Ive always had a good experience there. Ive been going there Since Bill was the Pharmacist ...I know everyone by name and speak with all of them when I go into the store. I always talk sports with Lisa pro or college it doesnt matter. Some days I just go in and get what I need and leave. Usually when I dont feel like talking or in a hurry. Lisa is opinionated and I like that. Maybe you should try going into the store in comfortable clothes.
If I could give this cvs no stars, I would. Missed two days of work for COVID TESTING SO I COULD SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.. SO I DID. FOR 11/11 AT 10:30 THEN THE SYSTEMS WENT DOWN, COULNDT RESCHEDULE ME FOR THAT DAY.
Because the pharmacy doesnt open until 9, I had to go into work late so that I could pick up my prescription. When I got to CVS, they told me the pharmacist never showed up, so I wasnt able to get my medication. Absolutely unacceptable. People need their medicine, theres no excuse for this. Time to switch to a more professional pharmacy.
I feel better after reading the reviews... seems as though I was not the only one Lisa was rude to. Ive never experienced customer service like this at a CVS before so I was taken aback. I had previously come to switch something for another color and the cashier decided to not properly exchange the item in the system and print me out another receipt because it was easier. Not knowing any better, I agreed. The item ended up still not working out for me so I came back to return it. Lisa barked at me like I did something wrong. She rudely asked to scan in my ID like I was a scam artist or thief and told me not to do this again. Well, I wouldnt have done it in the first place if I wasnt mislead initially. Never coming back to this location. I hope she finds another place to work. Im sure she makes the other employees time there a living hell.
The best service I ever received. I stay away from cvs when I lived in nyc because of prices and customer service. From the store manager and the pharmacists I cannot say thank you enough. Through the years my pain levels are hardly bearable but the register staff has been amazing. All of them are so personable and amazing. Lisa brings my packages to my car because I have problems walking.Thank you spaulding cvs!
Four stars for the awesome guy with the ponytail and glasses at the front register. He never fails to greet and ensures to wish you to have a good day. That’s a big deal to most ppl. I’m not sure if it’s required or it’s just his personality but he rocks for doing it. Only fours stars per the not so friendly service from the pharmacy...dry greeting, no smiles ever. Strictly business...service is normally quick aside from the language barrier time to time. However they are close to home, dentist and my dr so I will continue to come.
Today I went in to do my weekly couponing and right away, the store manager *sorry i forgot her name* informed me that they were having issues with their redbox/system. However I proceeded to do my shopping crossing my fingers that I would check out just fine.. let me tell you guys that did not go as planned. Thankfully Lisa and the store manager were really patient with me. I always like to do my coupon shopping at this store bc for starters they have friendly staff, im usually in and out in less than 10 minutes and the store is always clean! Love shopping at this CVS! Big shout out to Lisa and the store manager *please forgive me bc I forgot her name* but everyone else too!
Good place and responsive staff.
Dont go in and expect any service between 8 & 9 am from Lisa. Website says pharmacy opens at 8 so I drove there in traffic before work. Lisa was rude, took no accountability for the misinformation, gave short not my fault not my problem responses. I will take my business somewhere they realize that my patronage = their paycheck.
Very convenient to shop here and I never found it to be crowded.
Nice store, wish they would re enable the tap and pay registers. the light shows green but never works. Embrace new technology, dont ignore it.
It is a basic and rather small CVS that they have tried packing too much into. If you are looking for anything other than medicine, the Publix next door is more convenient and has better prices.
As a handicapped older person I have always found all staff in this CVS to be exceptionally helpful.
Pharmacy staff is wonderful
Stopped in just to pick up decongestant. Pharmacy tech (Delois) was rude. Appeared to be in a bad mood. Treated me as though I was troubling her for a basic function of her job. Will go the same distance in the other direction for my pharmacy needs (Kroger) next time.
I went into my local cvs, as I have done many times in the past & was never greeted from the moment I walked to the pharmacy. There was an issue with my mail order causing me to have to visit the location to have an order filled on an override . The pharmacist was so rude & acted aggravated & frustrated with me when she found out that my insurance company required that she call in to process the override . After being there an hour, the override was finally processed ( this wait was at some fault of my insurance company ) but it was only because I requested to speak with the agent to have this taken care of. I was totally upset and shocked at the lack of customer service I received from this pharmacist. She was nasty & very condescending, I will NEVER visit this location again . I hope that she sees this review, realizes how horrible she was with me & remembers to remain as professional and customer service driven as possible in her next tough situation .
The door was locked in my face 5 minutes before closing.
Small store but friendly staff
