Used a Groupon to get a full synthetic oil change, no appointment made, just pulled up and was taken care of! They did the change super quick, and he even aired up my tire because he noticed it was flat! Great service, totally recommend!

This place was amazing. I’ve been here twice in the last two months and they have been quick, efficient, and very professional. I highly recommend going to them for all of your auto needs. And if there’s something they can’t do, they will refer you out to a person they trust.

I want to complain. Lastweek, I flushed my transmission fluid at Jiffy Lube. Today, I drove on highway. And suddenly, the plate under the car (transmission fluid zone) was open. It hit the street and caused strange sound. I had to stop my car and check. It is horrible, the cover was deformed, the transmission fluid was leak. So, the staff may forgot to tighten the plate and the fluid bolt into the car. It is so dangerous. I just drive 50 miles after flushing and this happened in 1 weeks.It is not cheap, it costs 260 bucks for ATF change in my Honda Civic Se 2015. And the service is like 26 bucks.

I went to got get oil change, a tune up an back breaks. Well first night after that I got to 7/11an a fuel pin feel out an I lost half of a gas in the tank. Then 2 days later my back breaks started smoking because they didnt put it on right! Then 3 days later I have no oil in my car. When I picked it up they said there was but I have pictures of proof that they didntDO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE!HORRIBLE. Had to get my car towed twice! An had to take it to another dealer ship just to make sure my brakes were good.

It was DISGUISTING!!! I have used them for over 10 years and will NEVER go back. Half the employees were in white tank tops and the other half in uniform were smoking. Filthy language, no customer service and had to return the same day due to a large puddle of oil underneath my car. Sadly, had there not been so much horseplay, maybe the job would have been done correctly the first time.

The manager is rude. He wouldnt take my coupon, When I asked if they did Veterans discount he raised his voice at me, told me he already took 70.00 off. I called another brake store they said they could do it for 100.00 cheaper. They charged me 271.00 for rear brakes. During this covid-19 problem Im trying too save as much money as I can. He made me nervous, and embarrassed me in front of the other customers. Disgustingly rude manager. He was arrogant, and treated me like I was bothering him. I was near to tears, my son seen it all. I read a lot of reviews and it seems to me many people are complaining about the same thing. Do something about this, your losing business.UPDATE: The new manager Rick was awesome today. The old manager said my brakes were shot,I brought my car in today to do the front brakes (the old manager said I needed them done.) Rick had my brakes checked and said theyre fine, he didnt understand what the other guy was talking about. New Management was honest, helpful, and deserves to be in that position of management. Good job hiring a new manager!

Great location. No issues. The uh.. front guy I forgot his name is a cool dude. Always up for conversation and some good stories to tell even when youre just getting a quote or signing a paper. Conveniently located down the street from my work and I call before I go in and Im usually gone within the hour. My go to for oil changes.

Every time I come into this Jiffy lube and we’ll taken care of the staff is great, especially Ricky, Bobby, and Chandler. There very professional employees!

Oil change check all fluids. I will definitely go back. Four guys were busy with my car. They were friendly, quick and professional. They are very near my apartment so it is very convenient for me. They even washed my windows!!

Do not go here.Talked to them on the phone early in the week and told them that I was needing an oil change, BUT that I had a leak form the oil pan gasket that I needed them to look at first. When I went in to the store, I told them I had called you earlier this week about my car. I need an oil change, but I have a leak in the oil pan gasket. Rather than looking at the leak first, they went ahead and changed the oil, then told me they couldnt fix the leak. Basically throwing money down the drain because when I go and get the leak fixed, they will will have to drain the new oil all over again. Go to Firestone.

