Dont waste your time even getting an estimate. There arent enough characters in this post for me to give you the whole story about our move, but lets just say there were so many pieces broken from a $500 lamp (which they blamed me for after I asked them to pack it), antique family heirloom mahogany furniture pieces from their collapsed storage unit in their facility (some were repairable and some not), to the nasty way they dealt with all of it! I tried to call the owner who would never return my calls. They tried to buy me off with an insurance claim for the lamp at a fraction of its value, but then I had to sign something saying I would not post online. Id rather not get the money so that I could warn others about what a horrible experience I had. When they came to load up they ran out of moving blankets and had to use my rug to wrap a TV! Other things werent covered completely like my couch, so they had to pay to have it cleaned. Even the guy they sent to repair the furniture said hed never seen so many pieces broken in a move. RUN dont walk away!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY USED TO BE AWESOME NOW THEY ARE THIEVES!!!I used this company two years ago TWICE and they were awesome both times! The movers were hard workers and got the job done! This time, they sent two guys who arrived at 9AM spent the first 45 minutes arguing with my family and I about what services we selected for the quote, once they noticed they were wrong they got out of the truck and proceeded. The entire time the driver let the passenger do all the work up until we were almost done; and YES I SAID WE, MY HUSBAND, MY LITTLE BROTHER AND MY GRANDPARENTS ALL HELPED LOAD THE TRUCK, I KID YOU NOT because thats how slow these guys were moving [ of course they are paid by the hour so its obvious], they dragged my furniture and treated it any kind of way, i immediately called the office while they were loading the truck and complained, i was told Monday i will get a call back. I only had two mattresses, one dresser, one twin bed and a couch to move, the rest were clothes! WHEN I TELL YOU IT TOOK THEM 7HOURS TO COMPLETE, this is not an understatement, my new place is 15 minutes from the storage, it took them an hour to show up after the left my storage unit, this company is the worst i have ever came across! I told them i will not pay until we resolve who is replacing my furniture and why it took 7 hours to move the same items that they moved previously TWO SEPARATE times in the past in 2 HOURS! There is so much more to the story, from the workers manager cursing him out on the phone because i told him i dont have my credit card with me, to the supervisor hanging up in my face, to them texting my cell phone, YES TEXTING, threatening legal action because they havent received payment, the employees telling me he cant believe his supervisor hung up on me and that i shouldve recorded him, oh yeah the guys told me it wasnt much stuff and i couldve saved money by moving it myself, YES THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT! I CANT WAIT TO SEE THIS COMPANY IN COURT, EVERYTHING IS RECORDED!! ALL now no one from operations has returned my call, all i got was the legal action text! GO Figure!

Hi, and Welcome to my TED Talk...no Im only kidding... this is just the cliff notes version of what transpired during our experience with Big League Movers.I had a very detailed description of the disaster that was our moving day(s) the weekend of July 28th, but alas, the character limit has prevent me from posting.SO, here is my best summary of one of the worst experiences with a service provider that we have ever had:1. 7 hours late first day, causing us to have to push to a second day on a move (+$$$$$$$) and not have a bed to sleep in or any clothes/furniture on night 1.2. Did not use any blankets or furniture bands while loading furniture (WTF)3. Second crew came to unload second day, we saw extensive damage to 14 pieces of furniture and 3 full boxes of glass, including priceless heirlooms. (OMG)4. They were unhelpful and unprofessional along the way, and still charged us the full amount for both days. (RUDE)5. We promptly FIRED them before sending them to our second pick-up location. (GOODBYE)6. Not ONE SINGLE PERSON followed up with our experience after that second day (and Jeff Colletas half hearted apology on the second day of the move does NOT count).***SAVE YOUR MONEY & your property and go with a different service provider

Terrible!!!!! The first day they came to pack, they did not bring enough materials and boxes to finish the job. So the second day (which was moving day), they first didn’t show up until 2 hours late and then still had to finish packing. This caused a terrible hardship on us. We were moving into a condo unit and had to pay $100 extra per hour after 4pm to the condo association (this is to pay for a security guard to assist in holding one of the elevators for us to use as quickly as possible). Well you guessed it! The movers didn’t make it to the new condo building before 4. We hired a babysitter and one extra person to help us unpack and scheduled our whole world around moving on this day, which didn’t happen. A family member even drove in fro 2 hours away to help unpack (thank God we didn’t pay Big League Movers to do that). So she came a day early for no reason. We had weekend plans that had to be postponed so we could move a day late. So very unprofessional. Not to mention we had sticky notes on several items that said “no” and we explained to not pack the items that said “no” and some of these items still got packed.

Was timely in packing things into uhaul however said they would wrap up our furniture and did not do this and our couch now has stains. We wanted to do this ourselves however was told that it would interfere with warranty or something. Now we have a stained couch. Would not recommend.

Showed up several hours late with only one mover (had hired two). Then broke my tv and refused to fix it.

