Never going back. They had shampoo on the shelf for $10.99. About five bottles of the same kind. She rung my up for $18.99 and didnt tell me. I checked my receipt before leaving the store. I told her the price on the bottle is $10.99. She said we made a mistake, we cant sell it to you for that price. I got my money back.. She tried to deceive me, hoping I didnt notice.

Terrible Customer Service owner and employees are rude they follow you they rush you and actually say hurry up! Its ridiculous. Overpriced as well. I do NOT recommend.

I’ve been to this store several times. They don’t have much in stock and the prices change constantly. I normally buy their masks when I’m bleaching or coloring hair and they were always 3 for $1! I knew when I went back today for masks that they would be more expensive but 5 for $10?!?! I will no longer support any business that takes advantaging of people during these times!

No stars, first of all i was looking at the wigs only to find a tick coming out of it! Disgusting i know right, and then being followed around from the moment I get there. Hello ? Like how is one suppose to feel comfortable there like Im right in your face (was near the counter) trust me boo I have no need to steal thats why theres cameras now a days ? Look from a distance . BUSINESS OWNER ETIQUETTE 101: SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I have been to this location several times over the years and each time the experience gets worse. After alot of being followed around the store and not one time was I asked if I needed help, I felt like the lady atalking me should have just said how she felt. HURRY UP AND BUY. If you have experienced this treatment at this location just know that this treatment is ongoing therefore I recommend Beauty Trends.

Went with my nieces to look around...looked at wigs and the short linebacker looking lady came out of no where look at us. This made us feel like criminals and the funny part is they have 10.00 jewerly locked up cmon. I explained to her stop following people around in the store this made us feel really uncomfortable she just laughed it off like it was nothing. Cheap wigs, cheap everything....if u are so pressed about theft get better insurance, if they have any!!!

This is one of the worse beauty supply stores I have ever been in. They are unorganized and there are 3&4 price tags with different prices on each product. Speaking of prices....their prices are inflated for all African American products including extensions, wigs and natural hair care products. The cheapest straight hair color 2, 12 inch hair is over $40. Even hair that is usually cheap synthetic hair that is usually under $12 is $20 & up. Imagine if you wanted to purchase Remi or Brazilian hair that is usually expensive in a regular beauty supply it would be three times as much at this store. Even synthetic braiding hair that is usually $3 is $9 at this store. These Asians are getting over on women of color or they are buying their bulk products from the wrong manufacturer either way DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!

No stars! The staff/owner does not acknowledge your presence when you enter the store. They are not willing to assist customers or even say thank you for your purchase. Rude, I will never spend money in this establishment.
