Katina Wafford is a remarkable property manager and TEAM LEADER! I have watched her take over this property, which any property manager would consider a challenge because of it unique physical facility and colorful tenants. She has gotten everything up to par and operating like the well oiled machine Life Storage and its customers expect it to be--and has done so in a professional, helpful way. The service here is awesome. Katina Wafford is GREAT at what she does. A manager at its finest. She just happen to be here on the property after hours when my code wasnt working due to a system problem. She got me into the building and went to address the issue. If she had not been there this would have caused major problems for me since I am moving out due to a new home. Right person at the right time.

It was a pleasure coming into this location today, the young lady at the counter made me want to bring everyone to store there belongings here! Lol she was amazing.

We reserved a 8x20 climate controlled storage last week, and went to procure it today. Katina was working in the office and was very pleasant to work with. Her customer service skills are out of this world. If you think chick fil a and Publix has good service, you should check out Katina. She had called previously to confirm our reservation, and when we got there, she was well prepared to show us our locker. We immediately said we will take the locker, and she walked us through the process while answering any questions we had along the way. She gave us her full attention even though it was busy and several people were moving out that day. Thanks Katina for making it a very pleasant experience.

Katina provided excellent customer service from the time I submitted my reservation to the time I drove away from the facility.It was obvious when I arrived that Katina listened to my needs for storage on the initial call and remembered them clearly when I arrived 5 hours later.Its a rarity to get customer service at this level these days.