Sadly, Big League Movers has changed from a great, friendly moving company to a pack of scam artists.I used Big League to move apartments a few years ago and the service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and the move went flawlessly.When I needed to move again a few months ago, I automatically went with Big League, without looking at any of the more recent reviews stating that they as a company have degraded.The move was AWFUL. The movers were rude, super slow to do anything, and damaged a lot of my furniture! To add insult to injury, they then DOUBLE CHARGED MY MOVE. I have been contacting them repeatedly to fix the issue, and they keep saying they will and nothing gets fixed. Then they allegedly told my credit card company (who was looking into the disputed charge) that both charges were valid.At this point I realize they are essentially scam artists and have no intents of refunding the double charge.DO NOT USE BIG LEAGUE MOVERS. If you do all you will end up with is damaged furniture and potentially owning more than you originally agreed for their terrible services.**Update: After over three months of back and forth, Big League has refunded the double charge. My entire experience with Big League has been painful and costly, in time, money, and damaged furniture. I still would not recommend them.**

I had 3 moves in 3 weeks. My fiance moved to my place and then we moved to a new location and then moved to our final location since the previous did not work out for us. I used Big League each time. They were very effecient and Chris the manager is very responsive and provided the repeat customer discount. Marquee is one of the fastest and strongest movers. If you get a team of 2 ask for him in the team. Doug is also great. I have had a great experience with Big League over the years.

Arrived ready to go. Scoped the contents of my condo and discussed the strategy for moving to two drops. Three man team worked continuously from first box in to departure after 2.5 hours. Very efficient and fast. Well organized.Best of all the team introduced themselves and assured me they would make this as stress free as possible and that is what they did. Very easy to communicate with and respectful of all items to be moved.Everything done in timely manner and the total bill came in under my projection. Really amazing move.

This is a terrible moving service and should never be used. They hire lazy people who like to take their time when they move you to run up costs. Next they break your stuff during a move, and ultimately refuse to pay for it. I had used this company back in July and finally in June they told me that they were no longer liable for submitting a claim as they sent one email with a 30 day deadline, and after that they refuse to pay. Poor customer service, poor company... STAY AWAY!!!! USE ANYONE ELSE.

The movers felt like family before the end of the day. They worked hard and moved fast. When even one was at a waiting point, they asked if there was anything else they could do. They definitely went above and beyond! To top it off, the cost was much less than I anticipated.

Wonderful experience! Will worked up a quote for our long distance move and helped us get it scheduled. He was very professional and on top of things. Someone called to confirm the move the day before and go over a few last minute things which I appreciated. I cant go on enough about our moving team - Daniel and Q. These guys knew what they were doing and did it so quickly and carefully. They came prepared with blankets and wrapping to protect our furniture. We had a couple of large, bulky pieces I was concerned about getting through a tight entryway. (When we moved in, we had to remove the door frame and also an overhead light.) Daniel & Q were able to angle everything just right and get the pieces out with no problem and no removing doors or lights. They made it look so easy. We were extremely impressed! Professional, courteous and good at what they do, these guys are true assets to this company. I highly recommend Big League Movers and appreciate their level of professionalism. They made our move a breeze.

I was given a 6-10 PM delivery window for a mattress and box spring. Movers never showed and did not return my five calls trying to find out where they were. The person on the phone told me they were just an answering service and could forward my message to the movers, but had no other way of getting me in touch with them. I finally went to bed on the couch.I was able to get in touch with customer service the next day. They had given my mattress to the wrong person and failed to notice they hadnt delivered anything to me. I had to sleep on the couch for three nights before they could finally deliver a new mattress to me.I asked for a refund on the delivery charge because of the stress and lack of communication. The customer service agent said she would have to get back to me about that; I have heard nothing.Im adding one star back on because the person I was able to speak to was communicative and understanding and because they gave me an upgraded box spring, but it does not redeem the experience. I do not recommend this service. At the very least, do not accept an evening delivery window, because they might forget about you completely and you will have no way of contacting them.

Dean and his team were amazing to work with. We were moving out of one house and moving into another, and the movers that the sellers chose were extremely late in moving out. We were going to sit around and wait for the other movers to finish, but Dean suggested that him and his team work around them. Thank god, because had we not listened to Dean, we would have not moved in at all that day, and we wouldnt have had a place for my son to sleep. I am extremely grateful for this moving experience.

Gilbert, Fred and Daniel were the best!! They arrived on time, were polite, friendly and very professional. They took great care with my furniture, wrapping everything. It all arrived in perfect condition. They were quick but not rushed. At my new location they made sure everything was right where I wanted it. Johnathan from the main office was also great staying in touch with me throughout. I highly recommend Big League Movers!!!

Excellent experience. The crew arrived on time and were extremely nice. They made me feel very comfortable and were also very nice to my little ones. They were very respectful of our furniture and seemed to use extra protection with padding our belongings. All of our belongings arrived at our new home in the same condition they left our old home. The crew moved very quickly and were extremely thorough. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I recently moved with big league and there was a mover by the name of Wade ( didnt get his last name) he was very professional and went above and beyond for me. Not saying the other gentlemen were not but Wade really showed initiative, and he handled my things with care. He really made my moving experience effortlessly and reassuring. If you use this company ask for Wade!!! He is awesome!! Thanks Big League

Big League actually did a move for my neighbors. In the process of pulling up the driveway they somehow managed to catch the power lines on the top of the truck. They apparently didnt notice until after they had managed to tear apart the lines to their house and mine and damage the transformer as well. Long story short the damage caused a surge of electricity to my house which fried several appliances. The driver was well aware that he took down the lines. When I tried to call the company about compensation for the damages all I got was crickets. They are trying to hide and pretend that nothing happened. Now Ill have to file a suit to get reimbursed. These guys clearly dont care about taking responsibility for their terrible work!!!!!