I’ve used this location before and didn’t have a problem. This time the intake person named Craig was very rude. He was very unfriendly and condescending. I actually called corporate while I was waiting. They were supposed to call me back and never did. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

They don’t have the tire sensor when they fix the rotation and they don’t send coupons anymore

Overcharged for services, did not receive refund, car broke down a couple of days after they worked on it, became stranded with my children. They broke one hose and super glued it back and did not tell me, they did not correctly attach another hose which caused my vehicle to break down. All I went in for is an oil change, at which point they said 2 other services were critically over due. I contacted the store, I was told the general manager would contact me in regards to fixing the damage that was done, the general manager never contacted me, still waiting for resolution.

Was pretty quick. Always hesitant about places like these. You always see them in the news for scaming. Went it, they did what they were supposed to as far as I know. So far so good.

A little pricey for an oil change, but I will use them again.

Had to go here in a pinch. My advice is dont go here. They refused to reset the service light because my wife wouldnt do all the things they recommended. Tried to upsell a bunch of stuff that wasnt need. They talked bad about a place Ive gone to for 30 years with no issues. Guess they thought because my wife went they could pull a fast one on her. They didnt know her dad taught her more about cars than many guys know. Ill be taking this up with corporate. Nothing but crooks if you ask me.

As a delivery driver and going to this Jiffy Lube every month since moving here, today was my last day giving Jiffy Lube my business. During my routine monthly oil change, I asked that they reset my engine light because a loose gas cap set off my light. They agreed. When I left the light was on. I turned around, pulled back up, and asked that they reset it. The guy, who identified himself as the manager rudely said they dont do that for free. He informed he would cost $55. Jiffy Lube hasnt lost my business because they lied or because they wouldnt do something for me. Theyve lost my business because the manager was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. Ive lived too long at the point to be treated like trash for no reason.I was so happy to find such a convenient location with nice people (the cashier is awesome) that I could frequent; but, Im not subjecting myself to any type of abuse and you shouldnt either!

I was very unhappy I had a coupon for $26. And that’s the main reason I was stopping when I left my $26.00 coupon turned into $62.00 they did not honor the amount in the coupon they, they did change the air filter for $20 but my son could have changed it for the $26 I told them I had limited amount to spend but then they tried to tell me your brakes are fine but when you come back in the back brakes will need to be replaced. I just had them replaced not to long ago same with the coolant it was changed in the fall and agin was told needed to have it done ASAP. I felt like they were just taking advantage of me because I was a woman and a widow when I told them that both had been done he said ok well I’m going to go check make sure things are getting done. Did not even vacuum out my car after they finished and doubled and (then some) what I was intending to spend!! I have used the Jiffy Lube on Western on OKC and never had an issue with the coupon and they always vacuumed the car! Will not be using any of them again because I don’t like when they try to scare me into getting services I really don’t need, and not honoring their coupon and then the fee for using their facilities wth never had that before and was not told before they finished about that either.

The cashier and crew were very nice. They are working hard to get our car fixed. They try hard.

I used to come to this location. In the past and did not think much of them, customer service was bad. I stopped by again and found a young manager named Trent; great customer service and he runs the place.

Awesome service! This is the place where real people work who understand the sense of urgency and sincerely willing to help. My van broke down while transferring a very important 19 related load to NYC. These people went above and beyond to figure out the issue and fix the vehicle as quickly as possible. The employees are rude and the oil change prices change. One month theyre $25, the next theyre $60 (with a coupon.) Of course they never tell you when the cost goes up so its a complete surprise. Theyve never vacuumed my car even though its always marked that they did and my check oil light is never reset. Its always on and its annoying. The only thing they have going for them is they get the oil change done in about ten minutes.

These people are great!

Horrible service, incompetent workers, and they refused to do the service I paid for. They didnt change my brakes the first time I came in because they werent well worn yet. I went in again to see if they would and they claimed they had already done it. However, according to them, my brake pads are 50% worn and it has been only 7000 miles and I have never heard of brake pads that only last 14000 miles. Avoid at all costs. I paid $200 (Groupon) for this and all I got was a horrific experience.

The staff was extremely friendly attentive. I have never been to Jiffy Lube, so I was a little shocked when I found out how much I had to pay, for a basic oil change and cabin filter change. After have 50% off my filter and an other 10% for my fist time it was $98. Ive never paid mor than $30 for an oil change. For that reason alone I wont go back.

