We have had our windows in now for about three months. We love how they look like they are the original windows. The measurement team did a through and detailed job to insure the correct window sizes and the installation crew were fantastic. So far I have no complaints about anything from my first call to Davis Windows, to the sales person that came out to give the presentation, to the installation crew who did a fantastic job. Very happy with everything.

We had a terrific experience start to finish with Davis. Our installation went awry not due to the fault of the installer or the company, but rather with rotten wood that they nor we could have anticipated. They helped us to instruct the contractor how to repair it and then were back out the following day to install the door. It looks amazing. We walk by it and admire it everyday. The sliding glass door has totally changed the feel of our room, their warranty is the best, and the product is fabulous. In addition, the customer service is terrific and our installer was a pro. Highly recommend!

This is one other the best purchases we have ever made. we are so happy with the doors that we purchased hubby wont buy storm doors to cover them up. professional from the start, installers cleaned every thing leaving the house a bit cleaner than when they got here. would definitely use them in the future if I buy another home.

Quality and Professionalism. Initially saw a segment on Trust Dale promoting the company. Decided to include in my search. Worked with Deen to review options to replace a rear entry door to the deck and basement door. After reviewing my options (other vendors and products) selected Davis for quality and price. Price was slightly higher, however, for a higher quality door with lifetime warranty and lifetime labor warranty. Install was flawless and doors look great. Highly recommend.

I had all my windows replaced by Davis including huge 2 story foyer, huge bay and large bathroom window in 2007. I open 4 windows about 10 times a year to get fresh air and a cross breeze. Well 2 of those windows are broke and can not be fixed, they fall off the track. After emailing Angela many times about this the only resolution she would give me was I need to buy 2 new windows because the MANUFACTURER went out of business and they can’t repair it because there are no parts. Also huge bathroom window has a broken seal and can be fixed for about $300! What happened to the LIFETIME GUARANTEE?? Angela didn’t even offer to give me a break on replacing these BROKEN windows, which I would have gobbled up. WINDOW WORKD, here I come. Very disappointed.

As mentioned in other reviews, obviously high quality products and workmanship as well as responsive, professional service. Had 3 doors and 17 windows - enjoying them all. Not the cheapest option but so far no problems paying more for them. Definitely recommend!

We had Davis Window and Door replace both of the front doors on our 1953 ranch house: one that is a standard size and one thats only 32. We have been happy with everyone: the salesman, Jim, the gentleman who came out to measure before the orders were placed, the folks in the office, and the installers, David and Matthew. The house really made it difficult for them on the install, because its old and almost nothing about it is standard, but they got them both in beautifully and even were able to raise the small door high enough to clear the new carpet that had just been installed. They also did a great clean up job and you really couldnt tell theyd been here except for the beautiful new doors.

Had a sliding patio door installed. The door looks great. Seems like a quality door to me. Just a few issues with installation. However, Tim the owner/manager is working with me to fix this. As a customer working with a business that is able to remedy any issues is a big deal. I am happy that Davis Windows & Door is willing to help. I will use again in the future.

I replaced all of the windows and a sliding glass door through Davis a decade ago. This week one of the security widgets on a window broke. True to their lifetime warranty promise, Davis resolved the issue free of charge. John came out the same day I called, and was friendly and professional. I am still happy with the windows after all these years, and I am glad I chose Davis.

Our new Davis Windows have been fantastic. Im amazed at how easy they are to use and how open the house looks. By the first night we could tell a difference in the noise level. Kurt was honest and helpful and might I add patient as I had LOTS of questions. We looked at two other companies, both with good products but feel like with Davis we not only got a great product but all the support youd want from a company. I was really impressed with all levels of communication about our job. Lastly, I knew when the installer, Steven, kept calling me maam and referred to the windows as our window that even he had a lot of pride not only in the product but his work as well.

While the sales process was a bit lackluster, Davis had great ratings so I selected them to install some new windows. I was very satisfied.First, I was unable to have the installation done until several weeks after the windows arrived and they were happy to hold onto them and accommodate my schedule. They came when they said they would come. They did the job efficiently and accurately and were polite while on my property. They warned me that my blinds would probably not fit the windows once the new windows were installed and they were correct. Im glad this wasnt a surprise at the end. They cleaned up after themselves sufficiently.Ill definitely have them back if I need more windows replaced.

I had planned installation of new windows in 2013 and had Davis out to do the estimate. I was impressed with the product and the account representative. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to do the installation until this year. I contacted Davis, they re-quoted the job (small difference in price) measured and ordered the windows. The day of installation, two great installers came and tackled a somewhat challenging install. Although it took two days to complete, and there were a couple of glitches due to the house itself, all work was completed as promised. The new windows look great and work well. Very pleased.

We had them install windows in our entire home about 10 years ago. They did a very professional job, we were really pleased. Recently, a couple of windows developed a mold issue between the panes. I contacted them and they replaced the defective windows at no cost to us. In and out in about 20 minutes. Talk about service after the sale!

Replaced original patio doors with ProVia. Quite a change from our 38 year old doors. Energy efficient, secure and best of all, beautiful! From Kurts visit for the estimate to the install crew (on one of the coldest days in Atlanta - 17 degrees), this was a professional job. They are not the least expensive, but worth every penny of what we paid. Looking forward to when we can do the front door in a new ProVia product.

You really do get what you pay for here. Davis installed a Provia door for us after the back door to the back deck rotted. I was looking specifically for Provia because the ratings by contractors were excellent, as opposed to most other types of doors that were considered trash. Davis and company were on time every time, they gave me an estimate then sent someone to double-check all of the parameters of the door. The guy that installed cut away the rotten wood and siding, cleaned up everything that was cut away, the door was installed properly, no leaks, no off-balance or sticking, caulked nicely and neatly. They really did a great job, and Im loving my new door!

After receiving sale pitches from several different companies, Davis Window and Door was the last ones we called. They were listed as a top company in two different company guides, one for Fulton Co. and the other for Johns Creeks, Roswell and Alpharetta. They demonstrated their product, explained the warranties to the minutiae and we signed with them that night. The product is AMAZING! We replaced 43 windows and the house is cooler, quieter and the A/C kicks on every now and then, as opposed to every 20 minutes.The term contractor does not describe the workmen that completed the install. They are craftsmen in every sense of the word. They work directly FOR Davis. They are not subcontractors, which all other companies were using. Professional, courtious and hard working. The things I keyed in on was I never heard them utter a foul word, I never saw all three taking a break at the same time (one broke and the others kept on) and even after I asked them not to, it was Sir or Maam the whole project. The install was flawless. They kept me in the loop the entire project and didnt even concern themselves with collecting or pressure me to sign off on the job until we visited each window (43).I am proud to tell my neighbors who did my windows. Everyone should receive quality and service like this no matter if its windows or an oil change. These guys have set the bar high and I dont think well give any other company a chance to even attempt to reach their mark. We have a couple more projects in mind and we will be calling them again.

The first time we replaced windows in our home was about 12 to 14 years ago, and after checking out several window replacement companies we decided to go with Davis Windows. Within the past few months we called Davis windows again to come out to give us a price on replacing another 7 windows. This is our 3rd time we have used Davis windows. The last two times we dealt with the sales manager Kurt, very honest, he pointed out a defect on of the windows we had replaced years ago. The window was replaced at no charge.