Look else where! 3 movers hired for $150 per hour. It took over 5 hours to move out of a one bedroom apartment to a new location only 15 minutes away. End result, 4 pieces of broken furniture. One nightstand left faced down on the pavement, scratched up! Failed to wrap furniture properly, drawer on entertainment center broken! Another nightstand dropped off the truck, cant open the top drawer! Young inexperienced movers, very careless with items and time management. Offered me $160 to settle my claim. Ill be filing a lawsuit.

The guys were very professional and courteous. Nothing was broken. They went above and beyond. For example, the lead mover noticed the feet on my lateral file cabinet would have scratched my hardwood floors in my study. He asked did I have an area rug to sit the file cabinet in order to protect my floor. I greatly appreciated that. They made sure everything was complete to my satisfaction before they left.I would definitely recommend Big League Movers and would use them again myself!

Excellent Service and very fair price! The moving crew went out of their way to help make the move as painless as possible. They were very nice, attentive to where things needed to go and were very upbeat the entire long day. It definitely kept my stress level down. I would recommend Big League Movers to anyone!

EXCELLENT JOB!!!!They were on time & gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. Upon arrival they introduced themselves, shook my hand, thoroughly explained the paperwork & got to work. I had a 2 man crew. They worked well together & you could tell they were very experienced. Mr Alston gave me times for how long it would take to load, drive & unload. They either beat that time or met it EXACTLY!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! I found this company through the BBB. The price was fair & great customer service!!

I had an excellent experience with Big League Movers. My first moving company cancelled with me the day of the move. I called Big League and they were happy to do the same day move. Not only did they not charge any extra, they let me use my coupon from Half-Depot. Many companies wont let you use them same day. I dealt directly with Jeff who provided superior customer service. He stayed in contact with me the entire day until the movers came. The movers were very polite and professional. Most of all, they were hard workers. They moved super fast. There was no moping around or riding the the clock. They actually moved my one bedroom in two hours but I ended paying for three hours due to rush hour traffic (beyond their control). I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them for my next move. I know this review sounds to good to be true but so was there service so I had to give an honest review.

Dont believe them when they say theyll arrive within a 2 hour window... My movers were supposed to arrive between 2 & 4PM. They got there at 5:30PM. I called the office multiple times to check on it & they told me they would be on their way around 3PM. I understand things happen, but it would have been nice to at least get a heads up so I could adjust my plans. On another note, the movers I had very phenomenal. Management is the issue here- not very apologetic.

I had Q.Sanders, D. Rodriguez, and R. Bailey as my movers on my day to move. They were absolutely incredible. My move was scheduled for 4pm, but I got a call at 3pm asking if they could show up early, which I had no problem with. So already off to a fantastic start. They did a walk through at the beginning asking what I want moved. I asked them to move several glass tables and other furniture. Everything was wrapped in blankets before they took it out of the apartment. They were very quick and very efficient in everything they did, especially considering it was a hot and humid day. Nothing was damaged at all, not even scratched. My whole move, which I thought would take 3-4 hours, took less than two, so I fell under the minimum of 2 hours. I had no problem paying the minimum since these guys were flawless in my opinion.When I need to move again, Big League will be the first ones I call, especially if I can get the same crew.

Just had a great experience with this company. Everyone was very professional and efficient and although I had a last-minute move, was quick to respond. Plus the price was more than reasonable! Will definitely use this company again.

There is no way this company should be rated this high on here. Its like the boys in the hood movers and nothing big about the service. Their prices are way too high for how they move. Real movers take better care of furniture and dont move like you just grabbed someone from the corner. I dont know if they think its macho to carry some things on their own. But some things like large chairs and mattresses should have two people moving them. And not dragging them all over the place. The way they load the truck is so tacky and sloppy. The managers must not know what theyre doing if theyre hiring employees like this. Big joke for a moving company!

An excellent experience dealing with Big League movers. The customer service for scheduling and explaining list of items we have and special considerations was very smooth. Very organized company. The movers did a perfect job of wrapping all the delicate items like TV etc. We had requested them to complete the move in within 2 hours if possible, without comprising quality, and assuming no traffic issues. They professionally completed the move in 2 hours inspite of 25 minute commute to our new location; maintaining the quality of the service. They have a 3 person crew which leverages them to complete moves in a fast and efficient pace. We would recommend them to anyone and would definitely avail their services again

I give Big League Movers 5 Stars! The young men that moved my furniture in and out of the house were professional, personable, well mannered and did a first class job. They knew their stuff!! It was the same guys both moves. Josh was the leader, and he instructed. It was raining when they moved the furniture back into house (it was stored in my garage) and Josh was able to bring everything up out of the garage, through the laundry room across the kitchen and den and right down the hall to the bedrooms. My hardwood floors at just been refinished. So, no wetness from the rain on my floors or furniture, and they were extra careful. I had bought some padded disk sliders to go under the corners of each piece of furniture and the bed rollers. They took extra pains to get those sliders under the corners of each piece of furniture before it set down on my new floors, and under the rollers on the bed frames. Big League Movers moved our office yesterday with three guys who were nice, efficient, and thorough. We had very heavy office furniture and they took time to make sure everything was wrapped and packed well. They were also great unloading at our new space with putting items exactly where they needed to be placed. I work for a charity, and appreciated Justin working with us on the best price possible for our move. They were not the cheapest option, but I chose them based on their reviews, and knew that big league movers would give me the best peace of mind with our equipment. They were also flexible when we werent exactly sure when our moving date would be.

