Absolutely amazing location! I’ve visited only twice and my name and order is already known. Such great service and feels like being at home with family!

The decaf blend is delicious and robust flavor 😋The croissants with Bacon are fresh did not disappoint!!!Definitely a good location here!Well job done ladies busy morning and they are well oiled machines 👍Not once in my 15min stay did I see them break a sweat or back up a line.

My favorite location. My drink is always made right and the staff is always so kind to me even though I am always the one who orders a ton cause of my family. Always feel so welcomed and take care of. Staff deserve so much bc they always go above and beyond.

Nice Starbucks. Many seating options. I liked their eat chairs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. That is a good indicator that they also have a clean back room and kitchen. We were very comfortable to spend time in and enjoy the restaurant.

TAYLOR was okay he didn’t greet us at the drive through window before obtaining our payment. Next time a simple Hello or Happy Sunday would be more inviting. The frappes could have used more ice it wasn’t as cold and slushy as the other ones I’ve had at other locations.

The barista who took care of my order was very nice. I guess that’s pretty important since drinks are mostly the same every store.

Was in this part of town for work for the week - 2 out of the 3 times I visited this Starbucks drive through my coffee was not even close to hot - barely lukewarm. The first time was during rush morning hours so I don’t even understand how that’s possible unless they’re using coffee from the day before.

Serving good coffee with consistency. Theres a reason theyre everywhere. I suggest ordering with the mobile app so you dont have to wait and can grab your coffee and go about your day.

Great service, taking lots of precautions for COVID. They have plexiglass dividers between staff and customers, they all wear masks and ask customers to do the same when entering. They were very polite and fast when I ordered four drinks for my colleagues at work.

This is one of the newer location designs that feels a little closer to a coffee house than a normal Starbucks. Service took a minute but they make the drinks quick and the staff is always very friendly

No on site seating, but can go in to take out and maybe beat the drive through line. Lots of smiling staff eyes above their masks, made me feel good about taking the time to go in, thanks to all.

Asked for no ice in my drink. They gave me a drink with ice, then instead of making a new drink they just took the ice out of the original one and handed it back to me. Cashier at the window was rude (older white lady).Every other Starbucks I’ve been to that made this same mistake simply gave me a new drink without taking the first one back. It’s unsanitary, and it also raises concern about whether or not they’re actually making a new one or just taking the ice out.

Great coffee! Pleasant staff too, the dining space was a little messy though. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt that they just got busy with a rush and hadnt gotten to it. Other than that it was great. Outdoor area is awesome! They make an excellent white chocolate mocha

One of the best locations. I have been a customer here for over 5 years, and theyre still the best until today. This place can get very busy in the morning, so the wait can be long.

Great service by the Starbucks staff- especially by Janet. She greets us regulars each morning and remembers our names. The theme song from the old Cheers TV show was right. A very busy Starbucks, but that means the coffee is always fresh and hot.

Says open, has massive sign that says “we are open” but the door is locked and the employees ignore you at 11:18 on a Saturday morning.Went to Dunkin next door, one star for Starbucks as they made me drink something as nasty as Dunkin coffee.

Staffs are friendly. Good atmosphere and has outside seats to just chill and sip coffee.

This location rarely lets me down. Friendly baristas and clean environment. My lattes are made to perfection most days. Ive only encountered a wrong order a few times and they always correct with a smile.

I love this Starbucks! I am always greeted when entering, my drink is always ready when I order online for pick up. The store manager, Greta, is so helpful and kind.

This is a great place to grab a drink and get some work done. The staff is prompt and courteous. The place was recently remodeled to have me sitting area. The place is always packed in the afternoon. Before the remodel, the place had a lot of files but now is much cleaner. They also offer wine late afternoon.

There are some other stores in the area that feel stuffy and cold.If there is ever and issue with a drink the manager jumps right in and takes care of the situation. I probably spend more money than I should at this store. I just love the atmosphere and the people there.

