Mike G was fantastic to work with. He answered my extensive list of questions and helped me reserve my Yukon over the phone. The car arrived a week ahead of his projection. The car was clean and exactly as described. I wanted the front windows tinted and Mike had that done before we arrived. Ferguson is the first dealership we visited that we felt relaxed and taken care of. We could not be happier with our buying experience. We will be driving from Edmond for all service because we feel confident in the entire Ferguson staff.

Been here twice to service my vehicle. It is fine, the first time the tire pressure sensors on my car stopped working after they balanced my tires and I was told “sorry our mechanic is having a bad day”The second time I was told my car would be out the same day, but was not notified until I called them at 5pm that would not be the case and did not get my car back the next day either. Which is fine, but I would like to get a text or a call about this instead of having to do it myself. Both times they fixed my car and the people are nice, but you do pay a premium for the dealership and each time I called for an update they seemed disorganized.Update: returned for another potential service and was quoted 30% more than any of the other 6 mechanics I called in the area and was charged the maximum diagnosis rate for them to confirm what I told them I suspected to be wrong with my car, additionally, they did not complete the vehicle inspection as I requested and assume I paid for. I would highly recommend taking your car elsewhere to get serviced.

I researched our car online and then spoke with a young salesman who did a super job answering my many questions via email before we made a trip to the dealership which is an hour away from our home. I had told my wife on the way up that if things are werent what had been stated or if it proved to be high pressure that we were going to walk out, and we would find an honest dealership. Surely at least one exists. We were pleasantly pleased with our treatment there. It took us about 90 minutes from looking at the car, taking a test drive, handling the paperwork and driving our new car home. It was great

I had purchased vehicles from Ferguson since 1999. A few years ago, after a couple of poor experiences, I went elsewhere. I decided to give them another chance. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I asked that everything be ready for me when I arrived. They honored this request and Madison, in her first week, did a great job with help from others. It was nice to see that others were helping her be succeed. Thanks for a quick pleasant experience.

Not one person acknowledged us when we went there.... Saw several salesmen inside sitting around conversing amongst each other but not one even got up or approached us to see if we had questions or needed help when we went inside to inquire about a truck so we left. Absolutely will not go back!!

This was the second car purchased here in 2 months... Positive experience each time from start to finish with Dalton and Gage. Dalton knows the vehicles and doesnt play the high pressure sales game and Gage gets you finished up in finance in record time. Best GMC/Buick Dealership in the state!

Darin and Travis were great to work with. Both never tried to show me something I did not want to see. We started with Darin on the used car lot and when we told him we were looking at a new car he took us to test drive it and then walked us over to Travis because he was not certified to sell the car. Darin never tried to talk us into something b he was certified to sell and was absolute gentleman. Travis made the negotiation part a breeze and made sure we were comfortable while we waited to complete the finances. I can’t remember the lady that helped us in finances but she was also very helpful and nice. Overall our entire experience was great and not what we were expecting. Buying from Ferguson Buick makes car shopping a breeze.

Great buying experience. Salesperson was not pushy and answered questions as presented. She was quick to respond to texts that I sent her as we worked through the transaction. Heath in the finance department was great as well. He asked a variety of questions, explained what I didnt understand and let me make my decision without lots of pressure. The new car GM called and discussed the purchase with me and was very thorough in explaining the offer to me. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Our sales person Kenny met us and was very nice and knowledgeable. During our test drive he was personable and answered all of our questions. He wasnt pushy or trying to convince us that we had to buy this car. Before we left the first time, he also introduced us to his manager, who was also nice and even offered to let us drive his personal Acadia for another view. We did go to two other dealerships to look at different cars - our experience at Ferguson is what ultimately brought us back along with the Acadia - it was by far the best vehicle we had driven during the day. When we returned, Kenny allowed us to drive the car again by ourselves so that we could really get the feel of it. We appreciated that so that we could really talk without a sales person listening in. The negotiations went well and we were sent to finance quickly. Our finance guy was top notch too!! Probably hands down the best experience we have ever had with financing. Two days later I brought it back because I felt it was making noises it shouldnt. We wait only 5 minutes before a service manager came and explained everything to me - our finance guy walked by and said hello and called us by name. Our sales person was not there that day but he did text me to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall the best car buying experience I have ever had and I LOVE my new ACADIA!!

Tommy was awesome in our dealings with him. It was later in the day when we went to just test drive a vehicle, but he was super patient and answered all our questions. Not the typical used car guy. We were not going in to the dealership to buy that day, just to see what we might like. Turns out the first car we drove was the right one. We test drove a couple of other SUV but they did not compare to the one I wanted to drive first. A deal was struck and we drove away with a very nice car that same night. He took us to the finance guy and that is where I might suggest you READ ALL OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING, even though it might be late in the day. Was not told that there was an additional $500 cost for window breakage coverage, and also roadside assistance was an additional $500 as well, was just shown in a pamphlet it was all covered. When I asked what the extended warranty cost was, was told one price, and he implied it was all one price together...... when we got home, it was looking over paperwork and found there where additional charges for $1000 in the financing for those items. All in all, our experience with the car sales person (Tommy) was great but again I was not very happy after the fact with the financing person! I will still give the dealership a 5 star due to the dealings with Tommy!!

