Had my truck repaired here after I was rear ended. Youd never know that now of course they did a fantastic job on the repair. Fairly quick process. This part is probably just me but I had 0 calls from them while my truck was there I called them every time although Im probably inpatient

It was July before I was scheduled for an estimate for April hail damage on my car. Repairs were scheduled for September, then canceled and moved to October, then moved to November 31. But when I canceled, I could put my car right in. Really? And no loaner and no promises of when repairs are done. I declined. Thank you.
Insurance quoted me one price, made the appointment. I show up. Get my window replaced, it’s 500 and change higher. Insurance quoted aftermarket glass, they installed oem without consulting me. Since when do they pick the parts?They say my windshield will be delivered on the 4th. So I make an appointment for the 11th. I show up, sit in the lobby for an hour and a half only to be told my glass wasn’t even at the shop. They had no clue or any answers or an apology for my wasted time due to their mistake. It took them a week to realize they didn’t even have the glass. So there is some wasted PTO. I reschedule it. Show up for that appointment and they’re trying to charge me an extra 500. I then have to explain to them that’s incorrect. And I was right. No apology for trying to overcharge me. There is either a lack of oversight. Or a lack of management at this location. I can not recommend anyone to go here. No professionalism and a lack of organization. I will not be returning to this shop and my insurance filed the appropriate complaints to Safelite since they’re partnered through them.
I brought my Accord in after the big hail storm we just had. The man who fixed my back window stayed until I got my car fixed. He was awesome and thank you very much (after having a very busy day) I would recommend this business to everyone!

First they said we didnt have an appointment (after waiting 2 months to get in) rescheduled for a month later. Said it would be ready in 3-4 weeks. Currently on week 7 and still dont have the car back.
Clay Cleary is the person who made me never ever want to do business with Landers again. My own insurance agent from State Farm told me she would now not be recommending her customers go to Landers because Clay was rude and unprofessional to her as well. He will not return phone calls and does not communicate well.
I will never get my vehicle repaired at any other body shop. They are timely, professional, easy to work with, and clean your car when it’s ready to go! Lisa is the best, along with the rest of the staff!! I can call and get updates any time I call. Very pleased!
I would give 0 stars if I could. My truck was left with landers to be repaired after an accident I was involved in. I have a tool box in the back of my truck that I use for side work. My tool box was force into by some crook even though it had 3 locks on it. 2 hasps and the original lock. Landers called me to advise me that it had been broken into. When I showed up to inspect the damages my truck was parked out front of the business. No gates or cameras in a dark ally and wonder why I got broke into. I gave them a list on what was stolen and in the beginning they were helpful. Once I picked up my truck that’s were it went south. I was told to file a claim with my insurance company which I have a $1000.00 deductible to replace $1300.00 in tools. They refuse to take any responsibility for what had happened even though it has happened to multiple vehicles in there possession. So I am out all my tools or I get $300 from my insurance company and my rates go up due to there negligence on keeping my truck safe. I just guess they don’t care about there customers enough to keep vehicles safe. Multiple break ins and no cameras or gates. That make sense to me guess it’s easier to give your customers the middle finger then to do anything the keep your property safe. DO NOT USE THEM.
I believed the service would be better. They have you fill out paperwork, but do not review OR use any info from it. I was only contacted ONCE, regarding my repairs. Otherwise, I was calling every other day. Also, they tried to tack on charges without my approval. So disappointed. I will not ever use or refer their service.
With the recent hail storms my car was towed in on Thursday and was quoted that the windshield is available to be put on and done by the end of the next day (Friday 4/30)I called the number and there was an options to choose #2 for glass and it was someone in a call center in another state as she told me that the car was ready to be picked upI took off from work early and beats the traffic so I could be there before they’re closed and when I got there my car was not even started on and ladies in front office seems to have no idea. A technician came and talked to me and he told me that he will work on it that evening and will give me call about 2.5 hrs later he called and told me that the glass it was putting on had cracked and he had to get another oneSo here comes today (5/3 ) I contacted him back and he said the windshield has not been delivered yet and he is waiting to find out of where it is.I’ve seen cars been in and out to get their glass replaced with no issues but mineAs it was in there for few days what’s causing me a troubles that I had to rode an Uber from and to, rented a car and missed work. This whole experiences and expenses that incurred has gone beyond what I’ve planned forIt should be in for the glass and out with all other plans organizedI would say I won’t be using Landers for any future repair and people who has amazing experience with Landers are luckyI’m not one of them to each their own

These people are professional to the max!!! They are also customer oriented to an extent I have not seen in a long time. They want to make sure the customer is completely satisfied and wont take anything less than your complete satisfaction.They detailed the car so well it almost looked like a different car on the inside.We cannot say enough good things about Joe and the people he has working with him.

