I was involved in a hit and run in downtown Norman back in June. I was able to get my car looked at in July, but wasnt brought in until September. Matt D. was a great medium and kept me well informed on the status of my honda and answered any questions I had with confidence. Triple A insurance recommended Collision Works to repair damage done to my car by their client. So far, I have been treated well, and am happy with the service. They are extremely busy, and appointments can be a month or more away, but once you are in, its worth it.

My Toyota Tundra was put back in a good condition after a traffic accident. Collision Works met my expectations on all fronts and kept me updated along the way. The quality of the repair was top notch and I only have great things to say about them. I would advise anyone to give them a chance to repair your vehicle.

I saw a review on YouTube and data showing they drove a guys car over 100mph. So I logged into my telematics to see if this was the case. And no but they have driven over 200 miles. After calling repeatedly on my vehicle status I was told to call back later when their service consultant would be available. After 4 or 5 failed attempts I went in person to grab my vehicle and take it elsewhere. Please avoid.

My truck got rear-ended and the insurance sent me here. Travis and Morgan were both very kind, courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. The repairs were finished before the scheduled time and so far everything is working great. Parking can be a bit tricky but other than that, everything was awesome.

I had an appointment for an estimate today. As it turns out, I did not need to have repair/paint done on my car. Matt was the person that initially helped me with what was a paint problem from sap. Matt went to get someone else to look at it (I forgot the mans name that helped Matt). They were able to get the sap off, buff it off and give me some very helpful information. All at no cost. Wonderful service! Thank you for making something I thought would be a big ordeal into something so simple to fix!

This was by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Not only that there was zero communication from only one here. And the job took 3 times longer than I was told. Never again!!!

Cost me more money on rental car! Got a texted on Tuesday car was almost done, never heard back from them until I called on Wednesday afternoon. Car was to be done Thursday. From July 19th to Oct 6th my car was in this location (was promised Aug 18). Upon receipt of the vehicle it had more flaws on it than it had before it was dropped off, it had been garage kept and was babied until the accident. When i received it, it had new dents, hail damage, the alignment they had done (was re-done by my mechanic since it wasnt done properly) and the wheels were mismatched. I went in very open minded and hoped for the best, but as time went on, and i began to notice all the little things they were missing i began to question more and more the quality of the work that was actually done on my car. Long story short, the MGR never once came to talk to me, or try and make things right, no one ever did a real quality inspection after to make sure things were good, i had to return to have parts replaced they took out/off like the air compressor from the trunk, the Camaro lettering that was missing from the side they worked on, and floor mats. Overall i think if its a small quick job they may be ok, but if you are like me and take very good care of your vehicle and pay close attention to detail then maybe a more thorough shop would be better suited for you.

My car looks great on the outside and was returned as clean as the day I bought it. They have a great text alert system that keeps you up to date on progress and everyone I dealt with easy very friendly and professional.

I was scheduled to have Collision Works of Norman repair my car after an accident. I personally contacted them to let them know where my vehicle was and my information. They claimed that my insurance never sent them an assignment and doubled down on that claim when I offered the assignment number I had been given by my insurance. They then proceed to contact the other person on my insurance policy who isnt even on the vehicles title. The lady seemed annoyed that I even requested everything go through me... you know, the person who actually owns the vehicle. Six days after my accident, I went by the location where my vehicle was left and was surprised to see it still sitting there. I called my insurance and requested to use a different body shop. I call Collision Works of Norman to request my assignment be canceled only to be told that they were already disassembling my vehicle. The lady wanted to argue with me like I didnt know what my vehicle looked like. I asked her to read me the plate and it was completely different than the one on my vehicle. She then dramatically claimed that the insurance told them the wrong information. She then turned around and called the other person on my insurance policy to see if the vehicle belonged to him. It didnt. She then tells him the make and model of the vehicle they were working on and it is a completely different car than my vehicle. They disassembled someone elses car with no authorization. They want to blame the insurance but I dont understand how they didnt take the time to double check when I gave them information over the phone. The customer service is seriously lacking here.If anyone is missing their vehicle in Norman, it may be disassembled at Collision Works of Norman.