Update 7/23/2020 - I reached out via email as the response from the company (below) requested. I have not received a response.I got my oil changed here at the beginning of Feb 2020, and then did a mid-oil-change inspection. I’m not sure when it happened (either initial or mid) but I was informed today (by Take 5 Oil) that the skid plate on my car is MISSING. The technician told me that it clearly wasn’t ripped off, and I know it didn’t fall off. Reading the previous reviews on here, it’s safe to assume that it simply didn’t get put back on my car by Jiffy Lube, and now I have to spend money to get a new one and have it installed. I will never be back to a Jiffy Lube location.

They are amazing here. They made me feel so comfortable and are very knowledgeable about cars. Never felt pressure sales. I felt like they were advising me and explaining anything else that needed to be serviced. I really appreciate all the guys who work there. They always get the cars done quickly. Eric is very knowledgeable when he is explaining anything else that needs to be done. Mark was also very knowledgeable when he showed me my nasty Air Filter. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I DEFINITELY SAW IT with my own eyes. Thank you guys. I will definitely be back.

I like the in and out service. When I left the guys noticed some oil on ground and immediately called me back in. They checked my car fixed the issue and I was grateful that they called me back right away before major issue. See you in June

Getting up in my ears its harder now for me to do my own oil change so I buy the oil the oil filter and they dont charge me as much which is a good thing because Im a big truck thank you

Had a Groupon for high milage and gave me conventional oil.

I experienced a long list of problems at one of the Norman locations, primarily involving poor customer service from multiple employees; also involving some tasks incomplete. Attempted to discuss this with in store manager, who disregarded my complaints. (Although, speaking with manager from 24th and Robinson location was afterward was a much better encounter.)

These guys have really helped me out lately with unexpected car repairs. 👍🏻

The gentleman stayed after closing for me. I was forced over a busted something in the road and has a screw embedded in at least one tire. This was two hours away from home and two hours away from my destination. I called 15 minutes or so before closing and asked if there was any way anyone could be there after 5. Tool him about half an hour to swap out all 4 tires for me. Saved me from having to get a hotel that night.

$91 for a oil change . My sons first time getting a oil change (17 yrs ) he got took advantage of because he doesnt know any better . All he needed was a basic oil change .

I went in for a oil change which went fine until I drove away without a skid plate that they forgot to put back on so I went back and they put it on.. couple weeks later it fell off on one side dragging the highway bc they forgot to put all the bolts on.. save money and time and drive to the other one across town

The guys were very efficient, and quick! In and out in 15 mins. Told me if potential issues that might need attention but we’re not pushy.

I’ve been to Jiffy Lube a few times and have no complaints. They are fast and very professional. I’ve taken my 2012 Toyota RAV4 for routine maintenance including oil changes and break pads service. Also they fixed a problem with the spare tire causing an alarm to lit on the dashboard. I will definitely recommend them.

They do a good job for the most part. Their prices are far thanks to Groupon and theyre quick. But theyve gotten a little lax over the past few years. They didnt vacuum out my truck last time I took it, they didnt reset my oil life and the time before that they didnt follow any of my instructions. I asked them to air up tires, not to put washer fluid in and be sure to reset one of the tripometers along with the oil life. None of that was followed. This is why I wont let them do anything more than my oil changes.

Norman has a mandatory mask ordinance, employees didn’t wear one even when getting into my car. Nor did they practice social distancing. There wasn’t any plexiglass to protect the workers or the customers. There was another commoner that came in without a mask and allowed her to wait inside. Thus making my mask useless. I won’t be back. Your business is a super spreader of COVID19.Employees outside changing the oil doesn’t need a mask but enacting with costumers yes or inside their car.

High value. Compared their prices against Firestone for similar services. But I especially liked the tone of this business. Staff were friendly with customers and with each other. That matters a lot to me.