Lucky me! I booked with Big League Movers after the company I originally set up fell through. Im so glad I decided on them! Ill say that I had never used movers before, and was apprehensive about the process. That being said, Big League Movers made it incredibly easy. I spoke with Colton on the phone about booking my move, he was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed to proceed. He informed me of everything that was included in the different rate options (2 men/3 men) and all information moving forward.The day of the move, the movers arrived in the specified time frame and they were very professional and careful with my belongings. They made sure everything was wrapped and packed away in the truck securely. I was moving from a 1 bedroom apartment into a high rise condo and I was anticipating some issues parking the truck and all, but it was no problem and they moved me quicker than I anticipated. Overall, I was very pleased by the way the move was handled.I would definitely recommend them as a moving service and WILL recommend them to any family or friends in the future! I was completely dreading moving day, but I must say, Big League Movers made it an easy process and I cannot be more grateful! Thanks again guys!

Big League Movers did a great job with my move back in February. This was my first time using a professional moving company, and Im glad I chose them! They moved my one bedroom apt (on the third floor) to another apartment in 2hrs. The team (Q. Sanders, C. Calhoun, and J. Crawford) was very professional and friendly and worked hard to move my stuff quickly, but carefully. :) I would definitely use this moving company again!

We lived in our home for 10 years and had not moved since then. To be clear, I am a fussy consumer so I found the service to be very good. Do know there were some issues but when you are moving a 6 room home there is bound to be some issues. Why? Because nothing in this world is perfect. Will handled all the logistics in the front end and he was very professional, mild mannered and easy to work with. Everything moved smoothly through the timeline. We moved to a home adjacent to GA 300 miles away. Jake lead the team during the moving and again everything went smoothly. By far the best moving service we have ever used. From start to finish, the team were extremely professional, timely, honest, and careful. I have never seen such polite and efficient movers. They showed up in 2 big trucks, six very professional and polite men, and got a large job done in 5 hours with no issues. Absolutely no stress, and coming in under budget. By far the best moving service in ATL.

We moved out of our home in April, stored the units for 5 weeks, then moved to our new home.On the move out they forgot to pack our mattresses and several rugs, so we had to rent a storage unit and hire another lover to help move this stuff. They said this would not fit in the units. I asked them to tell me when they were loading stuff from the basement as I wanted to identify trash. They did not. Next thing I knew everything had been packed!The next move was on Saturday. They were scheduled to arrive at 8a. Instead they called and told me they wouldnt be there until the afternoon. Maybe noon. They showed up at 2p! The crew had already completed another move in the morning so they were cranky by the time they finished at 6p. Management said they had sick outs and because we only had 1/2 a move we got pushed.Very disappointed that I lost a half day of moving and had to move in the heat of the day. They did charge me for only 3 people instead of 4. And they sent out 2 extra people to help for a few hours. Good thing as the move would have taken another 2 hours and we would have finished around 6.The workers were polite. But the planning was poor.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company! I used them last week to move from the west side of town to the North East side of town, the two movers stopped to get drinks (so they say), and I was charged for that time-frame! They did not remove all of my items from the truck, in particular a lamp base that no one seems to know where it is now. It was never removed from the truck and in the ciaos of moving, we didnt realize that it was missing. 2 boxes, and a few dishes were broken during the move as well and some pegs from a TV stand that I cant use the shelf now since they are missing. This was not a good move experience at all and this company turned out to be VERY expensive. This was the most costly move that weve ever encountered! It was also scorching HOT in the truck and it caused a chair to have olive oil spilled on it and I had to end up trashing 4 chairs! Again, please do NOT use this company!I spoke with Nicole in sales and shes said that I need to email some manager about it, I said WHY when you can let him know what Ive said. Then I spoken with some Jeff guy thats a manager and he said he was going to look for my missing items and get back with me, well that was days ago and nothing yet! I wish I could have given ZERO stars. This trash company was recommended to me by a co-worker, how he had a good experience and I had a ghetto experience is above me!!Update...they refunded me a meaningless $97 for missing items, broken items, a damaged chair (in which I had to end up trashing the entire set), and damage to the walls of the residence that I was moving from. (What a joke of a company)!!

The movers were great here. They were very polite; everything was yes maam and no maam, yes sir, no sir. They told us everything they were doing every step of the way. They were quick and efficient. I told them in the beginning, I didnt care how long they took, I just wanted it done right. Well, they get paid by the hour, so they could have taken their time all day long. They instead treated everything with care, wrapped all the furniture, and still managed to move in a fast pace. Very professional and ethical. I would use them again.

I have moved many times and this was the best move yet! They were prompt, courteous, polite and worked hard. I had to ask them to slow down!!! But they didnt and it was a very hot day. They made my move pleasant and stress free. You wont go wrong by having them as your movers. They are the best of the best!!!

