My go-to when furnishing a home in the Atlanta area. Their showrooms are full of inspiration and it is RARE to find such a kind and attentive sales staff.

We were greeted at the door and had great service throughout our time there. Salesperson was genuinely interested in finding the right area rug to match our house. We found two reclining leather chairs at a fair price. I will definitely shop here again.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products offered. Nice to have a place that sells quality pieces worth having in my new home! Will definitely come back when it’s time to renovate in the future.

I visited Italia after a positive recommendation from a friend. When I arrived I was helped by Kathren who was so sweet! She showed me numerous pieces to suit my style and home and wasn’t pushy at all which I appreciated. The space was clean and well organized.

Order was delayed, but it seems like the whole world is right now. And the staff seemed truly apologetic yet a bit helpless about it. I get it there’s only so much they can do at a certain point.Otherwise, everything went great. I’d certainly recommend to anyone with a need for contemporary furniture.

I bought a beautiful sofa from Italia recently and was so pleased with the purchase. I worked with JB and he was really helpful in helping me to pick out the sofa and arrange the delivery. I love the sofa and I am so glad I tried Italia.

*The* place to go in the Southeast for Italian or European Furniture. They carry several staple brands including Alf, Natuzzi, and EQ3 (ok, so Canada) all in a well designed high end showroom that showcases example room set ups. This is where you go furniture shopping when youve found a home youre going to live in for a while. Theres a wide variety of styles from more traditional Italian product (some great bedroom sets) to supple Italian leather sofas to modern pieces for the bedroom or living room. The sofas are especially amazing, once you see the quality of the leather it will be hard for you to look at anything else.My experience is staff are helpful but dont hover, they have a good inventory of in stock items (and of course can order direct from Italy if you want a specific color or style... and dont mind waiting a few months), and the white glove delivery is the perfect coda to the experience. Instead of spending a weekend fussing with cardboard boxes and assembly their crew will deliver and setup the items... 60 minutes and its a whole new room. Awesome.

This place has amazing furniture!! But the experience was horrible. The experience made me want to not spend my money there!! I felt I was discriminated against coming in as a young black female. Granted I wasn’t in the fanciest clothes....... but I’m in the process of moving!!!!!!!!! Firstly, I wasn’t greeted or welcome into the store, but I was fine with that. After going back and fourth between 2 couches I finally found the perfect couch for me. It was a $10,000 couch!! You would think someone was interested in getting that sale! They clearly were not. I waited for someone to come over and helped me. I waited so long I got the measurements of the wall I wanted to put in on, I figured out exactly how I wanted to position the chair, and I which pieces I was going to separate. All the sales reps (4 different reps) were at the desk doing nothing. I would look over and they would look away. So finally I called over for help, as that looked like the only way I was going to be able to get some, but was told they would be with me momentarily. By this time they did have a customer at the register and 2 of the other reps had walked away, but someone should have came over to help me!! Why couldn’t the guy who was clearly doing nothing on the computer help me? Or why couldn’t they ask one of the sales reps that had disappeared to come over and help? I set there and waited, but it was just absolutely ridiculous. I just left the store. I took pictures of it, so I’ll find someone who wants my money to cross reference the couch.

We just got office furniture and bedroom furniture for our daughter and we had a very good experience with this store. The furniture is very beautiful and excellent quality and the guys who assembled it were very nice and professional. We’ll definitely go back and buy more furniture from them.

Im giving customer service a zero, reading some of the other reviews, confirming I will never do business with individuals that lack accountability or integrity. Please do not have Brady as your sales person or think that JOHN, the owner or his son with work with customers. They forget without customers you have no business, Order a customized sofa 8000.00 plus only to receive the wrong color and as a constellation, return the sofa pay a 30% restoking fee and reorder at my cost, And the arrogant John tells my husband to paint our room to match the botched order. We also have a sofa that the motor doesnt work and it has a blemish on the headrest. Im starting a petition on facebook to boycott the store, filed a complaint with the consumer protection department on the attorney general website and also contacting my credit card company. The first order they replaced our bed on a bedroom furniture order with the filing cabinet because it was the same price. On the first order the owner contacted us and reassured us going forward that he would personally see that i experience will be better in the future, Fast forward to now, the owner will not speak to us and 23,000 later WE WILL NEVER PATRONIZE ITALIA FURNITURE IN THE FUTURE and i will share with my colleagues my experience. Consumers beware of the Furniture store.

UnreliableCame to purchase furniture for a new home bought after my father’s passing in November and were told it should arrive in January of the following year. January came around and several items in the order were still not set to arrive, this time until March. It has been 7+ months and we have still not received furniture. Now they are demanding the rest of the money when they still have not delivered the rest of the order. Staff is also very discriminatory. Don’t waste your time.

Bought two leather arm chairs during memorial day sale wait 3 months to get furniture the day the delivery is to happen get a phone call saying they accidentally sold the chairs we paid for due to miscount by the owner himself. Owner did not want to provide a similar discount on any other merchandise in store. Unreliable.

NEVER BUY A FLOOR SAMPLE!!! Buying a floor sample voids the warranty. Our couch frame is broken after only 3 years of use. Natuzzi is total junk. They dont stand behind their products. Please, spend your money elsewhere.

Mostly traditional Italian styles and mostly leather though you can get it in non-leather. It is very pricey and not really contemporary as it shows some traditional flare.

I have been buying form this company since 2015 and they have very high quality furniture and stand behind what they sell. Never a problem. The owner and his son are the very kind to work with. My current salesperson is Brady who is so calm when working with me because I can be a tough cookie. I have their furniture throughout my house and I also decorate for other people and use their furniture. I do suggest this company. Give them a try.

