Went there to view tiles and get a couple of samples (only got 1 decent sample and the other was no bigger than a finger). The showroom has a wide selection but thats as far as it goes.To the lady who was helping us and felt the need to say my English is very good for someone who just arrived... I was too tired after my flight from ENGLAND to give a reaction but I wanted to say to you lady, in England we speak ENGLISH and saying what you said was NOT a compliment nor is it kind. Not sure if the colour of my skin threw you off but try to keep such comments to yourself. Uncool, unprofessional, unwarranted... For all you know, I could have been there representing a possible lucrative deal...

Great tile company to work with and their products are top notch. My wife and I only like real stone in our houses and you cant find a better more professional company than Designer World!!! Thank you for your great products and service!!!

Uncomfortable place with awkward people. Came here a few times to see tiles and every time the same weird, rude and clueless guy made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.They don’t know anything about running a business or welcoming customers.There are never any customers inside and now I know why.

We entered this establishment on Fr . 10.11.19. afternoon. There was one sales person working the floor. She was pleasant enough, but working with other customers. When we approached 2 gentleman at the desk to get a priceon a product we wereinterested in purchasing, they were rude and dismissive telling us to wait for the sales person. Products and selection were nice, but customer service was horrendous😖😡. We will not visit this establishment again and well warn neighbors and friends via Nextdoor not to patronize this business either.👎👎👎

Excellent service. Large selection of tiles and floring. The staff is very helpful and they make the selection process very easy. Would recommend to family and friends. Provide high quality stone/tile/laminate for a very respectable price. Cant beat that. Thank you!