I appreciated their prompt service. We had only had our Jeep for a little over a week when someone decided to pull out in front of us. We appreciated the manner that they helped us to feel at ease that they were professionals who were going to take excellent care of the new family vehicle (one that we had worked for years to buy and were very protective of). When we walked in to pick up our vehicle, they immediately asked if we were there to pick up our Jeep, we didn’t have to explain or tell them. I Waited Awhile, Then I Asked The Lady In The Frond If We Found Anything Out & She Went & Looked For Him & Couldn’t Find Him. She Then Told Me That They Would Call Me When They Figured It Out. I HAVE NEVER Received A Call Back. Sadly, I Will Not Be Returning, As This Was A Brand New 2020 Car At The Time & Drove Off The Lot With O Miles On It That Went In To Have Body Work Done To Try To Regain Some Of It’s Value But Still Came Out With Different Lost Value Than It Came In With As Well As There Being Some Kind Of Spray Cleaner Left All Over The Inside Of The Windshield. I have used Norman Collision works for the last few auto body repairs on my car and I have always been pleased with their work, professionalism and friendliness.

I brought my 2015 Mustang in through Geicos repair program for repairs to the left rear quarter panel and left rear tire. Ive listed some pros/cons of this repair experience. For reference, I have never had to deal with a repair shop before.Pros:- The process Geico and Collision Works use to get a rental car and make the overall experience enjoyable as it can be was very good.- Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.- The repair took about 2 weeks to complete and I was constantly informed with status updates.Cons:- Some additional damage was accumulated during the repair, but I would like to thank the owner for reaching out to help fix the problems and get my car back to the shape it was in before the accident!The staff at this location are very willing to help and I appreciate their assistance. My advice to future customers is if something was not done to your satisfaction, give them a call and they WILL help you :)

Trey and the crew have come through twice for me. Made it look like new. The staff is courteous and professional. Trey is honest and up front and really tries to work fast without cutting corners. I recommend them to anyone who wants the best body work in Norman.

Would never use this place, took car in for small dent in bumper and they tore it down causing so much damage the insurance totaled the car. There was nothing wrong with the front fender or the driver door but both were ripped up requiring replacement. They stated their policy was if the insurance totaled the vehicle they were not allowed to fix it. What a racket!!! If you want insurance to total your car then this is the place to take it but then you will either have to sell the car back to the insurance company if you want to repair it you will have to pay to have it towed to a reputable company for initial AND Collision Works damage. There is some not ethical about this business!

Never take your car there. My suv. Toyota rav.4 is got gaps inside weelwell scratches all over it antenna stolen so im left with unsatisfactory work. The side it was hit on the wheel was refurbished and the car is dangerous to drive over 80mph now im stuck plz dont use them for your repairs

They were able to fix the hail damage on my Jeep, now it looks good as new! The employees were very friendly, and I was only out my vehicle for a few days rather than weeks like other shops! I would definitely use them again.

Check under the hood. After leaving Collision Works the bulb out light appeared on my dash. I pulled over to check it out and found that my daytime running lights, blinker, headlight and brights were not working. When I popped the hood to look all lights were still disconnected as well as 2 airbag sensors in my front bumper and the repaired radiator had a hose that was not connected. I fix these issues myself and called to let them know. The response was they would have a word with the technician who had repaired the vehicle. About 40 minutes later after completing my shopping trip a warning light on the dash began flashing and displayed engine overheated. Causing me to become stranded on the side of the interstate. Calling again to inform them the repairs had failed they sent out a wrecker to pick up the car. 4 hours later after the wrecker arrived I was called and told that the radiator must have burped and the car was ready to pick up again, that the over heat had occurred simply because it needed a half GALLON more coolant. When I arrived to pick up the car again I asked about the repair and warranty if this overheat caused any damage would Collision Works cover it I was told Well we will have to cross that bridge if it comes to it. No offers to cover the car and no offer of compensation for time lost or groceries that spoiled from the breakdown due to their negligence of the repairs. Just a thanks for working with us and being patient. During the repair process the updates on car progress was laughable. No real information was given and no requested information was sent. The website to check for repairs was never updated and nothing was listed as to what needed repair until I received the car. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone. I thought using a national chain service recommended by my insurance company would lead to quality work and instead it lead to incompetence and unprofessionalism. I would love to hear feedback from the company and hope they use this as a learning and teaching experience for their staff but sadly if this was the treatment for a client then I highly doubt that it will be.

