Quality merchandise and friendly, helpful staff. Very accommodating and personal manager. I recently purchased the wrong size walker, then lost my receipt and got a full refund anyway, even though info tags were gone too!! Great people- Thankyou so much for making surgery so much better!!!

I went into the store to purchase a cushion for my knee scooter. I mentioned that I bought it off of Amazon, and after that he didn’t want to help me. I had to ask him about another cushion, he I guess it sold. He kept ignoring me till finally, I asked him do you want to help me? He said there is nothing I can do this is all I have. I will never use this business ever again. The attitude towards the customer really shocked me like he didn’t want my business. Well no problem he won’t get it!!!

The medical mart is the best place to go in Norman. They have a large selection, they just may run out of sizes due to Norman’s high demand, but they will happily order for you! They are great for business accounts. Kyler is really nice and he always gets us taken care of.

The people there are very helpful and kindThey will help you find what you need .I’ve gotten a wheelchair there and a walker for my mom. They have some used and new .Very reasonable prices. I recommend them to anyone needing medical equipment for themselves or there loved ones.

This guy Kevin sounded absolutely miserable and was rude. How about no thank you, have a nice day as a response if you dont wish to do business with us?

Kevin has had to call me back every single time Ive tried to call to get information on an insurance claim and tried to just put it on insurance and refer me to them for everything when really it was information from him that I was needing. He is decently friendly but the service has been awful and I will not be coming back.

Small place but clean with helpful staff. I found some rubber shower socks there that I needed after a foot surgery and they were cheaper than most other local places.