I had to move twice in 12 days once to storage 55 miles and then from storage to the new house 16 miles away. They told me up front I would receive a 15% discount on my second move. The first movers were quick and had to drive over an hour and loaded and unloaded in 5.5 hours. The second move began and we noticed the first movers just put wood furniture and leather couches on the concrete. I had rented 6 moving blankets and was assured that would be plenty. They rented blankets onsite and I could have easily gotten 6 or 12 more. We noticed several scratches on furniture and small tears and scuffs on the leather couch and love seat. The lead mover took pictures and said he had called his manager and told him about it. The second move took 6.25 with maybe a 25 minute drive time. They were moving real slow and 2 of them were on the truck an awful lot, it shouldnt have exceeded 4 hours in my opinion. They only honored a 10% discount after stating I would receive a 15% discount. I have been calling since Thursday today is Tuesday asking to speak to a manager. Each time they just say we are sorry and will leave a message for the manager.

Great experience. The folks arrived on time, I didnt ask but they still packed the big items nicely, no time wasted. They reached the destination even before I arrived. Kept everything in place. Strongly recommend them.

Big League Movers arrived on time and Julius and his teammates were all smiles from start to finish. They worked very hard to ensure that our treasures were moved safely and took care of our belongings as if they were their own. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving. Their price was higher than the first movers that I called and to earn our business they met or should I say exceeded the price of their top competitor. Exceptional service! !

Whatever you do please stay away from this company... if Google allowed an invisible star that wouldn’t be low enough. I booked this company for their services. They pack up my New flatscreen and take it to it’s destination. Afterwards, I connect my TV and it comes on, but it comes on with a huge crack and complete discoloration. I immediately called to notify their manager. This “manager” is very rude on the phone but after talking they finally say file a claim. After speaking with this so-called insurance company they come back and say they’re not liable for the tv. Mind you they packed it and unpacked the TV but you’re not liable for it. It’s a BRAND NEW TV!!! Called to speak with this “manager” he refers to the decision that was made by the insurance company when in fact the insurance company stated that it was THE company’s decision whether or not they wanted to replace the TV. Not too mention that the movers were tipped very generously to find out that my BRAND NEW TV was broken. Overall horrible experience, PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH; ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER, BIG LEAGUE SHOULD BE CALLED “OUT OF THEIR LEAGUE” TRUST ME WORST COMPANY YOU’LL DEAL WITH WHEN IT COMES TO RELOCATING YOU AND YOUR FAMILY’s possessions... DONT USE THEM.

This was the best move I can remember!! Mainly because of the work Big League Movers did. They were very careful with my belongings, even wrapping pieces of furniture I wouldnt have expected them to wrap (like the chairs for my dining table). They arrived on time, and they were very polite.Big League Movers is a great company... if you are moving, you should call them!!

They moved us in March to our new home. This was the best price and we had three guys. I am giving them 3.5 stars because they all took several smoke breaks. Never in the house of course and they were quick but they smoked. This was a negative for me also because I am respiratory therapist. They did move a 2/2 to a 4/2.5 so the work did double up on them. They broke down our beds and reset them up as well as the washer and dryer. The total time from start to finish was 7hours and under $1000. The truck was huge they brought and we were satisfied with their service.

Big League movers are hard workers they are not lazy people who sit around or take their precious time. They come in and get down to business and get the job done, keep employees like that and Big League movers will always be the best! I moved from Orlando FL zip to GA and was recommended big league movers by a friend. They were fantastic unloading everything off of the truck In record time! They put everything in the rooms they were supposed to go and put our beds/desk back together as well. I really loved how polite and professional they were. Would definitely use again!

I worked as a driver for these guys for one week excellent recommendations from clients me and my team served. They decide to make me a helper and got negative reviews. If i was not going to be team lead and or driver i never would have worked there. They tried to demote me even though i succeeded in what they hired me for which was driving and team lead. Not everyone is capable of leading. They prefer to hire followers who damage furniture and put holes in the wall instead of experienced workers. But see for yourself you may be lucky

Had a great experience. We were originally scheduled to store our things overnight and move into our new place the next day, but then on the day of the move out of the old house, we learned we could get into the new house sooner. The company was accommodating and able to get us in that afternoon. Our moving team was excellent. Jamar, Daniel, Mo, Ian and Ashley were super efficient, respectful, careful and accommodating. They did a fantastic job!

Movers moved very slow, did not come prepared with tools to disassemble bed frames, damaged some of my furniture, and sat down on the job. It took them almost 8 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment into another 2 bedroom apartment. Ive never had a moving company take over 4 hours to complete a job. I had at least 30 boxes all in one place for them. Stacked and properly marked so that they could easily remove everything with a dolly. I was charged $826 for their services. I will NEVER use this company again. A friend referred these guys to me because they took good care of her, but I feel as if I was taken advantage of. Management expressed concerned, but I dont believe they will redeem themselves. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They didnt even deserve one star for their service.

I would definitely recommend Big League Movers to anyone who wants a hassle free move. I used them to move my 2 bedroom apartment to Storage (which was in 3rd floor) and they did it in a very efficient manner. My entire transaction - right from reserving a slot, their reminders, on-time arrival, efficient way of working, to payment - everything was smooth n hassle free... no broken items n no frowning.. they are cheaper than the big guys like Two Men in a Truck and I must say their quality of service was impeccable! Great work guys!

Weve just completed my 88-year-old mothers move from a two-bedroom apartment where she had lived for 6+ years to a comparable space in a retirement community. We had a *very* good experience with Big League Movers. The three-man crew was cheerful competent, and careful. Took c. 4.5 hours to pack up everything and load the truck, then 3.5 hours the next day to unload everything. We had two small items of breakage, both decorative curios, and Im certain both of those were really mothers fault. No china or crystal breakage, no furniture damage that I can detect. All china and glass items were individually wrapped in paper then boxed and tightly packed with more paper. All furniture items were swaddled in blankets taped together, then wrapper in plastic shrink wrap over the blankets. I have already recommended Big League Movers to a friend who will be moving from Atlanta to Big Canoe in June.