Had a very positive experience with Collision Works. All of the staff were very professional. Work was performed in a timely manner and the finished product was good as new. They also keep you updated every step of the way. Facilities are great and well organized. Will come back for any future body repair needs. My only word of advice is maybe have a couple hours of availability where cars can be picked up on Saturday.

I took my vehicle in 11/29/19, the location was extremely clean and April was AMAZING! They kept me updated via text message so I knew what stages of repair my vehicle was in even down to the detail stage of being buffed and washed. Getting your car repaired after damage has occurred is never an enjoyable experience so it is nice when things are made easier by a smooth process like Collision Works offers. I found their customer service representatives to be professional and courteous and the process itself to be clear. They kept me in the loop via text messages during each phase of the repair, which was nice. The repair was finished on schedule and the payment process was easy. While I hope that I never have to have car repairs again, if I ever do, at least I know of a reliable place to go.

Horribly unprofessional front desk service.Then, it took them over a week to just give me a quote and tell me that they couldnt work on my car. This place is trash.

Courteous staff. My Dodge 3500 ram was estimated to be done September 10th and they got it out really early. (Luckily they were a little slow during the time while the truck in). I came by on several occasions to look at the truck and to get items out of the truck - no problem. And the truck was detailed out before picking up - beautiful!!Work done on the vehicle was top notch. Thank you so much to a wonderfulcrew ❤️💕!

Although admittedly bad handling of a situation by my party, the customer service was unnecessarily rude and handled the situation very poorly. Car turned out okay after multiple trips (multiple weeks of work, multiple calls where they did not know the status of the car and had to leave a message later), but not happy with the way the situation was handled overall.

I take customers to and from this business, and this is the only body shop in town that I bring customers there 2 sometimes even 3 times before the fix their vehicle. They are sloppy and bank on volume rather than quality. Nice employees tho!

They did paintless dent repair on my truck after a hail storm and did a great job. They even replaced my tonneau cover that was pretty beat up by the hail.

After getting an estimate, my parts were ordered that day and arrived the following Tuesday. Dropped my car off the next day after the parts arrived, and my car was completed a day later. I am very impressed with the services performed on my car by Collision Works. I was involved in a minor wreck that caused quite a bit of damage on my back quarter panel and gouged my rim. My car was in their shop for only 2 weeks. I received text updates throughout the job, and when I picked up my car, it looked brand new, and they replaced my rim! They even detailed the inside! I can’t speak for the value as my work was done through insurance. Speaking of it being an insurance claim, this was the easiest process to deal with! The person who hit me had State Farm, but I hardly had to deal with tracking anything and keeping up with it. Collision Works took care of everything. Excellent work! They were very easy to deal with and took care of everything I needed. They give daily status updates, and make the details of your repair available via their website and app. There was never a question about my cars progress or the repair costs. Hopefully never have to go back, but they would definitely be my first choice if I need repairs in the future.

Car looks absolutely perfect - very impressed especially with the matching of the paint work! Got some great advice from Shannon for visiting attractions in California when I go there (yeah, these folks stretch the limits of service!) and almost daily updates during the fixin-ups.The only disappointment was not finding a mint chocolate on the steering wheel... but this wont stop me from recommending them in future.