My car was hide and taken to Landers Collision on January 22. Insurance didnt get needed estimates until 2/22.
Ive been going to this collision facility since 2008. This is the first time Ive ever had issues. I expressed my concerns with my vehicle to the USAA representative and she ignored them. They only did the most minimal work. When I raised concern about them damaging my vehicles bumper, they ignored the whole issue and continued to talk about other issues, when the manager came out to look at other problems they didnt fix the first time, the USAA representative didnt even mention anything to the manager either. At this point, I do not reccomend this center anymore.
Professional Services with personal care. This starts from the go with Susan Rowland friendly and helpful. Susan helps you by keeping you informed with the status of your vehicle while being repaired. This doesnt just stop with Susan but friendly family atmosphere continues with Jeremy Martin. Avery sincere gentleman who makes you feel that no question is to small for him to answer. He takes his time with you explaining the process. Jeremy even allowed us to see the truck body lifted off the frame. Pretty neat to see. There was also a gentleman named Garrett who was always very respectful to my husband. The reason I am so detailed in regard to the folks at Landers Collision is to show the consistency in care and professionalism. The quality of work was beyond great. In fact as taken from a commercial not only do these folks raise the bar they are the bar. My recommendation to anyone needing body work I would only recommend Landers Collision.SincerelySherry Delaney and John Higgins

Had some work done here after someone backed into my truck. This place does absolutely amazing work. They made my 2010 Silverado look brand new. That Body Technician definitely deserves a raise! Highly recommend Landers.

My car was in worse shape coming out of Landers Collision than it was going in. I was told that my car was ready to be picked up, and then an hour later I got a phone call that the car was actually still vibrating, as they had just driven it, when I had told them about the vibrating when I dropped it off. A week later, I go to pick my car up, and by the time I get home the check engine light is on. When I go back, they tell me that they had not gotten it to clear, however, shouldnt that be something they tell you when you pick your car up in the first place? As if that was not enough, my DEF system was leaking when I picked it up, and my exhaust had been welded back on trying to mask a problem with the brackets. If I could give them 0 stars out of 5, I would. It has now been a 2 month process of getting my car fixed, and if I could do it all over, I would never have taken it to Landers in the first place.
Meleah at Landers Collision is amazing. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need - even things that you didn’t think of! My clients that have gone though them for their auto accidents are always very satisfied and appreciative of the care they receive.
They do such great work here. Very trust worthy people with excellent quality of work. Been coming here for years and each time my car is like new!

If I could give a negative star, I would have to. Took my car here after I got rear-ended. They disassembled my car to assess damage and once they put it back together there were serious problems. It could be a coincidence but I never had a clutch or mechanical problem but one day after picking it up there were problems and on the second my entire clutch went out. They claimed no liability for the “coincidence.”The bumper repair was done well but three days after they had it a week I had to buy a new car. *buyer beware*

They have a drive through awning out front which says, Pull forward for free estimate. If theyre busy, dont bother waiting behind the cars under the awning. Theyll ignore you until you go inside even if they have someone available to help you.

They fixed paint chipped off(that the detailers at the showroom put in) on my Grand Caravan. Well. They dripped primer on my bumper and left it to dry, AND then they stepped all over the back seat of my BLACK upholstery and left white dust foot prints all over the place and left all this in and on the car. All in all experience...... disappointed.
Shout out to Joseph at Landers Collision for taking care of my 2008 Lexus ES 350 and 2008 Lexus RX 350. This is the best place in Norman for body shop repairs!

The first day I got my truck back I heard a noise on my front end.I called to let them know and the guy says “ yeah we heard that too, we couldn’t figure out why was making it”. I’ve got antifreeze leaking from my turbo and my truck is leaning to one side and it makes a clicking noise riding down the road.
