My manager and I went here to look at some office furniture. We (Two black men) managed to walk in, go all the way to the back and look around without having one word said to us. No type of greeting or any interest in assisting us (customers). A store employee even walked back in our direction and acted like we were invisible. Sad to say this type of thing still exists in this world.

Excellent customer service every time I come in here. I have made multiple purchases and managed to fully furnish a couple of my rooms back home. They take care of me and all my needs better than any store.

Horrible customer service. In store on 7/27, ready to buy a leather (full grain) sectional for my media room and the representatives did not get out from their desk to greet us. Looked at us and ignored that we were present. It’s so sad how people tend to be bias with their customer. The poor company is loosing money over pure ignorance. Rise up and be present!

Wonderful experience with Sue (the best sales person I have ever experienced!). She was extremely knowledgeable about the assortment of available pieces, super funny, and just a general pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Sue and Bova!

We have purchased several items at Bova over the last two years. Rosa Cruz has always provided excellent pre and after sale customer service. She is AAA+ in her approach at building quality customer relationships.

A good selection of furniture to see but apparently not to purchase unless you want the floor sample. I couldnt even get a good estimate of when the chair could be delivered. Ill probably end up buying there anyway because of pricing.

Absolutely Incredible experience with Bovas knowledgeable staff and design advice. I felt truly inspired by the one of a kind unique designs. The furniture is well made and extremely functional in my space. Thanks again Bova for all you did for my Family and I. We will continue to shop and be inspired for future years to come!

To be fair, we loved the contemporary furniture from Bova, and so we bought furniture for almost every room in our house from this store. However, we are utterly disappointed with the warranty conveniently offered by the sales person for each furniture set. We had a small puncture in furniture which is covered by the warranty. After several months of conversations with the warranty service center of ServeCo International – the warranty service of Bova – they denied the claim with a vague reason. From the start, the tone of the representatives was, hey we’ve ripped you off, there is no way we will cover anything. The inspector who showed up agreed that the warranty covers the puncture, but again they denied it without giving any convincing reason. When I called the warranty service center, I was told that there is nothing they can do. This is the worst customer service experience we have had so far. We referred several friends to Bova in the past, but I don’t think Bova will get our business any more.

Place the required initial payment for the (6) items selcected. Returned to showroom a week later to find (3) items still on full display with a tag sold. I thought that was not what I would have expected. Returned again a few days later and AGAIN, The same items were on the floor. I inquired as to why? I received immediate feed back. The moral to my story: sale & clearance items dont warrant 5 star attention. SHAME on you BOVA. Equality of service was not demonstrated to this PATRONs satisfaction😡

The worst experience I ever had. I ordered a dinning table but later on found out that another vendor is selling 30% less. I cancelled the ordered with them, but they managed to raise a complain against another vendor for selling in lower price & eventually cancelled my order.I would NEVER buy from this store as you will definitely get cheaper outside.

I saw a chair for $4000. Not even a recliner, just a plain chair. If thats your cup of tea have at it. Its nice furniture but not that nice.

The absolute WORST customer service ever. I ordered a sofa in mid-February and was told it might take 14-16 weeks to be delivered. It is now August and I still don’t have it (they, however, were very quick to get a down payment from me). I have called them every week for the last 2 months and am told EVERY TIME that I would have it next week and that someone would call me. I never once got a call from them. I finally sent them a letter telling them that I want my money back and have not gotten any response at all. Not sure what my next step will be. Do NOT buy there, it’s not worth it.
