I always said I would come back and leave a review on this place. Its been maybe 4 years and here I am. I was searching the name of the business and remember reading some of the negative reviews which made me and my husband a little hesitant but we took a chance on a couch that we wanted and could not find anywhere. The price was good and the service was great. It was delivered on time and we always get compliments on how comfy and deep the couch is. I didnt want to leave this review prematurely so I guess 4 years is long enough to say we are very pleased with our two piece couch!

From beginning to end everyone who helped me with my order was so wonderful. It felt like I knew them in some way. Joined in on the excitement I had in buying my sound couch which btw completely changes the feel of my entire home to a place where I can properly host. Each member involved helped me in every way they could and were professional. There were so many details that made this purchase great. Such a great experience!

Peter, Julio and the crew are just the best people to work with. Peter came to my home and demonstrated how to use the fireplace with bluetooth and he never left until he felt sure that I knew what I was doing. I recommend this place for beautifying your home. Dianne

THEY ARE THIEVESThey don’t even deserve a single star. From Peter the owner to Michael they do fraud and rob you. they kept lying to me for 2 weeks about a missing part that was never ordered. They will become very rude once they get your money even to the point that I was Threaten over the phone that they want me to go to them and solve this one by one. I have had the worst experience in my life and giving this advise that please stay away from their store.

My experience with unique interiors was great! I had searched for months for bedroom furniture in stores like Maceys, Havertys, etc. Furniture options at these places werent what I was looking for. I finally found something I liked from a manufacturer online called Modus; I had my heart set on their Adler collection. There were lots of internet retailers that sold the brand but I was very hesitant to order something with a high price tag like this from a source with no local storefront. Unique Interiors was fortunately listed as a local dealer. I ventured in and met with Julio who was more than happy to help! He called me back with pricing and lead time when he said he would and I made the purchase. About 4 weeks later, while I was prepared for the dreaded Covid delay, Julio surprised me with a call stating that my furniture had shipped from CA and he would call me as soon as it arrived in GA. I got a call a week later and was told it could be delivered to me the next day! My husband received the delivery and said the delivery guys were very courteous and polite and treated the furniture and our home with great care. No furniture or wall damage. The furniture is beautiful and great quality! I did pay a little more than I would have online, but it was well worth it. Great customer service and peace of mind are valuable.

Julio was my sales person. He is very knowledgeable and really took the time to discuss different decorating options and negotiated the price. I purchased a dining table and chairs and we love it. It was even delivered the same day.

Unique is is the name, and modern is the game. Theres a huge selection of very modern furniture, lighting, and accessories that you wont find anywhere else in the area. Its well worth the drive if youve got to have something truly unique.

I like the store because there are unique pieces but please stop following customers around. Its one thing to be attentive but I was being watched at a distance from different positions as I walked the store.

We had a horrible experience with Julio Sanchez at this store. He said he was the owner and so could do whatever he wanted. He was charging us a high rate for delivery and i told him that we just got furniture delivered by rooms to go at a lesser price. He was very disrespectful to us and tore the invoice right in front of us and told us to leave his shop. I asked for his manager and that was when he said he owned the place and told us to leave. I dont think that is the way to treat your customer even if you own the place. I will never spend a cent on anyone that does not respect what it means to make money.

We just bought this sofa and love seat a couple of days ago. This set cost us $3,000. It was the most expensive set that we ever bought and we were very excited about having it in our new house. At first, they told us that if we paid in cash, the sale tax would be forgiven but it turned out, they still charged us all the taxes. Fine! We wanted to set and still had it shipped home. Immediately after delivery, we found out that the both the sofa and the loveseat got DAMAGES in them. DAMAGES ON ITALIAN LEATHERS! The loveseats handles got dents in them which indicated that it already was seated in and a HOLE on the sofa which was patched a a paint touch. We called the store for some explanation but they just plain denied and refused to refund or even an exchange. This is the worst store ever. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!There is no misunderstanding here.My photos showed that the sofa had been used before.Your store sold me a USED product.You explained to me that because you had placed other furnitures on top of the sofa therefore he dents ( which professionally, you werent supposed to lay any furniture on top one another anyway!) *the dents .However, the dents on the arm rests clearly showed signs of wear and tear and also I could even feel a dip on the leather itself.

BEWARE!! RIPOFF!! TJ will overcharge you every chance he gets. Service is very poor plus poor communication around time when product arrives and what was ordered.I ordered a coffee table and rug here from a salesperson, TJ. I was told the coffee table would take 2 to 3 weeks to come in and the rug would take 2 to 3 days to come in. Was charged 740 dollars for the coffee table (which is very expensive for a coffee table but since the table was exactly what we wanted AND I was on a time restraint because I needed the table by the 4th week for a party I figured it was worth it). I also ordered an 8x10 rug to be ordered and delivered to their warehouse in 2 to 3 days.Well they never called to let us know that the rug came in but we figured hey lets just pick it up when they let us know the coffee table is ready. I call a week prior to expected arrival of the coffee table just to check on the status. We find out then that the coffee table was an NEW item not in their catalog yet and would take 2 to 3 months to come in so they offered us the display!! Are you kidding me? We waited 3 weeks to get the display..NO! It doesnt help that we didnt get one call to make us aware. We ended up canceling the order on the coffee table and getting our money back.But OH, it gets better. The 8x10 rug that we communicated to TJ to order for us was a scam too. TJ ordered the 5x8 and charged us the 8x10 price. YES you heard it we got charged $714 dollars for a 5x8 rug when the cost was really $499. Because we didnt notice this on our invoice at first we almost got ripped off. However, after returning the coffee table and doing the difference between what was spent and the cost of the table there was still $714 dollars it looked like we spent so we started asking questions. We are currently in the process of trying to get a refund for the carpet. We asked for the owner but of course we can never get that number. I just hope the owner knows how shady his sales people are because they are probably scamming lots of people out of money and they dont even notice. This has been by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had and the most frustrating. I would recommend EVERYONE to steer clear. There are plenty of other furniture stores on Jimmy Carter Blvd. besides this establishment that deliver on their promises, communicate effectively, and offer better service when problems arise. Avoid if you want to keep your sanity!!!!!!!!
