I’ve been a customer for JSI for over three years. This isn’t the first review I am writing in regards to the customer service Ive been experiencing here; pertaining to the lack of communication when I come inside the store to ask for help. There’s an African American women who have a really poor attitude. Not only do she ‘huff’ before answering my questions, she’s had the audacity to be drinking a soda while answering me. Now I understand they may have a relaxed work environment but it is unprofessional to be drinking and assisting a customer.

Lots of products, larger selection on size, style & equipment for vinyl work, pre-made products & ideas. Good place to buy product to test a project at a low price, they have lots of colors & styles. Nice relaxed Friendly atmosphere. Prices are good/fair. Oh...they also have online shopping.

Love this store they have almost everything you need minus apparel but the paper is great the pre made prints are fyeeee and they online pickup. Its great

Love this place. The online pickup is the best. I can order and it will almost always be ready in an hour. The value and prices are excellent..especially for a small business owner. ALWAYS a great experience here, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always takes time if you have questions, etc. Ive taken a couple of classes here, very informative and cost effective for small businesses!! I love their HTV better than any brand Ive tried before, I use them exclusively!!

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable about T shirt design. I have a cricut machine which comes with their own vinyl. But the vinyl here is cheaper and they have a better selection of vinyl. I bought some puff vinyl. I cant wait to use it.

The htv selections are awesome. You can order online for delivery or pickup. The customer service is outstanding.

Honest first and most important, then excellent service. There are 4 vendors that carried what I was looking for, all over 45 minutes of drive time and 3 different directions. The day before, I called 2 in the same basic area, they both assured me they had exactly what I wanted and I rushed over. I said they just sold the last 2 since I called, the other just went to these are what we have.Prefect press said they had what I wanted and it would be there, no need to pay over the phone. I got there and was pleased to be in and out with no drama and great service.

This place has a HORRIBLE customer service. I’ve been waiting on a print order 2weeks when I called to ask the hold up and communication about my order.I was told by a supervisor I might not be a candidateFor there printing process. She was very discriminative. I’ll be filing BBB don’t print with this company thumbs down. And I live in the community

They have a wide variety of product at amazing prices and every single staff member was amazingly helpful. I am new to crafting so I had tons of questions. They were beyond patient and encouraged every single question.

Need to be able to accept any size you need and cut it.. they only sell what they have online.. other than that great shipping

Nice place nice prices. However, this was my first time. Immediately upon entering the door I explained this and was only instructed by pointing as to the vinyl for cups and vinyl for shirts. It wouldve been nice to have someone assist me in finding the right colors and material. So instead of 45 minutes, I couldve been out in 15.Instead 4 young ladies sat behind the counter and had personal conversations. And and was only 1 to 3 people in the back store

So glad I found this place. They have so many vinyl options to choose from I usually buy more than I came in for! Their website is very user friendly and their same day pick up is really fast.

I drive pretty far to pick up my vinyl from this shop. The staff takes their time with each customer to assure you purchase just what you need (& maybe a little more) I really really shopping here.

Usually when I go to JSI to pickup/purchase I have a welcoming experience. Today I went there and couldn’t make a decision on the type of material I wanted to purchase (only one person helped but I felt like I was bothering everyone else I asked for help).It was towards closing (4:30pm) I felt rushed, they started to turn off the lights while I was still in the store.The paper was facedown in the display so I couldn’t see the details on the packaging. When I got to my car I noticed it was paper I had already purchased on Amazon (but of course the doors was already locked). I wasted $70 because no one wanted to effectively assist me(they wanted to go home; seemed frustrated). However, professionalism should be displayed until every customer leaves the store. This is a good place to shop if you’re going when they first open, but towards closing the attitude changes and the experience is horrible.

I like this store but I was mislead by an employee to believe I was buying Siser glitter and it was PerfecPress. She told me all the vinyl brands are the same and they just put their name on it. After comparing the glitter I had just purchased to some Siser glitter I had at home it was obvious it wasn’t Siser.

They have great products but I had a product clearly not peel, called in and Aaron says to me, bring it in and when I test it I’ll replace it. Newsflash I live 45 mins away. But he’s always rude so I’m not surprised and the ladies behind the counter are never a help. They have personal conversations and I shouldn’t have to ask them for help. If no one is being helped at checkout, 2 of them can at least walk the floors to make sure customers are finding what they need ni shouldn’t have to come from the back of the store to the front to ask for help. And by the way, I’m not in your data system because I don’t have an account with y’all! I saw where y’all told a customer that y’all couldn’t find them in your system. Smh. Not everyone wants an account for points with y’all.

Seamless transaction. The girls behind the desk had pretty vibrant and pleasant personalities. They made it a fun experience and also were time mindful, something I appreciate. Very helpful on my first time purchasing from them. They sell everything from HTV with a large variety of different brands to equipment. I will definitely be back. Soooo many options to choose from! I got dizzy looking at all the selections and broke my wallet buying up almost everything I saw. The prices are definitely reasonable and you will get more bang for your buck buying vinyl here than at Micheal’s or Hobby Lobby. I’ll definitely come back most likely during the week because Saturday the store is absolutely packed.

This is my new favorite place to get all my supplies! I used to go to Michaels and Hobby Lobby but no more. This place is always stocked and the prices cant be beat. And their customer service is top notch! Every time I have a question, they are glad to help. Ive even tried some new things they have. I couldnt be more pleased.

Prices are just okay, Nothing to rage about. Can get it cheaper online. They do have an impressive selection of HTV however I can not same the same for regular adhesive vinyl.

I give it a 5 star rating because the vinyl is amazing the customer service is nice. Only thing I dont like is they added more people to the printing department and to me it slowed things down. I couldve sent in an email at midnight and by 9:30 the next morning I wouldve gotten some type of information about my order from Galoen even if its just a hello Im working the emails and I will get back to yours shortly. Now its more people and its slower. In my opinion its slower. Overall the store is wonderful. Shopping is fast and easy.

Everyone in the Atlanta area must come here for their t shirt vynl.They carry a wide variety of sizes and tons of color choices along with different textures and designs.It was a little drive out of the city but well worth the trip.