They did not fill up my oil all the way. My dipstick showed no oil! I had to fill it up again.

During their efforts to complete an oil change, the technician completing the job forgot to screw in two bolts on the scrape plate while I was watching. When I asked about the two bolts, the technician acted like I didnt know what I was talking about even though I pointed to the two bolts and commented that I watched him remove them from my car. Two other technicians came over to assist and insisted that he had replaced all necessary bolts. When I asked why there were two extra bolts, they claimed ignorance of the issue and invited me to come down under the car and examine it for myself. I doubt they thought I would but I did and I found the two empty places where the bolts were supposed to reside. I have completely lost any confidence in this place. I will be watching to see if my car develops any oil leaks.

My oil was overfilled and my antifreeze was overfilled and absolutely no windshield fluid! I was outside and overheard Craig talking bad about me! This was so unprofessional that I contacted corporate but Craig is still there even though Zi was told he has several complaints against him! I will never go back to Jiffy Lube!!

Went in just for a oil change, of course they said i needed to do other things ... Well I replaced 2 filters that cost me 100 bucks..probably didnt even need. But my issue is the 2 brand new tires they said i needed and they didnt even rotate correctly or weight right . I had a trip to California from Oklahoma..i informed them that i was drivimg with my 2 kids. Well about 3 hours into my trip, my car fishtailed and i spun out in front semis. This continued for almost 2 days until i reached AZ where they figured out what was wrong . Jiffy put 2 weights on each tire without checking if the other tires were weighted and they didnt even put the rear wheel drive tires that my car needs. I had to pay 500 bucks for 4 new tires .Beyond livid

I changed this to 1 star. Got brakes in the middle of February. They are already squealing. Youd think they would have lasted longer than 2 1/2 months. 🙄

Way over priced. Home of the $100 oil change. Then they act like theyre doing you a favor by giving you some exclusive coupon for $33 off. I will never return.

While I paid for a premium synthetic oil change, I didnt receive all the services that were supposed to be included for that price and then they left the front off (I drive a Honda Fit entire underside is covered) which I didnt know about until my husband said something, so that meant another 30 minute 1 way drive to have it put back on...the staff were super nice and courteous and I understand that were all human and mistakes do happen, but this could have been a costly one in my opinion...

They did great work on car BUT waiting on parts from another city WAS NOT CONDUCIVE TO MY PATIENCE LEVEL. But Im proud of myself for holding it together.

I took a truck in with a broke dipstick, I left a week later with no dipstick, no way to measure the oil and a gasket with a hole in it where the dipstick handle should be. I have a better chance of fixing my truck by running it into a wall than these guys fixing it.

I didn’t realize that I needed an oil change before leaving for my trip until I looked down and saw the mileage. I called and spoke to Alan and even though they were closing soon and I was 10 minutes out he told me to come on in and took care of my car!The service provided was amazing and I will be back!!!

The guys there are usually pretty nice and all but they are way way overpriced. They usually try to talk you into buying either an air filter or getting something that you actually dont need just to make a profit and I know that usually happens no matter where you go but its ridiculous there I dont plan on going back there anytime soon.

Quick service and friendly staff. Will definitely be returning cure for all my oil changes. Also note that they have nice comfy chairs in the lobby area while you wait, the waiting room does not have any funny smells, there are beverages offered while you wait, the room was nice and cool and there is a unisex bathroom if you need to use one for your short wait.

Huge shout out to Drake and Eric!! We usually take our vehicles other places for oil changes and only recently came here because of a Groupon deal, and now I wont go anywhere else. I have gone with a different vehicle each of the last two weeks, had two different crews work on them, and was greatly satisfied each time. I was very impressed by Drake the first time I went, he was very positive and energetic. The second visit a few days ago I had the pleasure of meeting Eric. He went out of his way after my oil change to come with me so I could ask him a question about another issue I had been having and ended up working his magic and fixing it for me! These guys have gone above and beyond each time and I couldnt be more happy about it. Great job!!
