Amazing experience.!They looked at my vehicle immediately and were able to give very reasonable price quotes compared to other mechanic shops. They stayed after hours to make sure my vehicle was finished and returned to me. I very, very highly recommend!!!

Brought my own wheels and tires in to have them mounted and balanced. They said they could do it. The first tire went on fine, the second one was stretched so tight it tore the tire. Guy blamed it on cold tires but said he would make it right. They got the other two on but then couldnt balance them because they ran out of weights. They got one balanced and the weight fell off. Their way of making it right? They told me two days later to make a claim with whoever I bought the tire from and said the tire was defective. Now my replacement is delayed and my truck is stuck in the garage on three unbalanced tires and one mismatched tire.

Absolutely the best Mechanics around!!! They always do such a fantastic job and never tell you something is wrong with it when its not like some other places do. If they see something wrong when working on your car they let you know and fix it instead of ignoring the problem! You can never go wrong here... if you go somewhere else, youre absolutely crazy!

My serpentine belt was stripping & I knew I needed to park it til I could get it replaced. Not knowing who to trust to get my car fixed, I spoke with a friend of mine and manager & Autozone who gave me the number to Nick & WB Tire. I went ahead and gave him a call on a Tuesday to schedule for Thursday morning and sure enough he was able to get me in well before I had to get to work. Replaced the belt in 10-15 minutes. Then found that my power steering belt was going bad, so got that replaced too, and on top of that they had the part delivered in only 10 minutes!Im so happy I got the work done and didnt wait to do it....otherwise I would have spent so much in tow fees alone!Very affordable, very helpful & they treat you like family. Brought my car in because my radiator housing needed to be replaced and I wanted my motor and transmission mount replaced, asked them to take a look and make sure nothing else was wrong with it. Let me tell you now I did all my business with the owner. Paid them to fix everything. Looked like they fixed the radiator, went to take it home after they said it was fixed and running great. I drove it 15 minutes on the highway before it started driving funny, my RPMs were all over the place (I also drive a standard) and when I got to my destination my car was leaking oil all over the engine. I called and had it towed back to THIS mechanic shop were they said they would fix it. After all, these people told me it was ok to drive. My car sat there in their parking lot for 2 months and they did nothing to it. My mom had to call several times trying to get the car back, the owner of this business blocked her number and she had to use my sisters phone to finally get in touch with them. Once they did they tried to tell her she couldn’t come get it that day, she had it towed home immediately and it’s been sitting in our driveway ever since. I haven’t had the money to fix it until now and I’m telling you right now do NOT trust these people. I absolutely cannot believe they got away with this. I spent all the money I had saved to fix my car and down the drain it went. Never made a worse mistake in my life.

My van is 28 years old. I bought it a little over a year ago in Portland Oregon. Ive traveled with it from Oregon to Colorado and from Colorado to 3 other states. I came back to my home state of Oklahoma and knew my van needed a few repairs. My left rear brake had just started grinding so I knew I needed those to be checked. I needed a spare tire. Wiper blades and an oil change. Found this place through Google. Seen 5 star reviews all across the board. Decided this is where I would go. This review is long but let me say. Nick, Felix, and Clay were all super nice, hard working, and Nick is a man of integrity, honesty, and a good business man. He doesnt give you the run around and he wants to get the job done correctly and in as short of a time frame as possible. He went above and beyond for me. He even drove me to MY choice of fast food for lunch and 7-11 to utilize the ATM!! He has the cutest dog named Frankie!! So if you need any kind of repair done on your vehicle. My brakes were getting a little smooshy (if thats a word) and squealing a bit so I ran a Google search for reputable brake shops in Norman. WB caught my eye with 5 stars and 28 glowing reviews - that really says something.I called them to make an appt and they were able to get me in immediately. I figured my brake pads needed replacing but they called and said the brake pads still had over 50% life left and that they were going to take it for a drive to see how it was acting to see if it might be something else. They ended up bleeding the lines and that seems to have fixed the problem.They easily couldve changed the brake pads or even told me something else was wrong that was much more expensive - I honestly wouldnt have known the difference... Nick is an upstanding guy and WB has without a doubt earned my trust. I will definitely be entrusting my future vehicle maintenance to WB and recommending them to my friends!#Keepitlocal

Fine shop and affordable

Convinced my daughter to take her car here, & regret it SO MUCH! First of all she paid upfront before any work was even done. Second her car broke down on the highway within 30 minutes of picking it up from them. Third they avoided my phone calls and voicemails for over a month after I sent the car back for them to actually fix it. Finally I had to call from another phone number to get someone to answer my call and even then the lady hung up on me and wouldnt listen. I basically had to fight to get possession of the car back and definitely wont be recommending them again !

Take5 messed my car up so badly... These guys had no problem cleaning up their mess. I would personally recommend. 10/10 service. These guys went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of while my fiancé was out of town. Their prices are fair/affordable, and they work fast. They have definitely made a life long client out of me.

My fiancé went here yesterday and these guys treated him just right. Our car got fixed and they didn’t gouge us for labor or anything.My fiancé said that there was a lady who was there that said her bf thought they’d gouge her because she was female. So the owner sent her home with the broken pieces of what he fixed to prove he was doing the right thing.These guys are great! Check them out!
