This is a great store. The store manager, Zae, is always very nice and always helps me find everything that I need. Unfortunately, I have witnessed customers throwing things on the floor and not putting items back where they belong. It must be difficult to keep the store clean with people doing that. I can tell that they are really working to improve the issues.

The location is convenient and they still had plenty of Halloween decor. They started selling stuff that costs more than a dollar. They have their own section and its good quality stuff.

Back 2 years ago everything in the store was just in good order.. The customer service was great.. Now today 10/1/2021 there is Bad customer service. The cashiers are so dry and rude. The store is so, and I mean so messy. There is very little products on the shelves. This store has really gone down big time.

Good selection of item.Beware not all items are a dollar anymore 🙄 (I think it should fall understand false advertising or they should change their name) just my opinion! Five and blow did the same thing 🤷‍♂️.3 starts because this store was very messy and unorganized.

I like the setup of the Dollar Tree store because it is big and things are readily available.

This use to be my favorite Dollar Tree but not anymore. The employees dont wair masks but customers are not allowed in the store without one. The Black female manager is a nice lady but her mouth can be foul at times and she doesnt care about customers and kids being in the store when she says things. It has been unorganized many times and only 1 cashier when the line is long. I like the Dollar Tree on Statesbridge rd better.

I have gone in this store a few times and found it to be very disorganized. Inventory all over the floor, dirty floor etc. Yesterday was the worst time. I work in Norcross and this is convenient. However, no more. I will go to the Duluth location on PIB (Peachtree Industrial Blvd). When I walked in it smelled like someone had thrown up and it was not cleaned up. The isles were trashed in almost every one of them. Boxes, and boxes and boxes of unopened inventory. Worst of all one of the workers with longer grey hair was shuffling in slow motion putting stuff up with NO mask on. You ask customers to wear them but do not require people to wear the. Unacceptable. Obviously that store manager ahs quit as there was no one in charge and was a zoo with people having to step over inventory.

Not crowded. Only 1 cashier open so it took about 5 minutes to check out, which isnt bad.

The most horrible customer service Ive ever witnessed! The cashier woman had the most horrible attitude Ive seen in my life, she almost yelled at me for not going to the fast lane to pay for the one item I was buying. And the manager was like that too...

Love this store but the shelves are always empty. Long lines and a high turn over rate on employees. Management is extremely lazy and invisible.

Its been a while since Ive been here, some of the store items have changed locations but theyre all right where they are.

This dollar is stocked well enough for what I need to purchase during all holiday season only reason it gets 4 stars is the length of the checkout time is lengthy due to one register usually being open.

Cashier was so mean and rude

Even though the line was long the only cashier working kiki was able to get everyone checked out in a timely manner

The store was a mess and desorganized, some of the shelf were empty and there was a long line and only one cashier. Bad experience overall and thats why I ended up not buying anything.

Staff at this location are friendly and helpful. They always greet me and offer assistance. I usually shop there for party supplies for the office and general household supplies like bleach window cleaner and deodorizers. Ive even tried some of their freezer items which are a very good deal. This place is close to my job and theres always plenty of parking. Its a fairly well lit parking lot and other businesses nearby so I feel safe at night which is when I usually go there.

This is the cleanest place and best place. I am a vegan and I find a lot of delicious food here... It is so hot outside and I am enjoying their frozen mango chunks..... For just a buck!

This store is nice. Easy to grab things and go as they are right across the street from the park. Their frozen section is the largest Ive seen . Overall great selection for all products

Not a bad store.

Most of the staff are Hispanic, which isnt the problem. The problem is that they profile. If you look Hispanic, they will assume that you are Latin American and speak Spanish to you. If you dont look stereotypically Latin, then they will speak English to you. Thats a problem for me for my Afro Latino family. The ignorant looks of constant surprise anytime someone of my family starts to speak Spanish is really aggravating. There have also been several occasions where a Spanish-speaking staff member is openly complaining about other English speaking patrons with one of their Spanish-speaking coworkers.Seems to me that Dollar Tree should have enough sense to train their employees to have better customer service. I dont care what language you speak, it just needs to be done professionally.

I live in Norcross, Ga. I have 3 Stores closer to me than this one. But, my preference​ is this one. They are NEAT & CLEAN & VERY NICE & HELPFUL EMPLOYEES. The other ones have boxes in the aisles waiting to get unpacked, while their employees are waisting their time talking & standing around & Ive been to them SEVERAL times & its always the same thing.

If youre supposed to stay open til 10, stay open til 10!

Clean store. Amy and Flor are great managers. Always stocked. Best dollar tree i frequent and I tend to visit different stores a lot but always find myself back at this one.

This location is merchandised well. Always clean and organized. Square footage always comfortable shopping without intruding upon other shoppers.

This is one of the best Dollar Tree locations in the area. It is usually stocked with new items and the cashiers are friendly. Also, the store is clean, organized and huge.

I went to the one in Duluth hwy this morning, i walked in the store there were two employees having personal conversations, i was the one who said good morning, they didnt even acknowledged me. Went to the candle isle, a young lady was also having a personal conversation with another employee about time clock didnt acknowledged my presence or ask if she could help i did have problem locating what i was looking for because her oxes she was unpacking was in the way. The only reason that i gave this store a three star is the cashier, shes Hispanic with a strong but understandable English. She immediately opened register two because register one was backed up. I should have written her name down, by the time i got home i forgot it. She was friendly, professional and caring. I forgot a bag and she chased me to my car and gave it to me. If i return to that store, it will be due to her customer service.Carmelle B.

Horrible customer service Some random employe come up to me saying I cant pick specific Pokemon card tell me that what I was doing is cheating and I could get the police called on me for picking my own packs of pokemon cards who cares what specific pack I want to buy stay away next thing theyll tell you you cant buy that cause its not what they want us to buy

They was supposed to be open at 9 and the doors was still closed at 930 so I left they need to do better

Imagine a clean Dollar Tree that doesnt look like a war zone of angry toddlers and children everywhere. Then you have this Dollar Tree. This ones actually clean and well-stocked.

My number one go to dollar store always neat clean and organized not a lot of stick boxes and products all over the place and floor like most of the others they always seem to have the products i use the most in stock like certain soaps etc very good food selection even turkey products they accept major credit cards debit cards tanf and ebt

The female cashiers always have good customer service but that new black male manager unfortunatly I cant say the same for him I would hate to see the good reputation you guys have go down the drain for one bad apple !!!

This store has so many issues. Posted as open at 8 but actually opens at 9. The store is always a mess, there is clutter everywhere aisles are constantly blocked/obstructed. Lots of bare shelves because boxes are still in aisle never unpacked. Customer service is horrible. Never a greeting, never a thank you. When asking for assistance they have no idea where products are. Just a really dirty store will bottom of the barrel Customer service.