High quality - Great customer service. Every time we go into Italia, we have a hard time leaving. The products that they stock are very high quality and extremely comfortable. We have a very modern home and contemporary furniture is not always the most functional or comfortable (although nice to look at). We are big fans of Italia and highly recommend their leather pieces.

Very unprofessional, they blame their quoting software to justify errors on the quote and endless time to prepare a simple five codes offer. They told me that we’re going to call me back and they didn’t, they promised to send the quote by email and they didn’t. I found the same sectional for 20% less.Below owner answer is even more eloquent than my review to understand their level of professionalism.

Great quality furniture pieces. On the pricier side, but worth it in my opinion. Store was very clean, had a great selection, staff was helpful and nice. Note: lead time on furniture in the summer can reach up to 4+ months out, depending on if your item was customized or not.

We visited Italia looking for a sofa an occasional chair. They have a great selection of transitional, contemporary & mid century. You wont find higher quality . Kathren was our sales person and she is so easy to work with, she keeps in touch and filled through with her commitments. Awesome!

I PURCHASED A BEDROOM SET FROM THEM LATE JUNE, A BED AND TWO NIGHTSTANDS, WHICH TOTALED TO ABOUT $2,900. 3 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY, I CONTACTED THEM BECAUSE IT DIDNT LOOK THE SAME IN MY BEDROOM AS IT DID PREVIOUSLY WHEN I SAW IT IN THE SHOWROOM. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM MY PLAN, WHICH CONSISTED OF ME SWITCHING THE BEDROOM SET OUT WITH ANOTHER AND PAYING WHATEVER THE DIFFERENCE WAS. I WAS THEN INFORMED THAT I WAS ONE DAY LATE ACCORDING TO THE RETURN POLICY AND THWY IF I WANTED TO DO THIS I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A REDELIVERY FEE OF $200 AS WELL AS A 33% RESTOCK FEE AND THEY WOULD ONLY OFFER ME A $1,200 STORE CREDIT. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, THEY WOULDNT WORK WITH ME ALTHOUGH THE BEDROOM SET THAT I WANTED TO SWITCH IT OUT FOR WAS DOUBLE THE PRICE. NOT ONLY THAT THE RETURN POLICY THAT WAS PRINTED ON MY RECEIPT STATED THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED A RESTOCK FEE OF 25% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE AND THE MANAGER I SPOKE WITH RESPONDED TO THAT BY SAYING “OH THE OLD POLICY MUST HAVE PRINTED OUT FOR SOME REASON IT IS NOW 33%.” CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. My husband and I have been shopping at Italia for a couple years now, furnishing our home a little at a time, and replacing old furniture. From the beginning we loved the style and quality of the furniture at Italia. Most of all, we love the customer service. JB and Jeanine as well as the entire staff are amazing! It says a lot about a business, and family owned business, when you can walk in at any time of day and any time of year and see the same smiling familiar faces, and they remember you and the entire family by name. We have furnished a good portion of our home from Italia, and continue to get compliments on the quality, comfort, and style of our furniture. If you are looking for great customer service, and quality modern furniture that will last a lifetime, then I highly recommend Italia.

I had a very bad experience and felt necessary to share. As it is, the furniture is overpriced and there is no financing option like other competitors. Even then, I wanted to purchase some furniture because I love Italian furniture. At the time of doing the final order, the owner, without even notifying me took out protection on the furniture for 5 years, which I told him was extremely important to me. The owner became arrogant and rude, stating that I had already finalized your purchase, so it’s too late. He ran my credit for 12-month financing, made me sign a bunch of documents, and told me that I will have to pay an additional $300 to get the warranty (which he verbally confirmed would be included before signing). I am not so worried about $300 because the order was over $7000. What I hated was the way the manager treated me, rudely with no regard to what I actually wanted. He took this protection without my permission and his defense is that he gave free delivery (which would have been an additional $200 charge). VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I never post reviews but this one I must. I bought a really expensive 3 seater and 2 seater recliner sofa from this store and the seats have started to sink in or sag in less than a year. I have trying to get them to replace it as its under warranty and having a hard time. When I bought it I was told the warranty is handled by the store. Now I am being told that the warranty is directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent me some extra foam pieces that can be glued to the existing. They hooked me up with one of their technician to get it fixed and he doest even know what it would cost to fix it and wants to charge me to just come out and take a look at what the problem might be. It is just ridiculous - the store didnt even take the responsibility to explain the problem to their own technician. They have hung up on me every time I start talking about the warranty and getting it fixed under the warranty. Sincerely request you to be very clear and get it in writing of whats the store responsibility, even when they decide to discontinue the products.

I didn’t have the most pleasant experience at Italia Furniture due to the behavior of a sales person named Brady! I wanted to buy not one but two ALF Furniture sets for my kids and I was trying my best to get free delivery so as a customer I asked him a few times and he said, “if you ask me one more time then I’m going to walk away from here and he actually did!” I waited for a few mins and he never even returned. When I was leaving, he didn’t even bother to say anything and kept starring like I did something. Well, guess what??? I went next door to Bova Furniture and purchased two entire bedroom sets as the people there were amazing and gave me free delivery too! So thanks to your sales guy, you just lost a huge sale. I would never, ever go back to Italia Furniture because my self respect is way more important to me and Brady can keep the ego to himself. Actually, he needs to keep in at home before coming in to work!!! I’ve never, ever come across such a rude sales person in my lifetime!!! By the way, Thanks for the rudeness cause I know where I’ll be going in the future for all my furniture needs, BOVA FURNITURE!!!