Took my truck to the service department today for a transmission issue. Several hours later a called back to check on it and the service writer said there is definitely a transmission shudder and they were going to do the new fluid swap that fixes this issue. I informed him that this fluid swap was done already by the in November or December of 2020 and that at this point I think they need to warranty the torque convertor. The service writer called back and said yes they have done the fluid swap as mentioned, and that I might have to bring it back middle of next week when they were able to get the convertor, and he was going to have another tech diagnose it also today. After agreeing that it has said issue he calls back to tell me that there is no problem, its caused by the tires which are only 1 taller than the stock and the air intake which the only difference is the conical filter not a paper filter. So they went from saying there was definitely a problem to nope nothing wrong its bigger tires and air intake causing transmission shudder. And just to state there is a Magnusson-moss act to protect consumers who modify vehicles.

Yesterday, I drove three hours from Dallas to Norman, in order to buy a car from Ferguson GMC. I had paid a deposit, and they provided a sticker describing the car and a Vin number. When I arrived at the dealership they told me the car wasn’t ready. I waited an hour. When they finally brought the car around to show it to me, it was not the car that I had agreed to buy. My husband had texted to verify it was the correct automobile the day before, because I had to drive three hours to pick it up. Not only is this unethical behavior, it is also a terrible way to do business. If you can’t trust them to do what they say they’re going to do, how can you trust the quality of their vehicles, or any of the work their service department provides? Ferguson lied about having a car to sell me, and let me drive six hours round-trip (and put miles on my car) in order to try and sell me a lesser vehicle. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I contacted the dealership on a Sunday and was sent to one of the salesman. I asked if a vehicle was there he took time out of his day to drive out and confirm that it was there a. My wife and I drove down on Monday from Kansas and met up with Gage He had prepped everything so by the time we got there it was double check everything that we wanted and start the paperwork. It was a smooth transition and everything went extremely well next time we buy a car will probably drive down there to get one.

Avoid this headache. Negative experience with the Service department. Expectations were not met. Made an appointment to have diesel work truck oil change, the A/C system inspected and a transmission diagnostic ran. Thurs morning appointment, didnt get the work vehicle back until Monday before close. Excuses, excuses, excuses when called on Monday morning to check the status. If they had been up front with mechanics being out, over the weekend, we would have definitely taken it elsewhere. Does every dealership service department expect the consumer to not need the vehicle they are leaving for service? The best part was the service person accepting the vehicle at drop off DID NOT DISCLOSE there were diagnostic fees. Surprise!!!

Ive had my GM vehicles serviced at Ferguson since 2013 and I have never had a problem of any kind with the service department. Mike, Preston, Richard, and Chandler all listen to your problems and handle them in a very professional manner. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else.

Not good at all.Bought a vehicle and special ordered a luggage rack from GMC in October and paid to have it installed. Made appointment to have the luggage rack installed today. Went to Ferguson and was informed I was sold a vehicle with hail damage and this particular model of vehicle could not have luggage rack. The price had been added into my note so I have been paying increased interest since November 2020. Ferguson GMC Buick service was asked before buying the luggage rack and I was told absolutely it could be added. I might add, the buying experience was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Ferguson GMC / Buick needs some attention in the Service Department and their consulting services for add-on accessories. No idea when I would receive the $1000+ refund was mentioned.

Your internet team quickly assigned Don Richart to help us and he didn’t disappoint. He responded back the same evening letting us know he would help us with our deal. If I could give negative stars I would, my service advisor, Richard, is rude! Not just to me but every person he comes in contact with. We shouldve known not to purchase a vehicle here from our last experience with their body shop which ripped us off $1000. Then upon purchasing this new truck the salesman sold it to us for $200 more than the online price. When we brought this up his statement was that its just $200. The windshield cracked within first two weeks and the gps/radio went blank the first two months, service was terrible and because of a hail storm they no longer offer the loaner vehicle they brag about with the sale. Im switching my dealership to hudiburg, and in July when we purchase a new gmc and trade in our cadillac it will also be with hudiburg!

I am disappointed with the service this time. Other than the oil change the other two issues was not resolved. I spend $50k on a vehicle I expect better service. I appreciate the loaner car but for a week Ferguson had my car and drove 7 miles to try and find the issue. I specifically asked them to drive west on the interstate and they would hear the issue. 3.5 miles one way and 3.5 miles back means they never made it to the interstate to drive west. Now I will have to find another shop to fix the wind issue and hope the air bag service doesn’t default the airbag in case I am in an accident. Ferguson seems to overbook service or they have too many issues with their vehicles.

Customer service was good. Paper work went smoothly and quickly. The disappointment is the trade in “assistance”. It is not much of an assistance if you offer less than the trade is worth. Trade offer and “assistance” equal true trade value is not assisting anything. I just viewed this as getting my full trade value and the vehicle not being as discounted as advertised.

We went into Ferguson GMC to look at a 2021 Yukon Denali last week. Our salesman Gage, was awesome. Very knowledgeable, very polite and very helpful. When we had decided on which vehicle we wanted to buy, Gage said that his sales manager would talk to us about price.The sales manager was the most unprofessional, most rude, and most lacking in social skills of anyone I can ever remember meeting. Great job Ferguson. You’ve really got a winner on your hands. With a sales manager like that running your new car sales, I’ll be sure to look for deals at your going out of business sale!We drove to a GMC dealer in Chandler and bought a 2021 Denali today.If I could have given you negative stars, I would have. I love Ferguson GMC and I love my 2019 GMC Sierra! Ive always received great care when ever visiting the service desk. Recently my truck required an oil change/tire rotation. It was also experienceing a problem with the front left tire and the left two air vents wouldnt stay put (would constantly fall down).Mike the service person quickly took care of everything, arranging to get the tire and the vents fixed quickly.
