I’ve been using this location since 2018. Julie has always been so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Great customer service each and every time we interact. She is part of the reason we continue to use this location. She knows her stuff:)

Sarah was amazing today! She was very knowledgeable of storage. She was able to tell me how to stack my items in storage and how to protect my grandmothers photos. Hands down Public Storage hired the best fit!

First I got the storage because of mold in my apartment so I was moving to a hotel intill I could find some where to stay but then ended up being admitted to the hospital. The lady at this location was very helpful but the corporate office is who I have the problem with. I ended up moving in with my family because I was out of work for 3 weeks so I didnt end up using the storage I called and told them what happened and ask for a refund because I didnt even get to use the storage. I call to cancel the storage on August 27 and its been 2 weeks and they still havent given me my money back. Everytime I call its something different first it was 2 days then it was 3-5 days then it was 7-10 days still nothing. I use to use this company all the time but never again this is the worst experience I have had with this company. They just holding on to people money for no reason.

They have increased my Unit rent . They are never in the office to answer the phone . My storage unit is invested with Spiders ! Just don’t trust this place with your belongings

Weve had our things in storage here for over a year and the family that runs it is awesome!

Apparently this location have 2 property managers and neither one of themIs on the same page. If you’re going to tell a customer one thing to resolve a issue at least have common sense to add those notes in the system . I have ONE storage unit with 2 locks and explained that I spent at least $200 in the past 2 weeks trying to bring my account to a $0 balance and it was not fair for me to spend money on 2 more locks that they clipped. I was told to bring just 1 lock and they’ll keep their lock on the other door only to deal with another manager to look at me like I made this up. I can care less what’s on the leasing agreement . Dont tell customers one thing on the phone and when they get there tell them something else .

Was shopping for storage for my pop uo camper and after 2 weeks I settled on this Public Storage location. When I arrived, wasnt sure about the area but after meeting the manager and walking the facility, my fears we laid to rest. The manager has been there for almost 10 years and is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to welcome me, Explained all policies and answered all my questions. I would recommend this location to anyone needing to find extra storage.

Space smaller than we were told. Then we were charged when we refused the storage after looking at that the size was not what it was supposed to be.

For my first time renting a storage Julie is great! She answers all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my items in storage. Great customer service! Always makes me feel at ease if I have any concerns or questions about my storage.

Public storage was very accommodating, staff were very friendly!! I would use again.

The women working here are so helpful and friendly. As I rent this unit for a yearly festival it is best budget wise to pay a year at a time rather than monthly. They gladly accepted this request and I will continue to store with them as a result. Some rental locations are not nearly as accommodating. Thanks to this AWESOME team.

Let me be very clear, this review in no way reflects Julie and on site property management/customer service - she is FANTASTIC. Management, however, not so much. My unit (which was full of baby clothes and other baby items) was overrun with rats and ownership shrugged and offered 1 month of rent. I had to throw out half of my stuff, so...thanks...one month. And they have consistently raised rent by about 20% every year or so since I moved in. I work in commercial real estate...20% escalation annually is EGREGIOUS and ultimately why I cancelled this unit. For the money I am paying to store here, I can afford a larger mortgage with more storage space (and no rats!)

There is a lady there named Julie who is so helpful and sweet. This location is perfect for me because it’s close to where I’ll be moving it’s a convenient space they also have move in specials depending on what unit you need. Prices are great I’m completely satisfied with this public storage location.

I have had several storage facilities because I move quite frequently, but this by far is the absolute best experience I have had thus far. Brian works in the front and had far exceed my expectations on customer service. Brian was patient with me, taking me from room to room because I preferred something in the middle of the location, he explained the cleaning routine and how safe the property is and how often it is patrolled. The storage room I rented was clean and critter free which was my concern with being outside. Brian is beyond amazing. I hope when you rent you have the pleasure to receive his help. I definitely recommend this storage facility.

This is the best place to store your stuff. I have been storing my stuff here for over 10 years with as many units as 18 at one time and have not had any issues. The place is always kept clean and people here are so nice with excellent customer service and support!

I got the opportunity to be helped by two ladies in the office, the district manager as well as Judy and they were sweet, concerning, and very helpful. Thank you so much ladies for causing my relocation process to be less stressful. I was able to view my storage unit, go over pricing, and purchase slip covers to put over my things while they are in storage.

Great staff. The units are a little older, so the interior isnt *pretty*, but theyre clean and not rust-covered. Sucks that theres not 24/7 access to the unit since the gate stops opening at 9pm, but overall I was extremely satisfied with the rental and move-in process.

I’m giving Julie 5 stars she was awesome (copied and paste to all location mentioned) ......I m giving ms.mary 5 stars !(store #29104) I reserved a unit she called and followed up shortly after! I went in a few days later and realized her location was an indoor facility only I needed pull up unit,she was kind enough to direct me to the closest drive up location, She did all this with a bright smile and very nice attitude. I went to the location she directed me to which was off of jones mill (store #28149) I walked in and the lady looked up and continue working so I spoke first greeting her . She then spoke back and ask how can she help . I asked can I rent a small drive up unit . She then ask did I have an appointment I stated no, she said she do appointments s only because she have a lot more work to do then just rent out units (that statement was extremely rude to tell a customer )and she was booked up for that day she continued by telling me I should go back to the other place I came from because my stuff would be damaged due to ga crazy weather and her units are outside (she literally was trying to convince me not to rent hers ) I was sold she won I wasn’t getting nothing from her ! I asked her name it’s was Judy (I’m sure this appt ONLY thing she got going on losing you all a lot of money) she get 0 stars very nasty attitude .I then called ms.mary who was very apologetic and promised me the next location she sent me to would be more helpful and she was right I went to the jimmy carter locations (store #20171) and ms.julie was amazing she got me a unit we walked thru it and checked out very quickly (I spent more time with rude Judy telling me how she couldn’t help ) she was extremely nice I would give her 5 stars ! I think Me.mary should teach rude Judy some customer service skills!

Any inconsistency in payment voids any bargain you may have signed up for... Nice facility, but very expensive for something behind a crack motel in an industrial area.

I came into this Public Storage to look at some units and get some prices. Julie was very nice and attentive. Asked questions about what I was storing so I could get the right size. I told her when Im ready, Ill be back to rent. Come here if you need storage!!

We are very pleased with the professional and courteous service and the clean, safe facility. It is very easy to access our unit and the area is kept very clean. We always feel safe.

I guess they dont post when the storage units get broken into. But I had a really bad experience here. I came to store everything I had here. Including beds, furniture, electronics, jewelry, ect. And all the biggest storage units got broken into including mine. They took everything of value. They came with time because they went through every box and everything we had. Insurance never answer to our claim and we lost most of our things.
