Please have any taped boxes opened to count product when, and if possible. There have been miscounts of product in the fulfillment department. Im not sure if its intentional but another minority was in the store with the same issue. Either important little pieces will be missing, or just items missing. Check your order while its being loaded.
I wish I had better things to say about this location. Shopped here for years. The Korean lady at the front was very rude. You would think a company selling B2B would want to keep their customers because they buy in bulk and are recurrent. This is not the case. She acted as if we were bothering her when we tried to show her which product we wanted. Then she stepped on my foot while she ran her way back to the front to continue ignoring us! No apology or personal space. She was totally dismissive. DO NOT SHOP HERE. We are making the drive out to stamps fixtures because they are half the price AND have great customer service. We did wander over to the restaurant side and the gentleman there was very welcoming and had great social skills. But we will be taking our business elsewhere...
They don’t honor their own website prices. Treat customers like they are doing them a favor.Never go to this place. Give your business to people who appreciate your $$$

Wow. I should have looked at these reviews before ordering from HM.First, they took nearly a month to order our fixture. We had to follow up with them multiple times, and were given an inaccurate delivery estimate. Then, when the order finally arrived, they asked us to pick up when we had asked for delivery.When we finally received the product, it was the wrong one!! We had to wait AGAIN for a fixture we desperately needed. Seeing as how we had already paid them, we felt cornered and decided to wait.This time, we demanded they deliver, as it was their mistake, but they refused. Luckily, when we picked it up, it was the right product this time, but honestly, it’s wayyy overpriced. We found the same fixture online for half of what we paid.We never received an apology nor any sort of credit. We wanted to trust them because we are also a small business, and want to support other small business, but we will never return to HM Fixtures again.

6-25-2016I looked at their site online and when i went to the store to get what was advertised online I was told that they didnt have what I wanted ... i asked well it said it was in stock online and the guy said ... oh we do that for all of our stuff .. so dont waste a special trip because they probally dont have what you need in stock ... even tho their site says they do ... DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING practices