I just completed my 3rd move with Big League Movers, and I am happy to say that this one was just as great as the last 2. The guys arrived within my scheduled time window and were happy and ready to work, despite the unusually freezing temerpatures. They moved quickly and got the job done in no time. All of my movers with this company have been very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend that you schedule your next move with them!

Great crew! Worth every penny! Nothing was damaged with the exception of a lamp that they packed incorrectly. But other than that they were Very efficient, polite, and cooperative. Only criticism is they should wear something over their shoes when coming into the home or put floor protector covers throughout the home path ways. I will definitely recommend them. 👍

From start to finish, my interstate move was stress free. My movers, Courtney and Adonis were amazing and attentive and quite frankly took better care of my furniture than I ever did! They were on time, consummate professionals and were patient with me through the loading and unloading of belongings. I also received check-in phone calls from corporate about midway the day of loading and unloading to see how things were going. They took a day that normally gives me much stress and made it one of the easiest pleasant experiences, ever. Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The movers called ahead and arrived within the window of time that was stated. They were quick to wrap our furniture and secure it for the move. The weather was horrible but they made the best of it. We were just moving across town but they were quick to get to our new home and get everything unloaded safely. I would recommend Big League.

I moved with this company a while back and one of the moving guys did not put the drain hose on my washing machine and it flooded my apartment causing $2,500 in damage. This company didnt even call me back to address the issue

Absolutely terrible. I gave it one star only because I couldnt give zero stars. My brand new home and brand new items and damaged. Over $9,000 dollars worth of damage. Management has lied in trying to fix these issues. Working with their own insurance company and all requested documents have been sent from their insurance company to Big League Movers Management on July 3rd and they still havent replied to me nor the insurance company. I was told that it should take no longer than 2 weeks to get approval from Chris (big league mover manager) but in two days it will be over a month. I have called Ronnie (General Manager) and left messages and have never received a call back.Terrible Company and Terrible Management. My Move was over two months ago and this process is still going.*Reasons to stay away from this company:-Booked 3 guys to move, only two guys showed up. Had to call the manager to ensure that I would only be paying for 2 guys instead of 3 once they showed up. Move took longer than expected due to this.-I booked 3 guys due to some heavy items and gave them details on how many flights of stairs each heavy item would have to go up. (washer and dryer going up two flights, 320 pound table going up 1 flight, all three items where brand new and still in original packaging)-All three items listed above were damaged. Table can not be fixed and has to be replaced-RH Customer Service. over $3,500 to replace table.-Dented the side of the brand new Samsung washer and scratches on both washer and dryer. Movers decided to remove the packaging before taking the items in the house.-Brand new wood floor has holes and scratches and both flight of stairs have to be resanded and stained. Quote was for around $1000 to fix flooring.-Walls and ceiling dented, scuffed, and punctured-Broken handle on new toolbox, handle was found in one of the drawers after the movers had left. Was never told it was broken.Learn from my mistakes, DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

I think Big League Movers is good; I got my stuff moved. They do charge a bit more than other moving companies, which is why I hired them; I figured charging more would equal quality. There was quality, however, nothing spectacular. Ive had mom & pop operations move me with more professionalism. All in all, I cant complain, except for the hole that was knocked into my wall and after three days I have yet to hear anything about what theyre going to do about it. All in all - was my experience good? Yes. Was it good enough to recommend them to others or use them again? Not at all. They get a big Meh!

We used this crew and they were very efficient and professional! Special thank you to Steve Murphy, Rodney Dubose, and Jasmine Walker who were all great and very careful with our items. They were cognizant not to damage our new flooring or walls and provided excellent service. I would recommend cloning Jasmine...she is hard working and definitely kept up with the men :)I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Actually I give the guys on the truck who did the moving a 10. They were great. I give the office people before the move a - 1. The after move person a 10 also. The moving price is reasonable. HOWEVER, if you use this company make sure they are VERY clear about their policy and packing from the beginning. They say full transparency about the move, but its not until 1-2 days before the move that someone calls and tries to sale their packing material for items they say they will not cover. Again, full transparency should be day 1 of scheduling, not the day before.

My move was disastrous, to say the very least. First, the movers showed up over 2 hours past my assigned window. One of the movers was barely working, disappearing for extended periods of time, while the other mover made multiple trips. I had a one bedroom apartment with limited furniture and about 30 boxes, and the move took over 6 hours Thats also with me pitching in and helping the movers move my things. One of the workers repeatedly told me despite the time it was taking that I would only be charged for a maximum of 3 hours. I was later informed by the manager that this was untrue. Additionally, several pieces of my brand new furniture was damaged. However, most concerning was that a box full of my jewelry did not make it to my new home. I have filed a police report, and the movers/company claim that they cannot find the box.

