We recently hired U.S. Window Factory to replace 12 of our home’s original single pane wood windows from the 1980s with vinyl double pane windows. We really couldn’t be happier. The whole process was easy, even the day of installation was a lot less hectic than I thought it would be. The windows also look incredible, and several neighbors have already stopped by to say how much better the new windows look. Thanks to Gary and the team!

We had US Window Factory replace all the windows in our house. The original sales person said it would be done in February, but we never heard a word. My husband had to call many times over the course of 3 weeks, each time being told theyd call back the next day then hearing nothing, before they were finally able to tell him the delay was due to waiting on one window.They finally came out over a month after we were originally told. The work was done by a subcontractor (who we liked, but were not provided with all the details, and waited around for half a day before any of us could get in touch with US Window Factory) and lasted only a couple days. The windows are beautiful.But nobody ever followed up with us, and one window is misaligned and difficult to latch. The three on the back of the house all have strips of vinyl that were not properly installed and catch when we try to shift the screens. My husband has called numerous times, but nearly two months later, we still have no resolution, despite providing photos and detailed information. All they do is take information, say theyll be back in touch, then ghost. The hilarious part is they were recording a commercial and asked if we wanted to come be in it. WHAT?! FIX MY WINDOWS.

Excellent services, thank you Gary and Ms. Mary. We are now waiting 5 weeks for our window better than 7 months with Ply Gem/Randall Brothers.

Less than two years after installation two of the windows have become guillotines and US Window Factory is dragging their feet (3 months now) to fix them in spite of the Warranty. I’m disappointed and want others to be forewarned.

Very pleased with my windows. The sales process and installation was great and having it locally made and custom fit for each window is amazing. The warranty can not be beat either. Looked at Anderson windows and was able to get the entire house done for what they were going to charge for half of my back windows.

We ordered windows and picked them up today. The people are very courteous and helpful. They make a quality window. We had a misunderstanding but we were able to work it out to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our new window installation was just completed yesterday, and we could not be happier! Mickey and his crew did a wonderful job installing them, We had 51 custom windows made and installed on our house. It did take some time from quote to install, but that is because they custom build the windows in their factory in Norcross. The installation crew is top notch, going over everything multiple times to ensure it is the way you want it. We highly recommend U.S. Window Factory!

If you are looking to get a window repaired or if you are looking for a new window this is the place where you would like to go.I have 2 windows with broken glass. I sent several request and George was the first one that replied. I explained to him my situation....I needed the 2 windows fixed because we are getting ready to have our house listed. I live in Gainesville, GA and I know it is far from their factory. I have exchanged several text messages with George regarding these 2 windows. He suggested that I remove the window sashes and bring them over so that it will be cheaper for me. George also told me the time the factory opens and closes so that I can plan ahead when to drop it off and when to expect to get it done. When I tried to remove the window sashes it was hard....I dont know how to do it. George explained to me how to remove it.I tried it then I was successful in removing these window sashes. George told me that there will be somebody at the office/factory that can show me how to install it.When I came to pick up the window sashes, George was there to show me first hand how to do it.I would like to thank Liz also for explaining to me what they will be fixing the window glass, she told me that they will be replacing both window panes. I know Liz is very busy, but she did give updates on the progress of my window sashes.I would say, US Window Factory have great customer service and great products.Thanks again.
