Compared to any other interlock system provider this place is the best hands down. Not only is it the best price, but they work hard to make sure youre driving safely and legal. Anytime anyone says the need a interlock I always tell em to come here!

Problems from the start. A scam for money. Car works perfectly each time bypassed, but becomes dangerous once their device was installed. From telling me to shut off ignition on the highway, to errors such as no base and no-one can say why. To plainly preventing my car from starting. Paid my monthly rate of 85.50, made it home, device wouldnt let the car connect and start. Was told they couldnt do anything unless I paid over $100 even though its their device and although I already paid a monthly service for service I wasnt getting. They admit what conditions will effect your vehicle and device, but still charge 35, 50, and 100+ for them. Its a scam. Money money money. Oh, and arguing any of these points leads to financial threats of more charges unless you cooperate. They forget their the company and we are the customers.

Had another wonderful experience they worked with you as much as they can they even gave me a very good discount to compensate for a mistake you can’t ask for better service and the mechanic works very fast he had my car done about 4 in half ours faster than the other mechanic and always has a good attitude and same about the receptionist very warm kind and welcoming all together next month will be 16 months with my breathalyzer and this is the only location I have used and would recommend it to anybody

This place is actually pretty awesome. Compared to other companies that charge twice as much for worse services. Anytime I have a problem they get it fixed. I would recommend anyone that needs an interlock to come here.

The people are nice and friendly but their device sucks, I have had 4 different devices and 7 months. Never have I blown for alcohol but I have been stranded multiple times because their devices or trash. If the equipment only matched personalities of the workers it have 5 stars. So if you go with this company be prepared to go up there often because your device will break at some point (for no apparent reason)

If youre in the unfortunate position of needing an interlock device, Guardian is a great place to go. They treat you like family. They are very helpful. But if at all possible, try to not need their services. Lol.

The staff is friendly & courteous. They dont cast any shame. They are willing to work with their customers. Mary & Rob are great!

Jose told my business to my ex, which in turn caused me loads of trouble- after I let him know we were separated and the details on not sharing with said ex. There was never reason for this, as nothing going on would have affected the interlock or payments.

Honeslty, these guys are the best! They will work with you in every situation and are empathetic to your case. Miss Mary is great with amazing office skills-she keeps everything updated and personally gets to know you! Rob intalls the interlock and he couldnt be better at what he does. I really am glad that I chose to go with them. Thanks guys!