DO NOT HIRE BIG LEAGUE MOVERS! To start, they were 8 hours late to my move. They were supposed to begin the move at 10 am, and called me at 9:30 am to say the truck broke down and they did not have another truck to use. They did not start the move until 6 pm, and one of the movers informed us that they rent their trucks (and therefore couldve just rented another one if it was actually broken), and probably just booked too many jobs and not enough movers. So unprofessional and disrespectful. The move that followed was equally as unprofessional. They cracked the glass insert to my table, a drawer, didnt wrap my couches and handled nothing with care. We had to constantly be watching and correcting them, such as telling them to remove the glass from my tables before moving (and they still cracked it because it wasnt wrapped properly). As far as apartment moves go, mine was a fairly straight shot at both complexes with no complications and they took FOREVER!!! They were moving so slowly we eventually helped them pack and unpack some items to speed the process along. I wouldve received better service if I paid my friends with beer to help me move, rather than paying these PROFESSIONAL movers $600.

Atlanta! This company sucks! Dont be fooled by employees giving good marks. They showed up days after the day and time agreed upon with loads of excuses. I dont ever write a review but after family encouragement I decided to. First of all we loss loads of money depending on a move for a specific date which never happened causing us to rent a hotel while I waited to move into my new home. The movers were obviously not professional as I found out after speaking to one of them. They are hired off of the streets with NO training! The professional movers that arrived were clearly intoxicated as the smell of marijuana and alcohol came from them and their clothing which was of concern to me and my husband yet he insisted on giving them a try due to the already long wait. We observed one guy constantly on the phone while the other guy (yes one other guy as we paid for a larger crew and didnt get) struggled in an attempt to throw blankets on our furniture instead of wrapping them professionally! Our expensive wooden furniture was damaged as well as the flooring in our new home. Pieces connecting our furniture was either damaged or came up missing. A large stain appeared on my daughters mattress that had not been there before. Glass from a table was cracked, furniture had scrapes and scratches which were not there prior to move. I am so upset because I was told this was a professional company only to learn that no one is actually trained. Anyone can apply and be hired regardless of experience or background check and begin working immediately. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to look further into their reviews and act accordingly. Dont be fooled!

Big league movers was on time and great! I would definitely recommend. My only issue was the amount of time it took but they were moving as fast as they could. I was told with the amount of items and my apartment size it would be between 2-3 hours and it ended up taking 4.. Other than that, great experience!

I really want an upper member of management to contact me - they definitely have my info as I’ve been dealing with a very major issue.We bought a house in June, decided to do the move in the middle of July. Called up Big League Movers because we had used them a couple of times before and like them.First thing that was wrong - I requested the same movers we used before, not a single one was there - yes they’re still with the company.Secondly and most important- the truck driver backed into the garage of the house we’d just bought, damaging both garage bays and the room above the garage. It is now into October 7th and the repair work has not started.Stay tuned as legal action will be commencing shortly if this is not rectified quickly.

The team arrived on time. They careful disassembled the furniture as needed and wrapped it in moving blankets. They loaded up in a careful but timely manner. They unloaded boxes and placed them in the rooms as marked. They reassembled furniture and placed where we asked in each room. We had no damage to any furniture. They were patient and polite.

Excellent job. The guys assigned to my move met or exceeded all my expectations. They moved our 3rd floor, two bedroom apartment to our new home a few miles away in about five hours. They wrapped and protected all of our furniture, and they handled our boxes will care. So far I havent seen anything scratched or broken from our move, which is impressive. They even assembled our beds in the new rooms.The movers were polite and asked me where I wanted everything within reason. They didnt have me micromanaging every detail, but gave me enough input to get the job done well.Overall, I recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area.

Big League Movers were great to work with. Ive used them twice in the last 3 years and would use them again if needed. They are quick to reply to inquiries or questions. The crew was professional and worked quickly getting the job done even when my last move involved elevators and crazy stairs. I highly recommend them.

There are new neighbors using Big League Movers. There are two trucks one visibly Big League that has been running for seven hours while the movers are taking furniture into the residence. Its after midnight! Try to be considerate and turn the vehicle off!

I had a fantastic experience with these movers. Out of 5 Atlanta area movers that I called, they were the only ones willing to start my move in the afternoon during he week to accommodate mine and my roommates schedules. we have many glass and mirrored items, and I was very impressed with their care in cushioning and transporting our heavy breakables. They worked late into the evening and worked very hard to meet the short timeframe that we had to work with as we were not able to take off work to move. I highly recommend Big League Movers.

I had an excellent experience with these guys and would 100% recommend them again. I will be using them again. They were super quick, nice and professional! They loaded up my apartment, drove out to my storage unit in Vinings and stacked everything perfectly in a unit that I was worried was too small. They communicated everything every step of the way. I literally was so relieved, Id been dreading making this move for several days, but they made it so easy. I also had a contact number over the weekend in case I had any questions about timing, etc. do yourself a favor and book these guys!!

These guys were amazing! They were professional and quick and the craziness of the move did not even phase them! When we arrived at our rental destination, the power was out, and we had to hold flashlights for them to unload! They never balked and were so nice, even though I was in tears. I am so happy with the movers that came out (D. Jones and J. Hardy) they were on time very respectful and professional. They packed all my stuff up and had me moved in my new apartment within the time limit I was told. I will most definitely use them again, specially those two. The Big League Movers crew who showed up to move my small studio apartment into my new home were very professional, courteous, and worked quickly. Only downside is they left a 1 gash in our stairwell wall.My main issue lies with the office - On the day of our move, there were some staffing issues, so the crew ended up being 3.5 hours late, and I was only discounted 10% off the total price, even though the project manager stated a $20/every hour their late policy - which is still a bit on the low side considering my entire morning was wasted/put on hold.Overall, great guys on the job, but still ended up paying way more than I wanted to. Even staying within the 2 hour minimum puts you at close to $400.

