I would highly recommend Jon-Don. I’ve used other companies for chemicals and machine repairs and I’m constantly disappointed.Andrew and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My heat exchanger was fixed properly the first time. The mechanics seemed eager to work unlike the competition.

Just some kudos to the Atlanta service team to include Chris Bowling. They got us in today, changed our oil and also installed several more clips and extra hoses to our setup all in less than 2 hours! Outstanding, just wanted to pass this along as it really helps us.

Very disappointed in the recent maintenance service on my floor machine. I brought it in for ONE wheel to be replaced as it didn’t spin well. They called and told me it would be over $500 to fix the pump or something. I let them know I only brought it in for a wheel (I don’t use the sprayer/pump) so I was told it would be better to replace all 4 wheels as it looked like they were going out too. Just under $80 for all of them, so I said ok. She said it would take about 30 minutes in labor. The next day I was charged $225! Literally all I wanted was a tiny plastic part on the wheel that had cracked to be replaced. The woman did not communicate the other fees on the phone! Apparently they do a diagnostic on everything Brought in which is 30 minutes labor so $50. I have brought my machine there many times and if I didn’t know what was wrong, fine charge that! But I wanted wheel fixed this time. That’s it! Only brought it in for that! So I asked that they remove the diagnostic charge and she wouldn’t! My options were-1) leave my machine there until the following week and take it up with the manager when he returns.2) They can remove all the wheels and put my old ones back on and refund me for the wheels and labor but not diagnostic fee.I am shocked by this “costumer service” what kind of options are those!? If you want to run a diagnostic to upsell additional services, by all means do it! But don’t think the costumer should have to pay when they specify exactly what to fix. Needless to say, I will be taking my machine and making my purchases elsewhere after this! Disappointed.

Until changed, it should be noted that this is NOT a welding supply store. It is a janitorial, concrete, carpet cleaning, restoration, and remediation store. They provide great service, and are a very knowledgeable staff.

The store is dirty, the wearhouse workers are obnoxious and say disgusting things that can be heard throughout the entire store. Workers don’t seem like they want to be there. It’s overall a sad looking place, very disappointed with what I saw.
