Not sure if this is a real business... ordered a simple monitor stand (hard to find) a week goes by no shipping info, called oh order got stuck in system, do you still want it ... Really? Yes I do... Ok we will put it through etc... Another weeks goes by, call, leave message etc... NO Return call. Finally reach some one again, to just get a refund. Hold please, ok we will give you refund... Can you tell me what happened to my order and why I never received it... Not sure of sales guys process... Really? Never again, thanks for your non business...