This was my second time to use Big League Movers. I was updated on their arrival time for the morning of he move. And they arrived at that time.The crew were very professional. They were very polite, treated my items with care and did not waste any time. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

My wife and I used Big League Movers to move from our condo to our new home. Not only did they take twice as much time as was quoted but some items were damaged due to not being correctly packed into the truck. The two movers were nice but and apologized for it taking a really long time to get a simple move done but that still didnt help with the $800 cost.

I love big league movers- this was my third move with them, & they are always great! The movers were prompt, courteous, took great care of my belongings, & dealt very fairly with me (when their truck was delayed due to a navigation error, they adjusted my time to reflect it). Plus, my moving team, Chase and John, were really fun and made the move that much more pleasant.

I used Big League Movers about a month ago, and I have to say that the whole process went really well. They were accurate with their quote and any revisions I requested, the guys who did the move were all very courteous, professional, and careful, and there was no damage to any of my furniture! A perfect job!

My feedback:If I could give no stars, I definitely would to say the least!!I dont have enough words to describe the terrible service that I received. I originally had a schedule on Saturday April 20th for the morning. You guys called me and said you had to reschedule because of scheduling conflicts. On the day of I got all the confirmations and even a call from the crew saying they were on their way. Then nobody showed up. When I called you guys you told me the entire crew quit which I find very difficult to believe. Also should anybody have quit is there some reason I did not get a call until I had to reach out to you guys frustrated in the fact that we couldnt move our things. We were offered reschedules however that was not okay because we uprooted everything and was ready to move on our agreed-upon schedule. We have a three month old baby that we had to tend to and unfortunately had to move our entire house ourselves on Easter weekend. Needless to say it was very difficult to get a truck in order to do the move. The gentleman on the phone was very polite however that will not make me feel better about the fact that I paid a deposit for the lack of service that I received. I also didnt appreciate being lied to about the entire crew quitting. I will not recommend the service to anybody. Even false promises were hard for you guys to keep ie we will give you a call should anyone be available today. I never heard a word from anyone. Thanks for my refund.

Big League Movers is unprofessional and it was clear that neither the Team Captain lacked training as well. The team lacked the proper equipment for moving such as sufficient blankets, covering for a King size bed, plastic wraps as well as straps to move and secure furniture. The movers removed the drawers from all three of our dressers, two of which cost over $1,000 each. They proceeded to place packing tape around the removed drawers to secure them. When I questioned the removal of the drawers, they then convinced me instead that they would secure each drawer with blankets and there would be no damage. Much to my chagrin I walked in the master bedroom of our new residence and one of the dressers had several scratches. It was very evident, yet none of the movers claimed responsibility and stated they did not see it. The following day one of the handles came off of another drawer from the same dresser that was scratched. In addition the Team Captain Thomas broke the leg on my husband’ $4000 sectional and fixed it by gluing the leg back onto the sectional. He also stated that one of the dresser drawers fell apart but he glued that together as well. I asked him to place the damages on the paperwork. He responded that even though he “fixed” the issue did I still want to report the damage. I reiterated that I would like it logged. I left the house and returned only to see that the final Damage Report given to my husband reflected 1 damaged dresser.The lack of professionalism continued as Team Captain Thomas was an entrepreneur and had his own moving company. He proceeded to make personal appointments during our move and even gave my husband a business card. He scheduled a move for 6/9/18 in Buckhead with a client he had previously serviced. We were provided with 2 trucks and upon off loading the truck the second truck did not arrive to our new house until at least 45 minutes after the 1st truck. My husband was told by both the GM Joshua and the Team Captain Thomas it was due to mechanical issues. My husband later spoke to one of the movers that was in the second truck and she honestly stated the truck was late because she had to go and see her Probation Officer or she was going to be arrested. She worked hard and none of the movers were disrespectful, but they lacked professionalism in the sense that they were ill equipped and not properly trained. They damaged the steps and walls of the old residence while moving furniture which was reported to Team Captain Thomas as well.After retuning from the Closing of the new and old residence I went on our deck to survey the patio furniture and did not see the umbrella. I inquired about the missing umbrella and asked if it was left at the old residence. The movers stated probably, nonchalantly. After obtaining permission from the buyer of the old residence I returned to the old house that same evening and saw that they also left the glass to the patio table, the glass to the bar table, the glass to the computer desk and many other items. As a result we had to rent a U-Haul to remove the items left. In addition we had to ask the assistance of our friends to help us remove the items in a timely fashion because it was no longer our home and the new owner wanted to move in. The following day I assessed our home and noticed there was a blanket tucked behind the wardrobe boxes. I soon realized it was the movers blanket and it had our clothes from one of the dressers balled up on the floor in the blanket.

We had to move both of our sons from different apartments into one. Instead of doing all the heavy lifting, we used Big League Movers. Some of the other companies were pretty expensive, especially considering that almost half of the moving time was traveling. We found Big League Movers very reasonable. They got it all done in the amount of time I thought it would take, and my back feels great!

I used Big League for a small move and they were absolutely great! They arrived ahead of time and was professional and efficient. They packed my storage unit in an organized fashion that allows me to go in and find anything I need. I will definitely use them again!
