Ive been a small business owner for the past 15 years - with multiple workstations and servers to support; I have used probably half a dozen computer repair places in Atlanta over the years. This was by far the best experience I have ever had! I brought in a laptop and a desktop that needed services from virus removal to Hardware replacement. The location is spotless, the staff is friendly, and everything I needed was done while I waited - at an incredibly fair price. I decided to come in for a laptop repair after reading the glowing reviews of the place.The screen wouldnt turn on whenever I turn on my laptop. I was pleasantly surprised of how cheap the diagnostic cost and the total cost of repair was! And I only had to wait about an hour while my laptop was bring taking cared of. The initial diagnosis was a video card issue but it turned out the screen ribbons/wires were loose. The gentleman who was assisting me even took the time to clean out my fan and apply new thermal paste, which was much appreciated! I highly recommend this place for computer/laptop repairs! The tech informed my I needed to replace my battery as it was going to blow up at anytime- that I was lucky he hadn’t yet. He said explained how serious and dangerous the battery was. Brought my phone here and left with more problems than I came with. Phone still worked great, just had a small crack on the screen,so I decided to get it fixed. I get the phone back and it doesnt respond to touch whatsoever. I cant even unlock it! I called and they agreed to put another screen on it, but they also said that if the second screen didnt work, then it was a motherboard issue with the phone....excuse me?? THE PHONE WAS FINE BEFORE I BROUGHT IT HERE! I guess I better hope this second screen works, because Im sure they have no intentions of replacing the phone THEY broke! Not a happy customer!

Quick service to replace the screen in an iPhone. The screen is pretty cheap and the color is off. You lose a lot of the color brilliance with the cheap screens they use. Good thing is my phone now works but I wonder how much more it would be for them to use quality products other than cheap materials to keep costs down. At $50 I would have no problem paying another $25 if it meant I’d have something comparable to the OEM screens.

I took to repair my laptop, when they delivered it to me it was still as slow as when I took it to repair, they did nothing. To my surprise now it only works if I keep it plugged into the current because they changed the battery that worked perfect for one that no longer works, surely with the intention of buying another one there, I want mine that worked perfect. When one claims the ones are ignored. They are not honest. 1 star because there is no option of 0.

I made the trek from ITP to have these guys fix my iPhone7 screen because the price was better than anywhere/anyone else I found. I came in during a weekday and they were immediately able to help me, only taking about 30 minutes to replace the screen while I sat in the waiting area watching TV. It was quick and painless! He made sure everything worked (back camera, front camera, phone calls) before having me pay. I would definitely come back if my phone cracks again!

As soon as I first got in there, the place was nicely set and just neatly organized. I came in for a screen repair and it was done without a problem. The store clerk that I was talking with was really professional about his business and very smart about my phone problem. After he fixed my screen, there was a good notice and diagnostic of another phone issue I was having(motherboard). Even though he repaired my screen, I really appreciated his effort and advices to get the problem fixed. Good people and good workers, and they get the job done. We came in on a Saturday around 5 to get my sons phone fixed. The screen was totally busted from top to bottom and there was bad water damage. They took the phone apart and had it fixed within 10 minutes🙌🏽. I surprised my son by getting this phone fixed after I told him I wouldnt. This place was great.
