my flooring quote. The office was slow to respond at times. All around CIC Floors is a very good company to deal with and their flooring installation guys are very polite and respectful.

I first hired this company to install laminate flooring on the 2nd floor of my home. They delivered the material the day before installation and the next day, installation was quick and thorough. My only complaint with this install, is that some of my closet doors were not properly reinstalled, and there are some wide gaps along the bottom of the door frames.A few months later, I hired this company to install tile in both of my baths. The materials were of good quality and the installation went well. They even installed a new vanity and toilet I had purchased for one of my baths. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of work and materials by this company.

Beyond happy with our floors. Cesar and Clara are truly a pleasure to work with. Best price for the quality of workmanship in Atlanta. We had 5 wide by 3/4 Red Oak Character Grade installed and finished in Bona Natural Water Based finish. We are going to recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors.

I cant recommend CIC Floors highly enough! We first met Cesar, the owner, when we had a flood and the insurance company recommended we use them. We have two dogs and I was very concerned about what type of floors to get and what would hold up with two English Bulldogs. CIC didnt carry the product (Coretec LVP) that I wanted, but he contacted the company and ordered it for us. In the flooring industry, many times, you have to buy the whole display to have access and be able to sell the product. well, thats just what they did. We couldnt be happier with the quality of our floors, the quality of the installation, or the customer service we received. Weve just had them complete a second project for us!
