Your Floor refinished our oak floors on our main level and put down vinyl planking in our finished basement. The entire experience, from the quote, to selecting the flooring, to the finished product was a very positive experience. They even came out a couple of days before they were scheduled to start and sanded an area and applied different colored stains and finishes so we could select exactly what we wanted. Ben is the person we dealt with and he was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. We were out of town when they did the work and they sent pictures every day to show their progress. We are getting some additional work done and Your Floor will be doing all of it. We dont typically leave reviews, but felt this company warranted a great review.

Ben and his team at YourFloor are great to work with. Accurate estimate, quality work, responsive and willing to answer any and all questions. We had them install and stain engineered hardwood floor, stain existing hard wood and it turned out great. They also did good work on staining our hand rail and installing new spindles on our stairs. Overall great experience and looking forward to working with them again

The set up was very smooth. We qualified for the installation without a problem. Ben was very respectful and gracious. He even removed his shoes when entering our home. The installation hasn’t taken place yet, but from what has already occurred, I see no problem. Your Floor did a great job putting in and finishing unfinished reclaimed hickory we bought. They pulled up our old glued down bamboo with minimal damage to the subfloor. The care and attention to detail was terrific and a few spots creativity was needed to blend some wood imperfections to make them look like knots. We also had some challenging spots where care needed to be taking in removal, and they did well. Against a cinderblock wall, the spacing was so good and even we did not have to add moulding to cover imperfections. They did 2 levels and worked efficiently with very minimal mess and dust, despite the full sanding the floors needed. The dustless sander they used was about 95% dustless... as promised. I would use them again.

Groupon BAIT & SWITCH!! Contacted this company because of an advertised Groupon offer. Based on MY estimated square footage(no one came out to confirm), Ben emailed an estimate which included about $400 to move/replace any furniture in the rooms. I noticed that the Groupon discount wasn’t included in his estimate but figured it’d be adjusted once they actually measured/confirmed sq ft of the floors on the day of my appointment . Day before scheduled appointment, I emailed Ben to inquire when/how the Groupon offer would be applied and his response: “we’re scheduling groupons in January and they need to be within a 10 miles of the office address in Norcross, 30071. WTH?!! (I’m 15-18 miles from his office). This is NO WHERE in the Groupon offer or fine print unlike the one by another floor vendor. SHAME ON YOURFLOOR.net for that tacky BAIT & SWITCH!!

Helen and I wanted to have our hard wood floors sanded and stained. However when they started sanding the plywood began showing. This we didnt like so we option to have all the old hardwood up, and a new hard wood floor installed.On Monday all the old hardwood was taken up, and Tuesday the new hardwood was installedWe are very happy with the professional work and their work ethics.I would recommend them to anyone looking to have some floor work done

The work done was great. I had to have them move the time of start by a couple of days due to the painters and they accommodated that. The work was done on time and with good quality. The seaming in of the new hardwoods in the M. Bedroom to the hallway that already had hardwoods was excellent! I would recommend this company and I would hire them again if I had any more work to be done. The neighbor saw the work and has now asked for a quote for them to do their house.

Received a quote on having existing hardwood floors refinished and adding additional flooring where carpet already exists.

Having just bought a house we were keen to get the floors refinished and new hardwood floors installed before we moved in two weeks later. Ben was able to come out promptly, evaluate the work to be done and provide a detailed quote. We engaged him to do the work and his team started a few days later. ;We were amazed to find that their dustless system is true to its word and we had virtually no dust from the sanding of all the existing floors. The team were quick and professional at all times and the foreman on site or Ben kept us up to date on progress and estimated completion times. After sanding the existing floors, different stains were painted on the floor to allow us to select the color we wanted. this was done they quickly had the floors stained and the first coats of polyurethane down. A couple days later they were back for the final coat and polish and the floors look amazing, we could not be more pleased with the result and with the price as well;I would not hesitate to recommend Your Floor to anyone wanting to have new floors installed or existing ones refinished.

We had old Christmas green carpet that was super gross in the house we purchased. Ben and Viktor worked in tandem with scheduling to beautify and update our old stairs and added stunning hardwood in place of the carpet. Everyone at Your Floor was a pleasure to work with!