I go here EVERY day before work and they NEVER, I REPEAT THEY NEVER MESS UP MY DRINK!!!! Theyre consistent no matter whether I go at 5:30am on a Monday or 3pm on a Friday. Funny story though, I never went to this Starbucks until they closed the one I used to frequent at Moore Rd and Ptree Ind for renovations. So the next one on my trip into work in Buckhead was this one. Now I literally will go out of my 15min just to come here to get my coffee. I have gone to EVERY Starbucks around here and Atlanta I promise and this one takes the cake for the best, most consistent made drinks. I get a Venti, quad white choc mocha. Other stores dont put enough pumps if syrup or dont stir it and just butcher it in so many ways. But not here, ALWAYS PERFECTION!! I LOVE YOUR BARISTA, LOVE YOUR EMPLOYEES AND YOUR CONSISTENCY!

We love this Starbucks, the baristas are very friendly and they care for your drink. Its not a big place but its a nice atmosphere. And they make good coffee.

Customer service is great. They get you in and out quickly (Saturday 8am). Plenty of sitting areas inside and out, definitely a plus when the weather is nice. Only thing I noticed wrong was that maybe the music was too loud. Maybe I was being sensitive. Nonetheless, its a Starbucks. If youve been to one youve been to most.

Went there on a monday at 2pm. Not really a peak time but 7 hrs before they close. Was told there is NO COLD BREW AVAILABLE. Takes 20hrs to make and they did not make enough. How is that possible? Suggested I drive to another location and maybe they will have some. Very popular drink cold brew. Then maybe they to look closer at their customers desires and MAKE MORE. Super disappointed

This location on Peachtree Industrial it always has excellent inventory and prep work. Today the staff even went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied. An encore worthy experience. Like arnold, ill be back!

It took 10 minutes and 3 employees to make ONE CUP of decaf coffee...how sad is that? Their pour over method is NOT rocket science...seriously. Management should definitely retrain this crew.

Not even worth one star. Be careful of this location.... ordered an espresso machiatto and went to take a sip and lets just it would have been nice to know that it would spill out all over the place. Fortunately I have nice car floor mats that caught all of the spill but give me break! If you want to put more liquid in the cup than it can actually hold, let someone know. Wont be going back.

The coffee is great, using their rewards program offers lots of bonuses. I especially appreciate all the electrical outlets making teleworking easier.

Great place to get work done when the library is closed because of a holiday.Update 4/23/2018: After getting terrible service at the Johns creek location, I went to this starbucks to meet up with a coworker and get some work done, the baristas at this location was so much nicer! There was a lot of space to get work done and even the other customers were friendly too! Smaller than the Johns creek location, but Id take this one over that one any day! Its cozy

They made my drink too sweet and when I went back inside to tell them, they happily made another for me. Will be back!

This is one of my favorite OTP Starbucks. My order has always been correct and Ive never waited longer than necessary for anything. They run a tight ship here and I visit here at least once a week. Theyre now doing evenings with wine, etc., sure to make this SBUX a local favorite even more.

I normally have a great experience at this location. Today was very disappointing service with receiving the wrong drink in the drive thru then the inconvenience if having to turning around to go inside. Once inside, to be greeted by oh, you received the wrong drink...what did you order ..no apology and very nonchalant like I made the error. Very poor customer service and the drink was nasty. There are too many Starbucks in the vicinity for me to patronize this location ever again.

Im a regular at this location because of the friendly environment and consistency of the well made drinks; plus I work close by. I typically stop by in the morning to get my coffee or sometimes around noon to get a refresher. If I have sometime I’ll sit in the cafe and enjoy the warm chatter and inviting atmosphere.Some of my favorite baristas are Kristie, Jessica, Nassy, Dillion, and Garrett! Great staff run by the manager, Greta. Always a positive start to my work day.

It seems each time I go to this location something goes wrong and no one cares. After waiting in the long drive-thru line I finally get to the window and they tell me they forgot to enter my order. Then today I ordered a tall caramel macchiato. I get to the window and its an iced one, the guy at the window verified I was right, that it was not supposed to be iced. So they make me a new drink, but when I get to work its a mocha.... I called and was really nice about it, but no one ever apologized, not over the phone or when I arrived. For as much as these coffees cost they could at least get them right and be a little nicer. The fellow at the window was very nice though!
